And that was how it started, I was just a cog in the machine. Tossed into a world I had no way out of. Given an offer I couldn't turn down.
— The Looper[18]

The Looper (also known as Hero or Outlaw) is the player character in Fortnite: Battle Royale and a central figure in the events of Reality Zero. Once a human agent of The Army of the Last Reality, they were a skilled operative sent on an unknown mission by Kymera. At some point in the distant past, they became trapped within The Loop during Season 1, resulting in the loss of their memories and identity.[11]

Over time, The Looper developed awareness within The Loop and began interacting with other Loopers, gradually carving out a reputation in the Island's underworld. Despite their mysterious past, they consistently sided with heroes such as Jones and The Seven, with whom they became acquaintances and close friends, against major threats. This led them to ultimately becoming one of Reality's most influential defenders.

After the end of Chapter 4, The Looper began traveling to new realities, following and assisting their old friend, Jones and his mentee, Hope in their adventures to protect Reality.

They are the main protagonist of Fortnite, being the main protagonist of LEGO Fortnite and the overarching protagonist of Fortnite: Battle Royale serving as:

Summary

Summary[]

The Looper is a powerful and skilled human warrior from The Army of the Last Reality sent on a mission by Kymera in Reality Zero a long time ago for an unknown mission[11]. But after entering The Loop, they forgot everything. After their memory loss, The Looper became merely one of the many other loopers trapped in the The Loop, having no awareness of The Loop, they apparently remained a simple observer during the whole first Chapter.

From Chapter 2, The Looper starts to act as a mercenary and begins to be noticed by important characters and organizations[19], becoming a precious ally or a threat for them. Their various heroic actions over time as well as their prowess in battle have earned them the respect of both allies and enemies alike, as well as receiving the title of "Hero", making them a central figure of The Island.

Unlike Jones who has wandered from his path [20], The Looper seems to have a predetermined fate that they follow, as it was prophesied eons ago that they would confront and dethrone Zeus, before facing a worse threat.

Throughout their journey, The Looper forged numerous alliances, beginning with Jones during the Zero Crisis, where their partnership grew into a profound mutual trust. Together, they later stood alongside The Seven, with The Looper gradually forming bonds with several of its members, most notably The Scientist, The Imagined, The Origin, as well as Paradigm and AMIE, the latter serving as their partner until the end of Chapter 4: Season 1.

In the seasons that followed, The Looper often operated independently, aside from brief collaborations with Jones during Chapter 4: Season 4 and Chapter 5: Season 1, or worked alongside outsiders such as Evie and The Oracle. Ultimately, however, they returned to Jones when he called upon them at Hope's request, reuniting with their longtime ally and resuming their shared mission to protect Reality, with Hope by their side.

Appearance

Appearance[]

During Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, The Looper had no defined appearance. However, during the Zero Crisis Finale event and several quests, they took on different forms. In Chapter 3: Season 2, their true male and female appearances were revealed for the first time during the Collision event, where The Looper was commissioned by The Seven to assist in piloting the Mecha Strike Commander. While their appearance under the armor remains unknown, it is observed that they have a thin yet muscular build, which contrasts with their sheer brute strength—worthy of the heroes of Greek mythology, according to The Oracle. Cuddlepool states that the Mecha Strike Commander has The Looper's eyes [21], indicating that their eyes might be similar.

Personality

Personality[]

The Looper is a skilled fighter with great combat experience however they're depicted as a cynical and sometimes world-weary person who often thinks out loud. They sometime show little respect for their hierarchy, showing a rather rebellious and nonchalant side, though once they're in a work, they do it fully.[31] As noted by Rick Sanchez they would do anything as long as they get paid and that they complete their missions, without ever questioning their orders, revealing its one of the reason the Imagined Order actively wanted to recruit them.[32]

The Looper frequently uses sarcasm and dry humor, often to undercut others or express frustration with their situation. They often talk with an informal, conversational tone. Despite their sarcasm, they have a softer side that occasionally peeks through, as shown with Noir and Sgt. Winter[33] they connect with others' emotions, even if they're reluctant[34] to fully express vulnerability and kindness.

Unlike the other loopers, it's shown they are calm, thoughtful and endowed with great integrity, showing abilities of analysis of the situation despite the lack of information notably during Wintervestigation, Demon's invasion and during Zero Crisis Finale[35].

The Looper demonstrates a sense of justice, rallying to factions and people wishing to protect the Island and showing great loyalty to others, however they are ruthless with those designated as their enemy or traitors, they feel no remorse to kill people, harm innocent people and and deceive their allies/friends if it's for their mission/greater good.[36] The Looper can also be manipulative, deceitful, and deceptive. They had some sort of alliance with a Kymera during Chapter 2: Season 7[37] and revealed the Imagined Order's plan to them.[38] After Slone's betrayal during Operation: Sky Fire, The Looper continued to take advantage of the Imagined Order's resources as a "member" while revealing compromising information to Charlotte.[39]

This is also the case in the Hope/Midas alliance where The Looper is both a long-time friend and ally of Hope, but at the same time a mercenary with ties to Midas, since his escape from the Underworld, and then the Fletcher Kane affair. The Looper hid their connection to Midas from Hope and pretended to be surprised at the reveal of Hope and Midas alliance, while acting on Midas' behalf, lying to their friends to get information the group didn't want to give Midas, while pinning the blame on Skillet, who Midas himself thinks the information is coming from. This phase of their personality fits well with their two most used nicknames: Outlaw and Hero. They nevertheless remain fully loyal to their friends.

Despite being noted to be calm, The Looper is known to other characters for their unpredictable and explosive fighting style[40] in stark contrast to their personality, as well as their thirst for challenge and adventure[41], being completely unafraid of risks according to Odyssey[42].

