The Mechanical Bow is a Bow in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Chapter 2: Season 6.
The Mechanical Bow has an Exotic variant called Exotic Recon Bow.
Functionality

The Mechanical Bow uses a targeting system to fire projectiles, which need to be charged up to go the optimal distance. The damage is the same regardless of charge. The projectile launched is a very fast arrow. The mechanical bow does more damage than it's Primal counterpart, however, it has a slower reload time.
The Mechanical Bow uses a Fast Moving Projectile. It has a targeting system which shows the player the drop of the projectile, and where it will land. There is no damage falloff on the Mechanical Bow's projectiles.

- The Mechanical Bow deals more damage than its Primal counterpart, but its reload is slightly slower.
- This gives a weaker DPS, but if you are careful with your shots, they can deal more damage to opponents in short bursts.

- The Mechanical Bow is somewhat redundant compared to its Mechanical Explosive Bow and Mechanical Shockwave Bow counterparts, as they have the same stats in Rare rarity, as well as their respective effects, and also have better performing Epic and Legendary rarities.
