The Med-Mist is a Utility Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Chapter 3: Season 1.
Functionality

Med-Mist is a healing item, used to heal both players and other team members. Pressing the fire button with this item will spray the item onto the player, healing them. Pressing the aim button will heal others the same amount. This can be used to heal squad members, hired characters and even opponents.
Med-Mist heals 5 Health per tick, and has a maximum usage of 150. It uses 5 every tick, meaning it can heal up to 150 Health. It can be used in all states of movement, such as Running, Sprinting, Jumping, Sliding and Floating.

- Although it looks like, players may have a hard time successfully healing players whilst riding a vehicle.
- Med-Mist is very useful for healing hired characters.
- Be careful when using it to spray an ally, as you may accidentally spray an opponent and heal them.