Effective Health - Icon - Fortnite
High Resistance
  • Supernatural Durability: The Looper is incredibly resistant to damage that would kill most other Loopers. During Operation: Sky Fire, after their group was ambushed by a Cube, they were struck three times by the latter, with most of the group dying in the first and second strikes, while those surviving the third died of injuries second later. They were also able to withstand a shockwave from their hacked backbling, powerful enough to put the Cube into a dormant state. Later, after Doctor Slone's betrayal and the Mothership's internal explosion, they fell several kilometers while taking half an abductor. They woke up on the Island, unharmed. During Death Star Sabotage, after quicly recovering from what would be a fatal fall for normal humans, they were ambushed by Emperor Palpatine and endured ships being thrown at them, before being Force-strangled, then suffering Force-lightning, with them and Jones being the only survivors of Palpatine's assault. They were then Rifted out of the Death Star, falling toward the Island. However after it exploded, they were blasted violently by a shockwave triggered by fragment of the death Star ship colliding with a Demon Realm portal, causing a violent fall of several kilometers with a visible crater. Although unconscious they survived, again unharmed and even gained powers of unknown nature.
  • Supernatural Endurance: Probably as a side effect of being trapped in the Loop for centuries, if not millennia, The Looper developed a vastly increased endurance to weather conditions, pain, and even overexertion.
  • Supernatural Recovery: The Looper has demonstrated, alongside other Loopers and Jones, a ridiculously short recovery time, for example during Death Star Sabotage they recovered from what would normally be a fatal fall in a matter of seconds. After Emperor Palpatine's multiple assaults and being rifted, it only took them a few seconds to be able to move through the air unaided, thought they were then blasted by the shockwave which left them unconscious for an unknown period of time. Simply eating things such as fish or meat also regenerates their health at a near instantaneous rate.

History

History[]

Unknown Time Period[]

Very little is known about The Looper's past, however it is known that they were one of the few human affiliated with The Last Reality, they had befriended a Trespasser. Before arriving in The Loop, they received instructions from Kymera however when entering The Loop they lost their memory about their mission and everything else.[73]

Pre-Season[]

The Looper is one of the first Loopers trapped inside The Loop having existed since the beginning of the game's life cycle, but doesn't properly get involved with forces outside of The Loop until much later.

Season 1 - Season X[]

The Looper witnessed all the events that occurred on the Island, however their involvement is unknown. It is just as possible that they acted as it is possible that they remained only simple observer.

Chapter 2: Season 1[]

The Looper witnessed the black hole and the creation of Apollo, intercepting secret communication from The Imagined Order, indicating the Redacted: D4 team's deployment. Their skills and abilities as a looper began to be recognized and they gained notoriety, drawing attention to them.

Chapter 2: Season 2[]

The Looper is recruited as a secret agent by The Agency after being highly recommended.[74] During The Device Event, The Looper goes into The Bridge, and meets Agent Jones, but they are quickly sent back to the Apollo Island. This marks the Looper's first known interaction with someone outside of The Loop. After that The Looper began to become more aware of The Loop and their behavior changed, deciding to search for answers.

Chapter 2: Season 3[]

After GHOST's defeat during Chapter 2: Season 2, The Looper takes refuge at The Fortilla with other members and will continue the war against SHADOW.

Chapter 2: Season 4[]

Shadow Midas - Promo - Fortnite
Upgraded Battle Buses - The Devour of Worlds - Fortnite

During Fortnitemares: Midas' Revenge, eliminated Loopers were turned into an undead form, known as Shadows by Shadow Midas. This is a result of Shadow Midas hacking the Spawn Drones so they do not pick up the body and fly off as usual, instead spawn the eliminated Looper as a Shadow.

GHOST and SHADOW went dark and The Looper therefore ceases their activities as a secret agent. During The Devourer of Worlds Live Event, Tony Stark saved them following the destruction of Helicarrier 64 and placed them in one of the millions of Battle Buses loaded with Gamma Bombs. They finally send Galactus back to Reality: 616 where Thor would kill him off in the main continuity. The reason for Tony's interest in The Looper is however unclear, especially since it seems that he did not need them, because all the Buses were on autopilot. During that time, The Looper was observed by the Imagined Order.[75]

Chapter 2: Season 5[]

The Looper becomes a bounty hunter, and they work with the Characters on the Island and the other Bounty Hunters. The Looper demonstrated that they could actually speak in The Loop as well as keep their memories, Bunker Jonesy gradually gave them the clues to escape from The Loop. By working with the Hunters, like Lexa, and by interrogating the IO Guards, they were able to learn more about the current situation and about the Imagined Order.

Chapter 2: Season 6[]

Reality waves 2 - Fortnite

During the Zero Crisis Finale, they managed to make their way through the Loopers who were killing each other and helped The Foundation and Agent Jones to fix The Zero Point and save reality. After Zero Crisis, The Looper decided to continue helping Jones and The Foundation, they began to hunt for anomalies.[76] Later, they were contacted by Tarana[77] who found a message from Jones for them asking to "Listen to the Crystal Song". Since the recording concerns The Spire, Raz decides to steal it and help The Looper in order to serve his interests. He helped The Looper infiltrate The Spire in order to decipher the message of the crystals. This message comes from The Foundation and asks The Looper to find Jones.

Both Raz and The Looper searched for Jones, talking to several of his Snapshots to find the Jones that The Looper encountered during Zero Crisis Finale. Some of them revealed some secrets about The Loop notably about the lose of memory and the snapshot phenomenon as well as their mission when coming here, but others warned that Jones was doomed and that they could only get help from "The First Jones". Once finding Jonesy The First, the later note that Jones asked the right person for help, speaking about The Looper. However, he wanted to test The Looper's strength first. After The Looper won the duel, Jonesy The First explained the truth behind The Spire. Saying that it will make people powerful, but that it will corrupt their minds. He told them to not let anyone powerful be corrupted by The Spire or Jones wouldn't stand a chance and to hurry to The Spire before it get more attentions from something or someone unspecified.

While The Looper was warned by Jonesy The First, Raz steals a fragment of the Spire's core and becomes Glyph Master Raz. Rebirth Raven, Lara Croft, and Jonesy the First warn that Raz's Power is attracting "unwanted attention" and ask The Looper to stop him and take The Spire artifact from him. They defeat Glyph Master Raz and collect The Spire Artifact, but Jonesy The First says that it's not the end.

