Trivia[]

• Itemized Gliders were introduced as a resolution to a game balance dilemma for Battle Royale. Prior to the inclusion, various modes had Glider Redeploy enabled as default, without an item. After this was scrapped, the Itemized Glider was introduced.
• Prior to Chapter 2: Season 2, Gliders existed in Team Rumble in stacks of 50 in the player's inventory after exiting the Battle Bus. They could have been dropped but would not stack back to 50. Without them, the player could not redeploy their glider.
  • This also meant players who wanted to redeploy their glider had to forfeit an inventory slot to accommodate the Gliders.
• Prior to Chapter 2: Season 1, the Gliders' icon was the default Chapter 1 glider.
  • The current Gliders' icon is the default Chapter 2 glider. It has not been updated since.
