The Blinky Fish is a Consumable Item in Fortnite that was added in Chapter 6: Mini Season 2.
Functionality

The Blinky Fish will heal 
15 Health and give the player the Zero Point Dash effect, offering a short teleport by pressing the Jump Button twice in the air.
The Blinky Fish can be thrown by holding the Aim button and using the projectile arc to guide them. Once landed, it will ping its location to squad-mates.
Blinky Fish can be consumed while moving.