At an unspecified time before The Last Reality's attack began, The Looper finally managed to escape The Loop.[78][79] They investigated damaged telescopes at the request of Bunker Jonesy, who suspected that people didn't wanted Islanders to watch the sky. Later, Farmer Steel contacted The Looper about a Downed Black Helicopter which crashed into his corn fields, after investigating The Looper managed to restore communication and heard "India Oscar field decon truck inbound, OPSEC level 3 is in effect, repeat, OPSEC 3 now a GO.", after revealing this to Farmer Steel, the latter confirm this is in fact the Imagined Order.

Bunker Jonesy later recontacted The Looper, about radio starting to ask him question, turns out to be someone named Mari, who used an authorized channel for her radio broadcast, in order to investigate the signs about aliens. Several interveners such as Turk from E.G.O and Dennis also intervened. However, Mari attracted the attention of the IO who ordered her to stop. However after her refusal, she was forced into silence by the IO during an altercation that everyone could hear on the radio, worrying Turk. Mari later returned, but announced she would put a pause to all of this. Around the same time, The Looper received a mission order whose sponsor was unknown. They were asked to terminate all unauthorized broadcast. During their mission, they found strange TV, with a logo, the same as that of the corn circle of Colossal Crops, worrying the sponsor of the mission.

Chapter 2: Season 7[]

Doctor Slone recruited The Looper as covert ops to resolve internal problems at the Imagined Order such as moles in the shadows. Slone sent them on missions ranging from recon, combat, infiltration, investigation, sabotage, classified data recovery etc...

During week 8, Slone sends The Looper to identify the infiltrator, the surprise was that this infiltrator was the Trespasser who had become friends with The Looper in the past, asking if The Looper remembered him after all this time. The thought they were playing comedy when they said no, until he realizes that they really forgot everything when The Looper accused him of being "one of them" to which he replied "Them? You mean Us?" confirming that The Looper was actually a member of The Last Reality. He says afterwards that they must give it time and that they will remember Kymera's directives.

During week 12, Slone contacts The Looper telling them that she believe that the counterattack plan has been compromised and summons them to decide on a backup plan together. This backup plan is revealed to be Operation: Skyfire, an operation that involves getting bombs inside the Mothership and detonating them. During Week 14, The Mole tries to trigger the Mothership Countermeasure Device earlier than expected and Doctor Slone sends The Looper to cancel the trigger. Slone discovers that the mole is Maven, she then sends The Looper to confront her and The Looper defeats her.

A few days before the Operation: Sky Fire Live event, Mari contacted the Looper to express her distrust of Doctor Slone as well as her concerns about the hypothesis that the Mothership contained something that even Slone wouldn't know about. She tells them to be very careful because "Whatever you think the worst thing ever is... This might be way way [interrupted transmission]."

Rebooting Cube - Operation Sky Fire - Fortnite

Operation: Sky Fire[]

The Looper joined the Imagined Order strike team to infiltrate the Mothership to "deliver IO's final message". However, when Doctor Slone tried to arms the bombs, the group get locked in the viewing room, and A Cube emerges from the Purple Water to eliminate them all. Doctor Slone weaponizes their hacked Alien Jetpack and turns it to dormant, she then manages to activate the bombs. Thereafter she decided to abandon the loopers to their fate, she tells them she couldn't risk bringing them back with The Cube to the island. However, The Looper alongside other loopers reboot The Cube, turning it blue, which causes the room to rise up into a chamber containing thousands of dormant purple cubes stored inside. Afterwards, the bombs detonate, destroying the mothership, and a combination of both debris from the mothership and the cubes start to rain down on the island, causing utter destruction. The Looper watches the chaotic scene unfold, but are then knocked out by a destroyed Saucer while in the air.

Chapter 2: Season 8[]

The Looper, who survived The Mothership crash, was contacted by J.B. Chimpanski, who gave them information on what was going on and asked their help for the War Effort. Although still an IO agent, The Looper was no longer loyal to them, as proven when they eliminated IO Guards under Charlotte's request and revealed information about the IO Outposts and IO Convoy to her. They also helped J.B. Chimpanski to organize the fight against the Cubes.

Later, Dark Jonesy predicts two possible futures for The Looper : "My vision is now clear, but I bring dark tidings. On one path, I see sacrifice and loss. On the other, total annihilation. Two paths lie ahead of you." The prediction shows that The Looper will have an important role regarding the possible victory or possible defeat of the islanders against the The Last Reality but in either case, The Looper seems to have a tragic fate.

Foundation and a Looper

Chapter 3: Season 1[]

After drifting in the ocean for approximately 18 hours, The Looper finally arrives on Artemis at Looper Landing, where they meet other Loopers there as well as The Foundation who explains the situation to them and asks the Looper to help him protect Reality Zero from The Last Reality and destroy the Imagined Order so everyone can go back to their home reality. The Looper agrees to ally themselves with the Seven, and the Scientist gives them a communication device so that they can receive different missions.

During week 9, The Foundation tests The Looper's abilities during a recruitment test, The Looper passes the test and officially joins the Seven. Throughout the season, The Scientist sends several messages to the members of the Seven and the vast majority are intended for The Paradigm. However, The Looper intercepted them all. The Scientist realizes this but not knowing that it is the Looper, he sends them a message of greeting as well as prevention in view of the war which will take place between The Imagined Order and The Seven, hoping that the loopers rally to the cause of the Seven.

Chapter 3: Season 2[]

The war has started between the Imagined Order and The Seven/The Resistance. The Looper now receives their missions from The Origin, The Imagined and Jones after The Scientist, who had the device that allowed him to communicate with The Looper, confiscated by The Origin. The Imagined recruits The Looper to help her bring Building back by destroying IO's build jammers. The Origin, Jones and The Imagined task the Looper to help them make a counterattack against the IO, and gain advantage in the war.

The Looper becomes the main enforcer of The Origin and carries out several missions under his orders like sabotage, infiltration, data recovery, counterintelligence, propaganda etc... Jones and The Imagined also frequently use their service. However, The Imagined has The Looper carry out tasks that only serve her purpose or that violate The Origin's orders, such as establishing a communication relay with The Paradigm, whom The Origin greatly distrusts. Having proven their loyalty to the Seven, The Origin chose The Looper to become the pilot or co-pilot of Mecha Strike Commander, on this occasion The Looper gets a new armor.

