Functionality[]

The Unstable Yoink Shotgun is a weapon with very low range and a very small magazine. The purpose of the Unstable Yoink Shotgun is to deal high amounts of damage in very close situations. The Unstable Yoink Shotgun pulls a hit enemy towards the user on the first shot.

The Unstable Yoink Shotgun is a hitscan weapon, that fires a spread of 12 pellets when both aiming down sights and hipfiring. Aiming down sights tightens the spread of pellets.

The Unstable Yoink Shotgun reloads both shells at once.

• The Unstable Yoink Shotgun, much like it's base variant, is one of very few double-barrel shotguns that can compete with pump-action shotguns in the game, with an identical headshot damage cap to that of a Legendary Pump Shotgun, as well as a much faster fire rate, reload speed, and higher body shot damage.
• The Unstable Yoink Shotgun is a perfect weapon for it's status effect, as the ability to pull opponents closer to you is a huge thing to have with a high spread Shotgun, as it allows you to get an opponent into the range that the Unstable Yoink Shotgun is most effective in.

Counters[]

• The Unstable Yoink Shotgun, like it's base variant, is a shorter range shotgun, which alone would be easier to avoid by staying at mid-range in an engagement, but with this weapon in particular, it is almost necessary, as the moment you get into its minimum range, you're able to be pulled closer.
• Another easy counter to the Unstable Yoink Shotgun is to use a highly spammy shotgun, such as the Twinfire Auto Shotgun, as the mag size can overwhelm the small 2 round mag of the Unstable Yoink Shotgun.
