The Surgical Burst Rifle is a fast firing, three round burst rifle with less damage falloff than most other ARs. It is quite effective at ranged combat.

The Surgical Burst Rifle is a Hitscan weapon with First Shot Accuracy enabled.

The Surgical Burst Rifle can be aimed down sights while reloading, aimed down sights while in midair and has Checkpoint Reload mechanic.
