Stick of Truth

Functionality[]

Upon usage, the Stick of Truth will set a small beacon at the user's location. After a few seconds, the storm will immediately start closing at the beacon with a 3:20 timer. The circle is invisible to others. Once the storm circle has closed in, the storm's damage will immediately be set to 10 dps and there will be one final timer of 0:30, before the storm finally completely closes in 1:00.

The Stick of Truth can only be used once, and cannot be used in the storm. Upon usage, it is then removed from the inventory.

• Because the beacon is small and cannot be seen from far away, a player can use this to their advantage by placing the final storm circle in a hard-to-reach place such as very high ground, an underground base/tunnel/cave or even out in the ocean.
• Having plenty of healing items, like Med Kit, Bandage, Slurp Juice, Chug Jug and Cheesy Poofs, will help you outlast your enemies in the final Storm circle while you stay hidden with the beacon under your hiding spot.

Counters[]

• If you have plenty of Bars during a match, you will find the nearest Mending Machine to patch yourself up so that you can outlast your enemies in the final Storm circle, especially the one who uses the Stick of Truth, even if you cannot find them along with the beacon.

Obtaining[]

As of Update v39.40, Stick of Truth cannot currently be obtained in Battle Royale and Zero Build as it has been vaulted.
