The Death Star was an inaccessible location in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It's a gigantic space station belonging to the Galactic Empire, capable of destroying planets with a kyber crystal-powered superlaser. It was able to be accessed in the Death Star Sabotage live event before then getting destroyed.

The Death Star arrived far from the Island, accompanied by several Star Destroyers arriving through a Rift. The space station came to a stop.

The Death Star has started aiming its laser towards the Island.

The Death Star has been destroyed in the Death Star Sabotage event.

This Death Star may be the Death Star II but finished being built from the alternate Star Wars Reality, because Emperor Palpatine's throne room is the same as the Death Star II from Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi.
