Rumi's Empowered Sword is a Melee Weapon in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Chapter 6: Season 4.
Functionality
Functionality[]
Rumi's Empowered Sword includes the following actions:
- Attack Combo: Primary slice attack. Players can hold the attack trigger to perform three consecutive slashes.
- Energy Slash: Secondary attack that fires an arc projectile.
- Falling Slam: Falling ground attack invoked when attacking while in the air.
Rumi's Empowered Sword also has a Passive mobility ability that increases the player's speed and reduces stamina depletion while sprinting with the item equipped. Additionally, jumping while sprinting performs a higher jump that negates fall damage. While active, this ability reduces the durability meter by TBD points per second.
Once the durability meter reaches 0%, the item breaks and is removed from the player's inventory.
