Chapter 6: Season 3, also known as Season 36, was the thirty-sixth season of Fortnite: Battle Royale, and the fourth season of Chapter 6. It began on June 7th 2025 and concluded on August 7th 2025.
The season's main slogan is Super (stylized as SUPER), with a theme around superheroes, utopia, and demons.

After rescuing Jade from the Spirit Realm, Daigo grew obsessed with the Zero Point Shard that was in the possession of a demonic entity within the dimension. Thinking that only he can save the Island, he partnered with robber baron Fletcher Kane to gain access to his stash of gold in order to craft a new mask capable of breaching into the Spirit Realm, all while intending to betray him after he had gotten his way. Kane was defeated by the Outlaws but they could not stop Daigo from entering the Spirit Realm, where he was transformed into a demon himself by the entity inside.
While all of this is happening, the Island got caught up in an interdimensional battle between the Rebellion and the Galactic Empire, with the Death Star orbiting above Oninoshima's atmosphere. Emperor Palpatine had pinned his interest in the "junk" scattered around the Island, and he sent his legions of Stormtroopers and Star Destroyers to lay siege. With the Rebels overwhelmed by the Empire's might, Leia Organa soon arrived to the Island and began plotting an immediate counterattack on the Death Star.

Jones and Hope led a squadron of Loopers into the Death Star by posing as a prisoner convoy, where they swiftly advanced towards the space station's systems and sabotaged them to allow Blue Squadron to destroy the Death Star from within. As they escaped, Jones' boarding party were ambushed by Emperor Palpatine, who personally eliminated most of the Loopers. Hope's intervention allowed the surviving party members to rift out of the Death Star before it implodes, but this sends debris flying towards Oninoshima's surface. One such chunk of debris struck the active Spirit Realm Portal, creating a shockwave that knocks the squad out before they can touch down on the ground.
Story
Story[]
Superman arrives to Reality: 783 through a rift he had accidentally passed through and witnesses the effects of the damaged Portal from outer space. Flying towards Oninoshima, he rescues a group of young individuals whose Battle Bus was downed by the shockwave. In the meanwhile, the now-demonic Daigo returned to Oninoshima with his legion of Demon Guards to drain the Island of its energy with Spires. Accompanying him is the mercenary Kor, who had previously worked with the Imagined Order. Discovering that they had acquired superpowers as a result from the shockwave, the young group are recruited by Superman, Robin, the Night Rose, Hope, and Jones to form a superhero team that will be able to confront Daigo, who had established his lair over his former mask shop. They became to be known as the Supernovas.
The Trials of Morgan Myst![]
Morgan Myst, a member of the Supernovas who possesses shadow powers, is receiving training by Hope and the Looper to master her abilities after an episode in which she lost control of her shadow proxies. For Hope, she sees "potential" in the young Morgan, and the Looper is entrusted to handle surveillance gear for a field mission right outside Daigo's domain. After using a camera to locate Daigo inside, they collect fragments of various Spires around the Island and deliver them to Superman, who is going to have them examined in order to deduce Daigo's plans.
Meanwhile, a depressed Kendo has not been able to get over Daigo's betrayal, and has been observing his brother since his return. Kendo realizes that Daigo is being controlled, recalling his encounter with the Night Rose. Hope figures that if they were to save Daigo, they would have to confront the dark entity within the Spirit Realm.
Morgan Myst Investigates![]
The Looper continues to train Morgan as she further evolves into a true superhero. However, Morgan suspects that the instructors are withholding secrets from the rest of the team, leading her and the Looper to scour the Academy for clues. They discover that Hope had enlisted Midas to finance the Academy's activities, and that the Night Rose had begun analyzing weak points in an archway in Utopia City, which Morgan hypothesizes is linked to Hope and Midas' plans. She finds a hologram of Midas there, who explains that the archway is a portal to a vault meant to contain the Zero Point Shard once they had salvaged it from the Spirit Realm. Morgan remains skeptical of Midas' true intentions, but Hope assures her that the partnership is necessary in case other Shards are out there.
The Fall of Superhero Academy![]
Daigo's forces launched a surprise attack on the Academy, ransacking the building and befouling the surrounding land. The students and staff, however, escaped and ensure that the Supernova Academy lives on, with Morgan dismissing the damaged Academy as "just a building". While Jones and Hope plan to get back at Daigo and retrieve the Zero Point Shard through any necessary means, the Looper help Myst tighten surveillance by establishing scanners and lift the spirit the Supernova Academy in response to low morale. Although Myst anxiously doubt her potential as a leader of the Supernovas, she understand that her role is to cope with her negative mood and look out for her teammates. To reinvigorate the Academy's morale, the Looper collected the Supernovas' mementos and spire remnants that are used to build the inspiring monument, originated by Hope and Myst's idea, to bring hope among many students and faculties in dark times.
Island Stories[]
The Tasty Bois, a rap duo consisting of Big Dill and The Brat that was formed during Fletcher Kane's rise to power, are contemplating their future plans following the release of their single "Runamok". Although the Brat is dedicated to commit as a group, Big Dill believes his star power exceeded the Tasty Bois and disbands the group to resume his solo career. Unable to deliver the news to the Brat himself, he has the Looper do it for him, with the Brat responding melancholily. As part of his solo comeback, Big Dill has the Looper deliver invites for one of his concerts to DJ Yonder (who rejects it out of disgust) and DJ Bop (who accepts it, eager to witness a disastrous performance). DJ Yonder, already enraged at Big Dill for hacking his phone and scheming to take over the charts with payola, has the Looper destroy vats of pickles at Kappa Kappa Factory to send a stern message to Big Dill. An alarmed Big Dill pauses his comeback to make amends with DJ Yonder.
In another reality, a rocket launch created a gigantic rift in the sky, influenced by the effects of a red Rift Butterfly. A rotating Tomato Head from a restaurant town in that dimension mysteriously appeared on Oninoshima.
Super Showdown[]
At his domain, Daigo initiates a ritual with the Spires to summon the dark presence— a gigantic Kraken tentacle— to the Island, but he is knocked away by the creature as he was heralding its arrival. Morgan Myst and the rest of her Supernova teammates (Killswitch, Lightrider, Synthwave, Ziggy, and Haylee Skye) arrive at the compound to confront the creature, and a large-scale battle erupts. Synthwave, Killswitch, and Morgan Myst deal significant damage to the Kraken with their powers, which forced it to momentarily retreat. When the Kraken then returned with three tentacles, Superman intervened to sever one of the Kraken's tentacles and send it back through its Portal, before using his heat vision to destroy the Spires surrounding Daigo's now-ruined lair.
With the threat neutralized, Superman flies away. The Supernovas' victory against the dark presence allowed Daigo to regain control of himself, while its severed tentacle was left behind to rot on the surface, attracting the presence of flies. Noting the stench, Morgan Myst could only comment "...gross". —unaware that the flies' presence would lead to the next season.
Battle Pass

