Nitro Splash is a Rare Consumable in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was introduced in Chapter 5: Season 3.
Functionality
Functionality[]
The Nitro Splash takes 1 second to be consumed, and doing so applies the Nitro effect to nearby players and vehicles. The effect lasts 20 seconds.
Nitro Splash can also be thrown by holding the aim button, and then firing. Once it hits a surface, the Nitro effect will be applied to all entities near it radius of impact, consuming the item in the process. The player can use the projectile arc to guide where the Nitro Splash will land.
