The Shield Bubble Jr. is an Utility Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It was introduced in Chapter 5: Season 2.
Functionality

The Shield Bubble Jr. is similar to the Shield Bubble, except it creates a smaller shield dome; hence why is referred to as the mini nerfed version of the Shield Bubble.
Upon landing, the Shield Bubble Jr. creates a large transparent shield dome around its landing spot. The Shield is able to block projectiles and gunfire, and will block these from both in and outside of the bubble. It will also block the effects of items like the Thunderbolt of Zeus. The Bubble lasts 12 seconds, but can be stopped early by attacking the item itself found in the center of the bubble.
The Shield Bubble Jr. is affected by gravity (when the surface it is attached to is destroyed, it will move) and will also move with attached Vehicles.
The bubble can be disabled instantly with a Shield Breaker EMP.
