The Double G Bomb is thrown at a player, to force them to dance. When dancing, a player cannot use weapons or items, nor can they build, sprint or crouch and they will be forced out of Vehicles. The Double G Bomb can affect all players, both friendly and hostile. Players will dance for 5 seconds, or less if they are hurt during this time.

The Double G Bomb will force players to do the Tidy emote.

The Double G Bomb can be thrown by holding the aim button or by pressing the attack button. A projectile arc will appear to guide the player.

Strategy

Strategy[]

Calculated - Emote - Fortnite This section outlines a strategy.
Feel free to add tips, tricks and general advice about the topic.
  • When Double G Bombed in a car or vehicle, the bomb will force the player hit to jump out of the vehicle.
    • Throwing a Double G Bomb at a player in a Choppa causes them to jump out of the vehicle and receive fall damage.
    • Players affected by a Double G Bomb also cannot re-enter vehicles until they stop dancing, so you could use the Double G Bomb to steal someone's vehicle.
  • If a Double G Bomb is thrown in a player's radius after using an object that negates fall damage, it will cancel the zero-gravity effect, thus causing the player to be vulnerable to fall damage again.
  • The Double G Bomb's radius is about 1 tile, so make sure you're standing at least 1 tile away from your opponent to prevent yourself from being hit by the bomb.
  • Once you've hit an opponent with a Double G Bomb, it's best to follow it up with a high-damage shotgun shot to capitalize on their vulnerable state.
  • If you get hit by a Double G Bomb and you're near the storm, you can walk into the storm to take damage on purpose and negate the effect of the Double G Bomb.