Collision[]

The Looper alongside 3 other loopers gather inside of the Mecha Strike Commander as the Mecha Weapons Team. They receive a mission briefing by The Origin. Afterwards, The Paradigm enters and initiates the launch sequence, with the Mecha Weapons Team entering the battle stations. The Mecha heads for Reality Zero, and the Mecha Weapons Team assist The Paradigm by destroying incoming asteroids and Abductor debris. The Mecha reaches Reality Zero, landing at Synapse Station, where they are greeted by battalions of the Imagined Order's tanks with shields. As the Loopers destroy the tanks, the Mecha is struck by a laser strike from The Fortress. In a quick time event, the Mecha fires a laser back at The Fortress, destroying the location. As the Mecha continues heading for The Collider, it is hit by a barrage of missiles coming from IO Airships, heavily damaging it and incapacitating it. With The Mecha needing repairs in order to move again, Agent Jones sends Peely in to deliver a Silky Tanker using a Mudflap. The Mecha is healed when it crushes the truck in its fist and The Paradigm pours the Slurp onto it, hurling the truck into an IO Airship when it finishes. The IO begins to send in B.R.U.T.E.s to attack the Mecha, which are easily disposed of by the Mecha Weapons Team.

Agent Jones and the Ground Team manages to take down the shield protecting The Collider, and The Mecha pulls out its Light Blade, slashing through the remaining IO airships. Once The Mecha reaches The Collider, The Paradigm diverts all power to the Light Blade, and prepares to destroy the Collider. However, the ground beneath The Mecha collapses, and the Mecha falls into the ground below as The Paradigm and the Loopers are ejected from the Mecha. The Loopers are awoken by Agent Jones, who alongside The Foundation, lead the Loopers upwards towards the top of the Collider while The Paradigm attempts to get the Mecha back online. However, they are attacked by Doctor Slone piloting a tank alongside IO guards and a B.R.U.T.E.. As the group fights their way towards the Collider, the Zero Point has been exposed, and it begins to rise towards the top of the Collider, shifting realities along the way. The group is stopped by Slone's tank, and as Jones distracts Slone with a speech, The Paradigm manages to get the Mecha back online, crushing Slone and her tank with the Mecha's fist, which destroys part of the bridge. The Paradigm then lifts the Loopers, Jones, and The Foundation upwards towards the top of the Collider, with the latter two jumping into the Zero Point when it focuses on Geno. The Loopers then destroy the crystal detonators, and the Zero Point falls back below. The Paradigm protects the Loopers as the Collider collapses.

Chapter 3: Season 3[]

Having won the war against the Imagined Order, The Looper and The Seven celebrate their victory by transforming Artemis into an island-wide party. The Looper becomes a member of No Sweat Insurance to help fund the rebuilding of three buildings in Tilted Towers. The Looper becomes the Scientist's Research assistant again and works with him to study the Reality Tree. Subsequently, The Looper begin to work with AMIE, an artificial intelligence created by The Scientist to find relics that the Zero Point successively brings to the island, which later lead them to have to confront and defeat Darth Vader. After the disappearance of The Foundation and The Order, Paradigm is contacted by AMIE and then asks The Looper to investigate.

Chapter 3: Season 4[]

After The Herald takes over Sanctuary, The Scientist, The Visitor and The Origin get chromed, and The Paradigm escapes into Reality: 659 to find a solution, Agent Jones contacts The Looper and briefly sums up the situation, he asks The Looper to reactivate AMIE. Jones then sends The Looper to the Reality Tree, The Looper picks up a message through the Roots and records it. AMIE decodes it and reveals it's a message from The Paradigm who warn them about The Nothing. The Looper and AMIE then decide to finish the Scientist's research on Chrome but nothing useful comes out of it. Jones then asks The Looper to find the Chrome Battle Plans that the Origin would have hidden, after finding them they decide to attack The Herald but defeating her was useless. After receiving a transmission from Paradigm, Jones, AMIE, and The Looper go dark.

A while after, Jones once again contacts The Looper and asks them to place signal boosters to receive the new transmissions from Paradigm who tells them that Reality will perish but she has a plan, she then tells them about Zero Point because she needs notes from The Scientist. After the notes were found Paradigm contacted The Looper in order to ask them to have Jones tell everything he knew about the Loop Breaker project. After all this is done Jones, AMIE, and The Looper search for a way to send all the collected information to The Paradigm and manage to do so with the help of Bushranger. After, Paradigm asks them to standby for the fateful moment.

Fracture[]

Forming Island - Fracture - Fortnite
The Herald fused with the Reality Tree and destroyed Reality Zero, leaving the Zero Point alone. The Zero Point tries to gather remains of Artemis and fragments of other realities in order to create a new island. The Paradigm asks Amie and The Looper to find the Zero Fragments to restore the Zero Point's energy; after it's done, she says her last words to AMIE, Jones, and The Looper, and initiates Zero Fusion. The Looper is later shown with Jones on a floating fragment, roasting marshmallows while watching the new island.

Chapter 4: Season 1[]

The Paradigm is taken by the Zero Point to the new island, and disappears shortly after leaving one last message for AMIE and The Looper. AMIE contacts The Looper in order to tell them that all members of The Seven are now MIA, thus no one can stop her from activating the Scientist's experimental (and dangerous) technology called Reality Augments, that she then gives to The Looper. Later, AMIE contacts The Looper over Paradigm's final message, which after being tracked down and deciphered, leads them to investigate the Kinetic Ore. Meanwhile, AMIE realizes that after this mission she will be free, since all the main members of the Seven are missing or assumed dead, and tries to find a new occupation in the meantime but is semi-ironically tempted to destroy humanity. After the Kinetic Ore investigation is over, AMIE asks The Looper to help her build a body in exchange for which she will no longer think about the destruction of humanity.

