Vending Machines 
are an Object and a Gameplay Mechanic in Fortnite: Battle Royale that were introduced in Season 3, and reworked in Chapter 2: Season 7.
Functionality
Functionality[]
Vending Machines offer different goods depending on the type of machine visited, which is displayed by a white weapon class icon on the machine's screen. Each set of goods is for sale for a cost of an amount of Bars. Interacting with a Vending Machine is identical to a Characters, in that a radial menu appears, offering services in exchange for Bars. Vending Machines also provide dialogue like many Characters do.
Before Update v34.00, Llana would appear on the screen of a Vending Machine.
Types

- All Outlaw Vending Machines sell Thermite and Plasma Burst Laser.
- Weapon-O-Matic Vending Machines sell two weapons of the same type, plus some corresponding ammo.
- Mending Machines sell two healing items, plus the
Patch Up Service. - Malfunctioning Vending Machines sell a random weapon or item for each purchase.
