The Elites is an organization of mercenaries made up of elite fighters from various realities, the best of the best defined as "Fast, sharp, able to face a hundred foes and come out on top".[3] The organization was founded by the SHADOW agent and former Imagined Order Head of Defense Zadie.[4]
They are a major organization in Fortnite, serving as a supporting organization during Chapter 6 and a major organization during Chapter 7.

The Elites is an organization founded some times after the fall of the Imagined Order by Zadie.[4] They were formed as a mercenary organization recruiting the best fighters across the Omniverse. The organization watches over "competitors" and ranks them, with those reaching the rank of Elite invited to join them.[5] The organization is also studying the mysterious power of the Siphon, which allows its user to steal their opponent's vitality in order to take the competition to a "whole new level".[6]

A warrior of great renown from another Reality.[7] Zadie met with The Looper and informed them of their group and what they do.[8] Although they did not appear to accept recruitment, they were tested several times afterwards under various circumstances, notably by Jules, then Zadie herself in their Arena. |
 Hope |
Descendant of a god of The Pantheon and hero of Helios and Oninoshima. Together with Jones and the Looper, she is attempting to take down the Dark Voyager. During Chapter 7: Season 1, she received multiple encrypted messages from The Elites, indicating an attempt at recruitment or at least, initial contact. |

Chapter 6: Season 2[]
Zadie arrives on Oninoshima Island in Reality: 783 to scout and rank people.[9] She's interested in The Looper and Siphon.
Chapter 7: Season 1[]
After an indefinite period of time, Daigo, now decided to face up to his past mistakes, accepted Zadie's invitation and joined the Elites, obtaining a new set of armor to reflect his new allegiance and desire for combat to prove himself in a brighter light in the aftermath of the war against the Dark Presence.
Later, they would begin sending coded message to Hope, going over their motivations & history to her, including their recruitment of her old frenemy Daigo. Upon hearing this, she contacts The Looper for help in seriously impressing The Elites, all in an attempt to get the team together as allies for the upcoming battle, including securing The Basement as a warehouse for their faction once they arrive on the Golden Coast.[10]
Chapter 7: Season 2[]
The Dark Voyager flew his Spaceship around The Elites' bases in Reality: 337, interested in their highest-security facility that contains the Zero Shard. That ship landed for a brief moment, and seizing the opportunity, Jules hoped aboard and arrived on The Golden Coast.
Now on the Island, Jules can freely report to Zadie on the ongoings of the Dark Voyager's schemes, and combined with Hope’s assistance, leads The Elites to forge a temporary alliance with The Seven in their war against The Ice Kingdom and their allies, including the Dark Voyager, the Squibblies and Jules' old friend Dasha from back when they both worked under the Imagined Order.
In truth, The Elites have had The Foundation on their recruitment list for a long time. However, given his convictions, maybe the recruitment possibility won't work out, whereas on the flipside of things, The Elites swiftly discarded the idea of recruiting The Ice King due to his personality.
Back home in Reality: 337, Oathbound's Royalty have begun assisting the Elites in training in the arena, including newer recruits such as Daigo. Meanwhile, Zadie has ordered the other Elites to mine Cubic Ore at Chiseled Cubes for Jules engineer into powerful weapons that can detonate on impact.

- Before turning into an organization important to the storyline, The Elites simply served as a canonization in lore of Fortnite Ranked.
- Elites must not be confused with the homonym term designating wealthy people, such as members of The Society.
- Hope had to fight Society Elites her whole life. Working with The Elites is ironic in that regard, if relieving.