Rift Warden Stellan contacts The Looper in order to ask them for help; he explains that he has been tasked by The Ageless Champion to create a Rift Gate, a bridge to travels realities. After a first successful assist, Stellan explains that the Rift Gate is the Ageless Champion's dearest wish, but also states that he has his own reason to built it. After further help from The Looper, he reveals a secret he told to no other: the existence of a being that he describe as a "Shapeless Man", which observes them with dark purpose and explains that it's necessary to finish the Rift Gate or else there will be terrible consequences.

Having suspicions about Stellan, AMIE decides to look at his research which results in setting up a test Rift based on Stellan's design at Brutal Bastion; The Looper then sends AMIE's three test vessels through, and after recovering the data, she realizes that the test Rift was locked on The Scientist location, and that something horrible is happening to him. Later Stellan asks The Looper for assistance again, and then reveals to them that it was The Shapeless Man who tasked him to join Oathbound to build the Rift Gate. Together they finish construction. AMIE then also contacts The Looper in order to build a body and save The Scientist, once the Rift Gate opens. After the body is built, she says goodbye to The Looper and thanks them for everything. With the arrival of the Cold Blooded syndicate, The Looper is recruited among the Most Wanted by Renegade Shadow to help them rob their vaults.

The creation of the Rift Gate was completed and it was time to test it, Stellan contacted The Looper to have them retrieve the coordinates of the dimension they must open and enter them into the terminal. Once done and despite his fears, Stellan asks The Looper to open the portal however the coordinates have been sabotaged and the portal has become unstable. After trying to find the saboteur in vain, Stellan is desperate. After the portal exploded and opened a rift to an Unknown world, Stellan had The Looper investigate by collecting data from the outsiders and then a text from the exiled sages of Oathbound which prophesied "a beautiful monster, enabled by the hubris of a champion.", Stellan later reveals that the Shapeless Man thinks he won and thanks The Looper for their help. The Looper investigates secret Peace Syndicate transmissions sent to Evie.

She introduces them to Thunder her superior who tested them, they easily passed the test and entered the Peace Syndicate. Their first mission was to restore the Peace Syndicate network and find the files stolen or destroyed by the saboteur. Near the network, They encountered a suspicious man named Triarch Nox near the computer. The man told the looper "I'd advise staying away from that terminal..." After discovering that it was the files on The Last Reality that were destroyed and that the saboteur is most likely with them, Triarch Nox became hostile and attacked the Looper. Thunder and Evie reveal to The Looper the Peace Syndicate's plan which is to unite all existing Syndicates in order to to find the saboteur and prevent war in MEGA City.

Some time later The Looper has been contacted by Evie and Thunder, it was decided that they would first attempt to rally the River Guard to them. For this The Looper had to show their Katana skills to gain their respect, they agree to ally with the Peace Syndicate on one condition however they demanded that The Looper could arrange a meeting with the Fox Clan for them. After also gaining the respect of the Fox Clan, The Looper conquers an unknown POI in order to bring the two syndicates together since Thunder refused to welcome them in his restaurant because the last time it ended very badly. Eventually the Fox Clan and the River Guard found common ground and both allied with the Peace Syndicate and agreed to help them and The Looper find the saboteur.

The Luminaries contacted Peace Syndicate to warn them that the saboteur they were looking for had stolen some of their prototype weapons. The Looper was therefore tasked with finding them, after which The Luminaries asked The Looper to use their technology to find out who the saboteurs were, discovering that they were part of The Unseen. The Luminaries finally join the Syndicates alliance. The Looper is finally contacted one last time, where Evie explains to them The Unseen are indeed trying to start a war between the syndicates but Thunder retorts that they weren't doing it on their own and that someone else was acting in the shadows. The Luminaries gave The Looper a P33LY disguise to infiltrate The Unseen so they could convince the leaders to stop this. They manage to convince them and after that Highwire contacts Peace Syndicate to give them the location of signal jammer nodes that Dahlia used to communicate with The Last Reality so that they can destroy them. After successfully uniting The Syndicates, The Looper became an honorary member of the Peace Syndicate and was granted a signature menu item at Thunder's Restaurant.

Chapter 4: Season 3[]

The Looper is now known as the Hero of MEGA City, becoming even more famous than they already were. After the appearance of the Jungle, they helped Aura recover the Chalice of Cubestastrophe, an evil cube-created artifact looking for a wielder. For this they broke into the Explorers and retrieved their notes, and listened at the same time to the audio logs of Slone who had survived, and who mysteriously seems to be addressing them. After investigating the Petroglyphs, they were able with the help of Aura to establish a map, Aura also discovered that the Chalice had been altered and suspected Orelia. After The Looper finds the Chalice, they are possessed by Orelia who talks to Aura and agrees to give the chalice and be relocated to a golden fork. The Chalice is finally sealed, however during their search, The Looper found a Kinetic Ore crystal which they gave to Trace, saying he was interested if they found any more.

The Looper subsequently intercepts a mysterious transmission from Optimus Prime intended for his allies, revealing that the island is in danger and must be left as soon as possible. They learn a bit more at Rumble Ruins by investigating Optimus' wall where they find a message guiding them in their search. The Looper is then be recruited by Triggerfish for a mission to rescue Coral Buddies kidnapped by Turk and Riptide in order to sell them to a wealthy collector. After defeating Turk and Riptide forcing them to reveal where the Coral Buddies were hidden, they found another Kinetic Ore crystal in the jungle. They also continue to receive transmissions from Optimus, and find other lab reports and audio logs from Slone, allowing them to learn more about the current situation on the island.

The Looper found the last two Kinetic Ore crystals and gave them to Trace and then find the latest audio logs and lab reports from Slone. Then they are eventually recruited again by Slone (who apparently doesn't recognize them) as her tenth hired gun. Their mission was to first steal the plans for Stellan's refined Kinetic Ore which had already been stolen by Stingray, a member of SHADOW who specializes in traps (the previous nine hired guns were all trapped by Stingray, never returning). After infiltrating Lonely Labyrinth, they manage to steal the blueprints from under Stingray's nose and escape. However the plan was incomplete, but they used it to search for the already refined Kinetic Ore in the Jungle. After that, their last task was to install the refined Kinetic Ore instead of Slone (who argued with The Explorers, no longer letting her do what she wanted) at The Apparatus, in order to greatly increase its power. After that, The Apparatus activated and projected the impending Eclipse that was about to arrive. Doctor Slone thanked The Looper and told them a bit about her plan to escape before our enemies arrived.

