HUNTR/X (헌트릭스) is an organization in Fortnite: Battle Royale first introduced during Chapter 6: Season 4. They are a world-famous K-pop girl group that secretly operate as demon hunters.

Overview
Overview[]
HUNTR/X are a wildly popular girl group with numerous chart-topping hits and sold-out stadium tours. Unbeknownst to the public, they are the latest generation in a lineage of demon hunters that for centuries had used their musical talents and fan enthusiasm to maintain a magical barrier known as the Honmoon, which isolates demons from the human world and prevents them from stealing human souls.
As the most popular generation of hunters, HUNTR/X aimed to strengthen the Honmoon with their voices to turn it into the Golden Honmoon, which would permanently seal the demons away.

History
History[]
Chapter 6: Season 4[]
As they were flying in the skies above Oninoshima, HUNTR/X were attacked by a gang of demons aboard their private jet, which would end up being torn in half in the scuffle. They were forced to touch down onto the Island as the remains of the jet crashed in the mountains.
Chapter 6: Mini Season 2 - Zero Hour[]
HUNTR/X were given a Hammerhead Choppa from the O.X.R. to use in the fight against the Dark Presence. Kong was knocked to the ground as he attempted to manhandle the demon king, leading HUNTR/X to fly down and give the Loopers a lift. As they flew towards the Dark Presence, they blasted their song "How It's Done" while ground units fought the Swarm. However, they flew their Choppa too close to the Dark Presence, leading him to notice it and swat it out of the air. HUNTR/X were forced to glide down to the battleground, where they remained for the rest of the battle.
Chapter 7: Season 1[]
HUNTR/X, in their "Golden" uniforms, appeared alongside Jinu on the Golden Coast. Rumi grew close to Jinu, later admitting that she had "complicated feelings" with him, but Zoey and Mira remain distrustful of him.
Trivia
Trivia[]
- HUNTR/X's addition to the Fortnite: Battle Royale story coincidentally aligns with Chapter 6's theme of a war with demons, despite KPop Demon Hunters being a relatively unknown property until after its release in the middle of Chapter 6: Season 3.
