The Omniverse is the collection of every reality, multiverse, and megaverse representing all known franchises and beyond. While initially believed to be the sole result of The Zero Point giving birth to infinite Realities after it sprang into being,[2] it turned out that other beings participated in its creation such as One Above All as well as The Source and its Hands, upon the reveal Fortnite worlds coexisted with Marvel and DC's respective Multiverses.

The Omniverse refers to the collection of countless and "infinite" worlds created by different beings such as The Zero Point. These interconnected yet distinct universes, referred to as Realities, each follow their own unique rules and are not intended to interact.[3]
Realities can be grouped within structures known as Galaxies,[4][5] also referred to as Multiverses in other media. Galaxies act as containers for Realities that share a foundational set of rules.[6]
In some cases, Realities may not belong to any Galaxy, such as Reality Zero, which was floating in isolation in the void during its second and third iterations.[7] Groups of Galaxies or Multiverses, form Megaverses.
Note: The Galaxies in Fortnite's representation of the Omniverse should not be confused with real-world galaxies, as they represent entirely different concepts. In the real world (and in space-themed fictional universes), galaxies are vast collections of gas, dust, billions of stars, and their solar systems, all bound together by gravity. In contrast, Fortnite Omniverse Galaxies refer to containers of entire Realities—in other words, they are representations of Multiverses.
Dimensions, Realms, and Diverging Timelines[]
In certain Realities, additional divisions exist, such as dimensions or realms.[8] This is the case with Reality: 783 with a dimension known as the Spirit Realm. These remain integral parts of a single Reality rather than being separate Realities. However, some locations considered realms, such as The Sideways, are unique Realities in their own right.[9]
Alternate timelines are another phenomenon within the Omniverse. These occur when two universes once identical diverge due to a specific event, forming a new Reality. One example is the divergence between Reality: 616 and Reality 617,[10] caused by timeline interference.
Diverging timelines have also led to the appearance of new locations during different events across multiple seasons.[15][16][17][18]
This concept was further explored in Fortnite: Save the World, where the Long Road Home and Timeless Questlines depicted Dennis Jr., a time traveler from a possible future, returning with the help of Ned to warn Homebase of their impending doom. Doctor Vinderman elaborated that timelines, worlds, and Realities are synonymous.[19][20][21]
Lynchpins[]
During Chapter 5: Season 2, it was revealed that the Omniverse's integrity was maintained by the existence of "lynchpins", maintaining realities together. Very few is known about these lynchpins, however The Oracle revealed that Peely—Jones's best friend— was one of them.[22]
Interactions between Realities and time travel present enormous risks for the integrity of a Reality, a Galaxy, or even the entire Omniverse:
Depending on the case, a time traveler can alter a pre-existing timeline, changing past events, or create a new timeline, thus forming a new Reality. However, excessive time travel and alterations to the past as well as alteration of events not supposed to change can severely damage a timeline. In such cases, time becomes unstable, and the affected Reality is doomed to collapse. These corrupted timelines can even spread to adjacent Realities within the same Multiverse, potentially leading to the collapse of that entire Multiverse.[21] According to Dr. Vinderman, it is necessary to eliminate these corrupted Realities. This scenario occurred in the main timeline of Save the World after Homebase prevented the event that would lead to their doom depicted in Dennis Jr. and Dark Ray's respectives futures.
Interactions between Realities can significantly alter their development, often resulting in major catastrophes, as noted by The Foundation. In the worst cases, Realities may collide with one another. This has happened during the Zero Crisis Finale[26][27] as well as during Chapter 2: Season 8.[28]

Below is a list of all known Realities which directly link to Fortnite. These Realities are both media which exist in the real world, the real world itself, and fictional Realities created solely for Fortnite itself.
Reality Zero[29] was the Reality in which Fortnite: Battle Royale took place before The Big Bang event. The game has taken place here, in four Chapters of the game (the Athena, Apollo, Artemis and Asteria Islands). This Reality, having existed in 3 different iterations, acted as a hub Reality, courtesy of The Zero Point. Reality Zero is where The Loop formerly occured. It's last iteration has collapsed after Chapter 4: Season 4.
The Reality of the God Of War video game series. In this Reality, Kratos, a spartan warrior who killed Ares to become the new God of War, comes into conflict with the Olympian gods, following a path of revenge against them. Several years after enacting his revenge, he had a kid named Atreus, who is unaware of his dad's demigod status and dark past.
The Reality of Kondor, an ancient vengeful spirit given to an emperor's family centuries ago, and passed down since. He grants any wish for revenge, no matter how dark or terrible.
The Reality of CW's Arrowverse, in which shows like Arrow and The Flash take place. Both protagonists of these series, Green Arrow and The Flash, have arrived to Reality Zero, with the latter being recruited as a hunter. This Reality fused with others to become Earth-Prime after the Anti-Monitor Crisis.
Reality: 266 is home to the Golden Coast, an island with locations based around the United States West Coast, more specifically Los Angeles, California.
The Reality of the Alien film series. In this Reality, Ellen Ripley and her crew come face to face with a species of extraterrestrials known as Xenomorphs, who attacked them during a space mission.