Chapter 4: Season 4[]

The time traveler and vampire Kado Thorne, whose arrival was prophesied by The Ancients, finally arrived on The Island and settled there, building three large resorts: Eclipsed Estate, Relentless Retreat and Sanguine Suites. Doctor Slone called on Nolan Chance, an experienced robber, as well as The Looper to rob Eclipsed Estate and recover Thorne's Time Machine. Antonia, a thief also known as Masque, forcefully integrated herself into the group to steal Nolan's job after what he did to her during their last heist together.

They set up their base at Frenzy Fields. Nolan Chance first tested The Looper's abilities, after which The Looper officially joined the group, but Antonia tried to convince The Looper to follow her plan. After that Nolan revealed the whole mission to The Looper, revealing to them that they needed to recruit new talent for the crew, however it turned out to be a dismal failure as Countess Daraku, Arctic Assassin and Agent Peely refused, so Nolan had to turn to his "probably still angry old crew". Nolan asked The Looper to gain the attention of Piper Pace, Nolan's former gatway driver.

After gaining her attention and convincing her, Piper Pace joined the Crew and helped The Looper get Nolan to reconcile with Antonia by stealing a very valuable ring from Kado Thorne. Once the theft was completed, The Looper gave it to Antonia in Nolan's name with a card with "Antonia, I'm very very very very very sorry" written on it, which worked surprisingly for Piper Pace. Antonia therefore realigned herself with Nolan. Later, Nolan had The Looper recruit Fish Thicc, Triggerfish's cousin. However he refused because he had to train the Coral Buddies who had previously been kidnapped by Turk and Riptide. The Looper and Nolan therefore established a trick force Fish Thicc to join the crew by making him owe a debt to them.

After that, Fish Thicc and Nolan established the group's absolutely necessary last member, the Hacker Mae. They gave tips to The Looper to try to gain his attention, which was difficult, but once done Mae asked The Looper a favor particularly about the Chrono-cells and how they worked, knowing full well that Thorne had something sinister planned . After being able to steal some from Throne and determining how they work, she decided to join the Crew, hiding what Chrono-cells really were. Infiltration expert Khaby Lame also joined the Crew as the last member to make sure the plan goes as planned.

In their first attempt, the crew successfully infiltrated Eclipsed Estate and disabled both vaults doors, stealing additional items from the first vaults, including Midas' Drum Gun. However Kado Thorne stopped them by himself taking his Revenant form and tried to kill them. The Looper stopped Thorne and allowed the crew to escape. Thorne then remained in his Inner Sanctum in his revenant form to protect his Time Machine himself, whose next destination was set at "2018 07 12".

Agent Jones returned to The Island, and collaborated with the Crew and Slone. The Looper went on various solo missions, including helping Triarch Aurora track down Triarch Nox, helping the High Stakes Club and Victoria Saint kill Countess Daraku, and working with Shimmerdusk by destroying all his protection systems, robbing the vaults of Sanguine Suite and Relentless Retreat, eliminating his henchmen and destroying his luxury stuff, gradually leaving him defenseless and causing him to lose his calm.

The Heist Crew took the opportunity to steal his Time Machine and took it to Frenzy Fields where they started to study it for Slone's Plan. The machine started to bring back stuff from "2018 07 12".

After that The Looper and Shimmerdusk infiltrated Eclipsed Estate one last time with their best arsenal and confronted Kado Thorne, believing they had killed The Revenant for good, but he somehow resurrected or faked death.

Chapter 5: Season 1[]

Arriving on Helios, The Looper joined the ranks of The Underground to confront The Society. As time passed, the forces of The Society slowly faltered, and fought amongst themselves. With the help of The Looper, Jones managed to rescue Peely from the grasp of their enemies during Takedown Quests, ending his quest for vengeance. At the same time, they defeated all the bosses of The Society except Peter Griffin and stole their medallions, however Valeria continued her research about the box-shaped relic, seeking its power.

As The Society's power continues to dwindle, a strange traveler arrives on the Island called Odyssey and a strange Mosaic that bears a warning was discovered. After hearing about The Looper and seeing part of their destiny, she recruited them to help her in her research about The Mosaic that she believe herald something and that it's linked to the ancient power that she feels on the Island. As The Looper manages to find more fragments of The Mosaic, Odyssey reveals that the Society Medallions that the leaders of The Society possessed contained a fragment of this power, and that this same power grow stronger. After the Mosaic is completed, Odyssey reveals that Valeria is responsible for whatever it is foretells. She warns The Looper that she will continue to study The Mosaic, but that she may not decode it's warning before it's too late.

Chapter 5: Season 2[]

Faced with the threat of Zeus, wishing to annihilate all mortals, The Oracle made a new prophecy concerning The Looper by reading their fate announcing to them that they must prove the worth of humanity to Zeus before the sky turns black. After doing a trial of agility, strength and wisdom to verify that The Looper was a worthy Hero, The Oracle announced to them that they must unite the immortals against Zeus. To begin with, The Looper killed several people so that their souls would contact Hades.

The Looper later contacted Hades directly, who was surprised that they were mortalkind's Hero. Hades challenged the Looper to prove they are a worthy hero and can defeat his brother Zeus by making him fight Cerberus. After Cerberus was defeated, Hades surprised at The Looper's strength and contacted Zeus. Afterwards Ares, the god of war, contacted The Looper, angry that someone was challenging the Pantheon of Zeus and challenged The Looper to a duel, although he thought The Looper would refuse because confronting him would be a sign of a declaration of war against the gods, The Looper accepted the challenge and faced Ares. During the fight the god recognized the strength of The Looper but underestimated them, thinking them incapable of defeating him and taking his Medallion. By defeating Ares, The Looper recovered the Ares's Aspect of Combat, the latter left to inform Zeus of the situation.

