Frozen is a Submachine Gun in Fortnite: Battle Royale that is currently unreleased.
Frozen is an Exotic version of the Submachine Gun.
Functionality

Frozen is a fast firing, short range, high hip-fire accuracy weapon submachine gun, in line with most SMGs in the game. Its purpose is to deal high amounts of DPS in a close range environment. The weapon can function at longer ranges, but it suffers from high damage falloff and low accuracy. Frozen's ability is when the player lands more than 3 bullets on an enemy player, it gives them Icy Feet.
Frozen is a Hitscan weapon, it doesn't have First Shot Accuracy enabled, and will always fire a random spread of bullets, which increases with continuous fire, this spread is decreased whilst crouching.

- Frozen shares its model with the Compact SMG, but features a unique icy blue paint job and a different warning label.
- Despite being added in the same update as the Chug Cannon and the Burst Quad Launcher, it's the only one to be unreleased.
- This weapon will likely never be released, as the season it was added has long passed, and it's function was likely repurpose for the Icy Grappler.[2]
- The Pump & Dump used the appearance of the Frozen SMG as a prototype for the SMG.
- The Unstable Yoink Shotgun uses code from the Frozen SMG. [3]
- Specifically, it uses code to apply an effect when damage is dealt to the player from the weapon.
