Mira's X-tra Spicy Ramyeon takes 1s to start consuming, which grants the Speed Boost effect and starts to heal 50 Effective Health over 3s. Mira's X-tra Spicy Ramyeon can be canceled early which instantly grants the Speed Boost effect but that also stops the healing.

Mira's X-tra Spicy Ramyeon can be used while moving.