The Battle Pass, for this season named the Super Battle Pass, costs 
1,000 V-Bucks. An additional 25-level boost is offered for 1,800 V-Bucks with the Battle Bundle, which also unlocks the Superman Outfit ahead of his posted release on July 11. Fortnite Crew subscribers immediately unlock the Battle Pass alongside the OG Pass, Music Pass, and LEGO® Pass. Battle Pass levels require 80,000 
or up to 99 rewards can be claimed for 150 V-Bucks each.

June 7th 2025
- Daigo has returned from the Spirit Realm, and a new team of superheroes assemble to face him. This brings new Named Locations:
- Vader Samurai's Solitude was reverted back to Shogun's Solitude.
- It retained some of the changes.
- Shogun's Arena has been altered and taken over by Kor, turning it into Kor's Arena.
- A complex of tennis courts called Paddles and Pickles owned by Kappa Kappa Pickle Co. was built northeast of Kappa Kappa Factory, right in place of Dashi Dash.
- Barge under Shining Span was removed.
- Lonewolf Lair's property is being covered and boxed up all around the building.
- One of the warehouses in Kappa Kappa Factory was changed to a Tennis court.
- The Boreal Forest Biome surrounding Splitting Pins was replaced by the Snow Biome. There a research complex owned by The Explorers and named Lakeside Lab was established.
- EAT-eAT and all the other AT-AT's were removed, leaving only the food trucks.
- All Republic, Rebel, Imperial, and First Order Outposts were removed.
- All the Forecast Towers were removed.
- The circle of clouds around the Golden Hills Biome have begun to diminish, having been drawn into Demon's Domain.
- A stop sign, a herd of cow cutouts, and a rockslide have appeared on the tracks between Crime City and Foxy Floodgate, causing the Train to stop in place.
- Several small areas of the Island have been turned dead with gold-infused rocks scattered around them.
- The Millennium Falcon has vanished from the Resistance Base.
- The hologram of the Death Star over the Island is no longer displayed at the Resistance Base.
- The Sandcrawler has also disappeared from Outpost Enclave.
- Several sealed Supernova Academy-themed bunkers have appeared around the map.
- The Frog Family are now relaxing: the kids are playing with arcade games and the parents are playing ping-pong.
- Posters of Canadian DJ deadmau5 can be found in Synthwave's dorm room in Supernova Academy.
- Sabrina Carpenter teasers were removed from Canyon Crossing.
- Ammo Boxes were added back.

- A pod launching bay opened underneath Supernova Academy.
- A set of the pods randomly appear over some of the academy bunkers, opening Academy Tech Labs inside them.
- The portal in the center of Utopia City no longer shows The Vault.
- A glacier crashed onto the Island in front of Lakeside Lab.

July 15th 2025
- The Fortress of Solitude has appeared on the glacier in front of Lakeside Lab.
- Supernova Academy was attacked by Mask Maker Daigo. The whole building was vandalized and the land around turned dead.
- Lights and screens are now glitching and sparking electricity.
- 4 large spires can be found floating around the Island.
- The water in the Golden Hills Biome has lost its golden appearance.

- Mark Rein's teaser word for Chapter 6: Season 3 was "S-Tier." This was most likely a hint towards the Hero Rank system.[1]
- Chapter 6: Season 3 began at the same time as OG Chapter 1: Season 4. Coincidentally, both:
- Are superhero themed seasons.
- Are the fourth season of their respective chapter.
- Were preceded by a meteor strike event.
- Involve a collaboration that promotes an upcoming superhero film release.
- Marked the debut appearance of a superhero team (The Seven and The Supernovas).
- Feature a large model of a Tomato Head from Tomato Town on the map.
- Have an Outfit with a mainly black-colored attire as their Final Level Outfit.
- Begin and end on the same dates.
- This is the first season to release on an afternoon.
- Chapter 6: Season 3 is the first season ever (outside of chapter 1) to not feature any weapons from previous chapters in its main loot pool.

- Chapter 6: Season 3 is the first season to fully be on the Nintendo Switch 2, as the previous season, Galactic Battle, was only playable for three days.
