The Guzzle Juice is a Consumable Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Chapter 3: Season 1.
Functionality
Functionality[]
Guzzle Juice is a healing item, which slowly heals the player up to 
100 Health over time, providing 2 Health per second. It will stop healing the player if they take any damage except fall damage.
Guzzle Juice can be thrown by holding the Aim button and using the projectile arc to guide them. Once landed it will ping its location to squad-mates.
Guzzle Juice can be used while moving.