After the Looper defeated Cerberus and Ares, The Oracle mentionned that Zeus allies saw them fighting and that they were stronger than they thought, she then left The Looper, telling them that she will contact them again when an Immortal is ready to listen to them. Marigold, suspecting that Midas is somewhere in The Underworld, gathers many of Midas' Old Crew back together and went de Helios. SHADOW, which has been under the leadership of Brutus since Midas' disappearance, takes over The Marigold Yacht and sets up SHADOW Briefings around the Island. Marigold recruit The Looper to investigate The Underworld but they end up learning The Golden King escaped by managing to have an underworld guard unshackle one of his chains, then using his golden touch to soften the cuffs and lock to his cell door. Midas then enchanted Lava with his Golden Touch to bring vengeance to the gods. He reunites with his former associates and his daughter, meanwhile The Looper and Marigold study the power of the Chains of Hades.

After meeting The Looper, Midas wanted to check the loyalty of his former number 2: Brutus. He asked The Looper to check his loyalty by recruiting mercenaries and then checking to see if he was listening to Midas with bugs. The Looper found bugs and reported it to Midas, who then demanded to confront Brutus. Fortunately for Midas, these bugs were only those of Hope, dating from when The Marigold belonged to The Society and Midas was reassured to see that his old friend had not betrayed him. Marigold asked The Looper to work with Jules on how the Chains of Hades worked to find a way to contain Midas' Golden Touch, together they manage to harvest and transform the essence of Styx which Jules managed to infuse into gauntlets that she forged, allowing Midas to control his Golden Touch.

After he received the gauntlets, Midas revealed his story in the form of Myths to The Looper, and with his crew, they began their plan to escape in a new location far from Helios, for his ambitions. To this end the members of the crew, Meowscles, Skye, TNTina, Brutus, Marigold gave several missions to The Looper in order to act as bait so that Midas and the other can go ahead into Spawn Island, safely away from Hades while Brutus stays behind to prepare The Marigold yacht to pick them up and traverse on it to go on their new, fruitful adventures as reunited friends. Later the crew left The Island.

Aphrodite expresses her support for the Looper's prophetic mission, despite how impossible their task seems. Several stone Olympian Edicts engraved by Zeus who learned about The Looper's project appear on the Island, which the Looper must decipher. Peely intercepts the third Edict, which reveals Zeus planned to recruit Artemis as an ally of his. Aphrodite, now with a refueled fighting spirit, teams up with the Looper to recruit Artemis before Zeus does and they succeed.

Cerberus reveals that he has been tasked by Zeus to investigate the Looper's actions, but offers to stop if the Looper helps him find a lost artifact that Hades had entrusted him with. Hades reveals that he hid the artifact- a toy ball for Cerberus- during Zeus' tempest. To relieve Cerberus' stress, he puts the ball's scent on the Looper and had them 'play' with Cerberus, which allows him to find the ball and return it to his doghouse in Grim Gate. The Looper goes back to the Oracle, and is informed that Medusa is the one to recruit against Zeus next.

In the meantime, Hope reformed The Underground to fight the gods. Medusa calls upon The Looper, wanting to take back her property that Zeus stole from her a long time ago. While searching, they find an hourglass that was created by Hephaestus. The Oracle tells The Looper that Olympians immortality isn't absolute and that the Stormforged Hourglass is Zeus's source, and that it can be destroyed. After destroying all the cracking Hourglasses, Medusa then explains that they were crafted with Zeus's own godly essence to increase his power and by destroying them, it weakened the god. With Zeus's godly essence that was inside the hourglasses, she crafted a charm that she gave to The Looper to empower them, before sending them destroy Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass in raid of Mount Olympus along with all immortals allies : Aphrodite, Artemis, Apollo, Poseidon, Perseus and Medusa as well as The Underground. This ended up making him mortal and then The Looper confronted the king of gods in a death match that the god ultimately lost.

Chapter 5: Season 3[]

After inquiring about Megalo Don, Hope contacted Jones for him to contact The Looper for a mission. After a few missions involving the test of the power of the Nitro and modded vehicles, Hope heard rumors that were not reassuring and asked The Looper to recover the various spy devices that she had placed in the Wasteland Warriors bases. However, this did not allow her to know whether they were proven or not so sent The Looper getting more intel from Rust and Brite Raider, two wastelanders allied with The Underground. Learning that Megalo Don has been starting to writing down his plans and that everything is previously kept on a terminal a Redline Rig, The Looper infiltrated the refinery, knocked out a guard to take their Keycard and access the terminals and sent all the data to Hope's secure uplink, learning about Megalo Don's plan with the pipeline and The Leviathan. After Jones sent The Looper in various sabotage mission, Hope contact both of them to tell them wastelanders have been finding gems, tied to Pandora's Box. Jones tries to tell to Hope to not collect them, becausep owers like this can't be controlled but Hope convince him to do it, and so sent The Looper steal Brutal Beachhead's gem. Once The Looper gave teh Gem to Hope, she got a sudden headache.

Hope later recontact both The Looper, saying she found another gem, owned by Ringmaster Scarr, a member of the Wasteland Warriors. After managing to catch Scarr's attention, the latter thinking The Looper is cool, she agreed to give The Looper the gem if they do "A stunt so dangerously, rip-roariously metal that it makes the gods wet their big, golden bloomers". Once The Looper did it, Scarr gave them the gem and The Looper then gave it to Hope, who reveal them that the gem gave her a vision of Megalo Don working with a Wanderer. Jones later found the third gem, owned by Peabody, an amateur gardener, a professional mechanic, and an expert at being high in fiber. Peabody agreed to give the Pandora Gem if they helped Dummy. Once done, they gave the gem to The Looper, with Hope noting Megalo Don also had the final gem and asking The Looper to say nothing to Jones about the visions and the headaches. Dummy also finally got the right to his upgrade. Once the Looper gave the gem to Hope she got a stronger headache, and went to rest. While the pipeline was almost done, Hope contacted both Jones and The Looper, telling them she need the final gem, owned my Megalo Don. The Looper went to ask Peabody if they knew where it could be hidden. Learning that it was probably in a one of Megalo Don's secret caches around the Island, they tried to search everywhere, in vain. Trying another method, The Looper confronted Megalo Don to steal his map, once done, they managed to recover the gem and gave it to Hope, The Oracle emerged, telling Hope they have to talk. Not very long after, the Megalo Don was ready, and started his raid, however he was betrayed by The Wanderer, who revealed himself as Doctor Doom, with him making blow up the pipeline after hacking it, revealing in a big explosion Pandora's Box. Doom then stole the powers of the Box.

