Precision Rifle is an Assault Weapon in Fortnite: Battle Royale that is currently unreleased and removed from the game.

Precision Rifle is a fully automatic, fast firing, medium to long ranged weapon. It deals a moderate amount of damage and is fairly accurate.[1]
Precision Rifle was scrapped very early in development. Which is why all rarities use the damage same stats.