Reality: 616 is the mainstream Universe of Marvel Comics. This Reality contains heroes and villains such as Captain America, Wolverine, Gamora and Doctor Doom. In Chapter 2: Season 4, characters from this Universe were sent to stop Galactus, a colossal supervillain who devours planets, from devouring The Zero Point. This Reality is also referred to as the Sacred Timeline.
Reality: 617 is a diverged timeline of Earth-616, created when the Gwen Stacy of Earth-65 encountered her mainstream counterpart, resulting in the new timeline's Gwen avoiding being thrown off the George Washington Bridge. The new Gwen would then become a detective and bond to the Venom symbiote to become Spider-Woman. This Reality was mentioned by Jones during Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War Issue 1.
One of the realities whose fragments were brought to Reality Zero by The Paradigm to form Asteria during the Fracture. All that is seen in this reality so far is a mountainous snowy biome.
Reality: 783 is a Japanese-themed Reality, home to the Oninoshima island. During Chapter 6, the island was invaded by demons after a Zero Point shard crash-landed near Nightshift Forest, unleashing a reality wave that reawakened all ancient magic and reopened the gate to the Spirit Realm as a result.
The Reality of Lexa and Orin. In this Reality, futuristic Mechafusion suits exists that can turn Lexa into a hunter robot made by her and Orin's father working in the Y-Labs.
A Reality terrorized by SkyNet, an artificial intelligence computer system with an army of Hunter-Killers, seeking to terminate the world of humans after deeming them a threat to its existence.

The Reality of the G.I. Joe franchise, home to the titular G.I. Joe Team, a team of military operatives who defend society from Cobra, a terrorist organization set on world domination. Agent Jones visited this Reality to bring Snake Eyes of the Arashikage Clan to Apollo and recruit him as a hunter.

In this Reality, a group of survivors must defend themselves from hordes of zombies, also referred to as walkers, all while enduring conflict from other groups and communities of human survivors with their own rules and morals.
The Reality of the Predator film series, focused on encounters between humans and predators from a wild extraterrestrial species known as the Yautja, where the titular Predator hails from.
The In-Between is a hub-like Reality within the Zero Point itself and that connects to multiple different Realities in The Omniverse. It was first seen during the The Butterfly Event, and has made one appearance afterwards, in The Devourer of WorldsLive Event.
The Shadow Realm is a dimension that serves as a realm of the dead, with the souls that inhabit this realm taking the form of shadows. In an act of revenge for his previous failures, Midas performed a ritual to obtain the power of the shadows, with the end goal of taking back control of the island with his newfound shadow army.
Reality: NF-1935, also known as Prime Earth, is the mainstream Universe of DC Comics. Like Marvel's Earth-616, this Reality contains heroes and villains such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and The Joker. This Universe has access to The Zero Point's power due to Doctor Slone making a deal with Lex Luthor, an evil millionaire with his own big technology company.
The Reality of the TRON series, in which a computer programmer named Kevin Flynn created the Tron system, a digital universe serving as a playground where all forms of experimentation can proceed at a more accelerated rate than normal. Within the Tron system is the grid, a digital frontier inhabited by electronic beings known as programs.
The Reality where a majority of The Army of the Last Reality come from. Nothing is known about it outside of the presence of a Pluxarian galaxy, from which most of the aliens originated.

This Reality is home to Pandora, a planet containing several vaults with unbelievable riches inside, drawing the attention of numerous megacorporations who want to capitalize on it, as well as Vault Hunters who seek to find the vaults before anyone else. A portion of Pandora was brought to the Athena Island through a Rift Zone created by The Scientist.

In this Reality, an organization like the Imagined Order, called R.E.M. Corp, traps people inside a virtual prison. It is home of the R.E.M. Wakers who rebel against them.
This is the Reality of the Horizon series. In this reality, set in a "post-post-apocalyptic" future, Aloy, hailing from the Nora tribe, explores the world on her quest to unravel all of its mysteries, all while protecting it from the machines that inhabit it.

