The Chug Splash is a Consumable in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Season 9.
Chug Splash has an Exotic version called Chili Chug Splash.
Functionality

Chug Splash is thrown using the projectile arc to guide it. When they land near a player, they create a 1 tile wide splash. This heals the player 
+20 Effective Health, meaning it can heal Health or Shields. It can heal both friendly players and opponents.
Chug Splashes can be thrown by holding the Aim button, however, they will splash like they were thrown with the attack button, and cannot be safely passed to another teammate without dropping the item.

- Chug Splash can be used to heal both you and other players at the same time. This can be beneficial for you and teammates, but detrimental if you accidentally heal an opponent.
- Chug Splash can be used to heal AI; this can be used to aid players who have recruited Characters and want to keep them alive.
- Chug Splash can be used to heal knocked players, extending the period of which a player is knocked for.
- It's often best to carry Chug Splash in conjuction with other healing items such as Med Kits or Shield Potions, since the Chug Splash can heal in a pinch while other items heal more but take longer to use.
- Chug Splash can be used to put out fires. This can be especially useful if an opponent attempts to use fire to flush you out from behind cover.

- Throwing the Chug Splash actually creates an Area of Effect healing for 0.25 seconds, meaning if a player fails to be in the radius initially, they have a frame-perfect window to enter it for healing.