It is also the home Reality of Miles Morales, who took up the mantle of Spider-Man after his Reality's Spider-Man died in a confrontation with Kingpin.
One of the many Realities within the Spider-Verse. This Reality is home to Miguel O'Hara, a mutated geneticist who studied the Spider-Verse along with his AI assistant, LYLA. After founding the Spider-Society, he came across a Reality in which he had a daughter, where he would find out about the concept of canon events, and the consequences they entailed for the Spider-People if they were to be prevented. As a result of this discovery, he came to the conclusion that Earth-1610B's Miles Morales was an anomaly, and thus forbade everyone in the Spider-Society from visiting him, due to his presence posing a threat to the multiverse.
This Reality is home to The Ancients, an ancient civilization that lived in the jungle many eons ago, parts of which were brought to Reality Zero during the Fracture event. However, it was covered up by other pieces of the world.
The Reality of the Transformers movie franchise, specifically the reboot Bumblebee and its sequel Rise of the Beasts. This Reality is home to a technological planet known as Cybertron, where a species of sentient mechanical beings known as Transformers come from.
The Reality of the Elder Scrolls video game series. This Reality, set in medieval times and primarily in the continent of Tamriel, is inhabited by warriors, magic users, and various mythical creatures.
The Reality of the Futurama TV series. In this Reality, Philip J. Fry, after being cryogenically frozen for a thousand years, wakes up in the future and goes on misadventures as a delivery boy for Planet Express alongside Leela and Bender, who are also part of the Planet Express crew.
The Reality of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga and its anime adaptation. In this Reality, Yuji Itadori attends a school of sorcery in order to get rid of his curse, which was caused by Ryomen Sukuna, known as the King of Curses.
The Reality of The Nightmare Before Christmas. This Reality is home to the Holiday Worlds, a series of worlds themed around different holidays. In one these Holiday Worlds, Halloween Town, Jack Skellington is the leader of the town, also known in Halloween Town as the Pumpkin King.
A Reality based on the Transformers franchise, the exact continuity of which is currently unknown, since it's not clear what Megatron and Bumblebee's designs are inspired by. It's possible that this is meant to be the Generation 1 continuity, since their designs seem use it as a reference.

In the beginning, there was Nothing. Then, in a burst of pure creation, The Zero Point sprang into being. Countless realities originated from The Zero Point, each its own universe, with its own multiverse - and as a whole, an Omniverse. In real life, this event is known as the 'Big Bang'. The location of The Zero Point is Reality Zero, the origin reality.
Rise of the Last Reality[]
However, the complete nothingness that preceded the Omniverse had a will of its own. Wishing to return everything to its original state where only it exists, it started to predate the Zero Point and The Omniverse. For this, it gathered an alien army from an unknown empire having conquered the Last Reality, empowered them with forces from other worlds such as Cubes and chose and empowered additional individuals such as The Herald, the whole forming The Army of the Last Reality. Under its orders they began to annihilate one reality after another, all while searching for the Zero Point. Over time the army has grown so large that it has become one of the worst threats in the Omniverse.
Geno and the Imagined Order[]
Geno discovers Reality Zero as well as The Zero Point. Envisioning a threat to the integrity of the Omniverse and obsessed with perfection, he founded the Imagined Order in order to protect and perfect all realities by trying to figure out the perfect organizational system for the perfect civilization. In the process, he enslaved the Zero Point in order to use it to access all Realities but also to face against the unknown threat.
The Ice Moon[]
On the Ice Moon, The Ice Kingdom, led by The Ice King, travelled across realities with allies to collect powerful technology, artifacts, and beings too dangerous to exist in order to protect The Omniverse. However, when The Ice King's staunchest comrade argued to use their collected items to alter realities to their liking, The Ice King froze him and all his knights in his fortress. The Ice King brought The Ice Moon to Reality Zero, a reality he believed safe, before freezing himself to sleep forever, leaving The Ice Moon to orbit Reality Zero.
Some days after players discovered this, it was deleted from their Artstation.
The third season of Chapter 6, titled Galactic Battle, features characters and organizations from an alternate Star Wars universe that doesn't follow the Canon nor the Legends continuities. This alternate Star Wars universe might have been intended to come from that scrapped Galaxy meant to be created during The Big Bang Event.
Unlike other media, groups of Realities are not referred to as Multiverses but as Galaxies.
This aligns with the fact that Fortnite often compare Realities to Stars.[33][34]
The term "Metaverse", which refers to Fortnite as a platform akin to ROBLOX, is mistakenly used by many to refer to the Omniverse.
Following a statement of The Foundation "Each its own universe... Its own Multiverse." in Batman/Fortnite: Foundation, a part of the community believed that the statement meant that that each Reality has a Multiverse inside of it, and thus differ from Marvel and DC model. However, it has been proved several time that this interpretation was wrong.
In the very same comic book this statement was made, The Batman Who Laughs stated that the World Forge forged Realities.[35] In DC Comics it's explained that the World Forge actually forged each Earths of DC Multiverse and then from the DC Dark Multiverse. DC Multiverse's Prime Earth was also revealed to be Fortnite's Reality: NF-1935.
It must be noted that for both DC and Marvel, Earths designates Realities. Since Marvel, DC and Fortnite share the same definition of what is a Reality, a Multiverse can't be inside a Reality in Fortnite.
In Fortnite: Save the WorldTimeless Questlines, Dr. Vinderman Books to terminate Realities explain that Realities and Timelines are the same, and that a corrupted Reality may infect all adjacent Realities of a same Multiverse, which could lead to the end of that same Multiverse. Contradicting the interpretation again.
It can be concluded that The Foundation likely meant that each Reality may belong to a Multiverse.