While Hope contact The Looper to recover information from both Rust and Brite Raider about the pipeline, she confess to both Jones and The Looper that she has been talking to Magneto, with Jones asking why she was talking to him she tell him he went to talk to her. Then The Oracle appeared a new time, inviting Hope to walf with her to talk. In the meantime, The Looper went to Redline Rig to survey the damage, while The Oracle revealed that Pandora's Box, instead of destroying Hope, was talking to her, and then reveal that Hope and the Box are linked by fate, but that Doom rewritten fate by his mere presence. She also tell the group that now it is now longer enough to "close the box" and that they have to fight. Jones then went with The Looper to get information from Magneto, who tell them that he called reinforcement for them. Jones and The Looper then discussed the Island's fate and both agreed to help her. The Looper then went to offer their help to Hope, who was waiting for the Oracle to reappear, when she suddendly appeared again. The Looper does so and gives her everything she needed, before leaving. Gwenpool would later escape her cell and reunite with the other heroes.

Later, The Looper and Jones try to find Doom together, but are unsuccessful. Hope calls The Looper to make them come investigate the crater left over by Pandora's Box next to Redline Rig as something weird was spotted. Upon arriving and investigating, The Looper finds the broken mask of Doom. After a discussion with The Oracle they come to the conclusion, it's a prototype, and hands it over to Hope for further analysis. After bringing the broken mask to Hope, she expresses her doubts on how to stop Doom. The Looper and Jones later continued their investigation at Redline Rig to see if there are other pieces of Doom's broken armor, with Jones noting that Doom must have wanted them to find his mask. However they don't find anything else. Afterwards, Hope sends The Looper to retrieve the recording devices she placed at Fractured Four and Cynthia von Doom Memorial. They find that Doom has been there pondering his thoughts, as he speaks about the corrupted powers of the Box and how it keeps trying to overtake him, leading him to go into hiding for now, to make himself new armor. But this information tells them nothing about his whereabouts. So Hope subsequently sends The Looper to retrieve one of the chips implanted in the heads of Doom's Henchmen for analysis, noting that they no longer have to worry about how to defeat Doom, since they have to find him first.

Hope starts to have doubts on herself thinking she might not be good enough to lead in the war against Doom. Elsewhere The Looper hands over the parts they gathered to Shuri, she attaches the new Rift recalibrators onto three rift beacons around Castle Doom. Hope sends in The Looper to defeat Doombot, but something goes wrong as the recalibrators start to short circuit. Hope and Shuri soon find out that Doom's lieutenants Mysterio and Emma Frost were the one's who tampered with the Rift beacons, Hope realizes they can't just fight Doom and get it over with instead they need to get rid of his lieutenants first.

At Hope's request, mission details have been encrypted and classified and instructions have been hidden for The Looper on the Island. After The Looper found the phone, they got a call from Hope on a securised channel and she told them the plan: using the Stark Power Dampeners to reduce Emma's psychic powers and then launch an assault against her. The Looper first used forecast towers to locate Emma Frost's operatives and learned they were already looking for them. Then they hired a specialist on order to make sure everything was good to place the power dampeners around The Raft. Once done, Hope switched The Looper back to the main communication channel and was intending to coordinate an attack along with Jones and the other allies. However Rift Recalibrators detected Doom's signal, and he was heading toward The Raft meaning he finished his new armor. Jones warned Hope about this, but was caught in a moment of panic forcing The Looper to face Emma Frost alone, but they managed defeated her.

Hope, Jones, and their allies brace themselves for Doom's imminent arrival, setting up rift beacons near the central lake with the plan to send him back to his home reality. Peelverine is left in charge of activating the beacons, but he quickly delegates the task to The Looper. As The Looper activates the beacons one by one, they all begin to aim towards Doom's Arcane Forge.

In a bold move, Doom grabs Hope, bringing her face-to-face with him. She stabs him in the eye with the shield still charged with Pandora's magic, leaving Doom with a scar over his eye which enabled a weak point suppressing his physical immunity. However Hope injured her own arm in the process. Peelverine, Gwenpool, War Machine, Iron Man and Iron Spider—supported by an army of Loopers—charge in, engaging Doom in an epic battle at the central lake. Ultimately, the heroes and Loopers prevail, managing to weaken Doom enough to activate the final rift beacon, stripping him of his Pandora's Box powers and sending him back to his home reality. During the fight against Doom, three rift beacons were launched aside, landing at Grand Glacier, Brawler's Battleground and Restored Reels, and throughout the next few days, pumpkins and vines would begin to appear as Ultima Carver's Halloween Reality begins to merge with the Island. During this chaos, Hope spray paints the Apollo Island on the screen of Restored Reels, while Stark's Rift Beacon residing there began to spark opening a rift and sending everyone onto the Apollo Island.

Chapter 2 Remix[]

Hope would disband The Underground and leave the Helios Island after realizing Pandora's Box was just the beginning, with Jones on her side. She would leave four audio logs on the Apollo Island for her elder sister to find, as she tries her best to contact Valeria and convince her to meet up by bringing up some old memories, just to end up being ignored, and put on voice mail over and over, Hope would set up a meeting between The Underground and Valeria hoping her sister would show up this time. Hope would try calling her sister once again, this time to tell Valeria about her strange new power to see the future through her art. The Looper found all the voicemails, and followed Jones and Hope to Reality: 783.

Chapter 6: Season 1[]

Upon arriving on the Island of Oninoshima, The Looper witnesses a fragment of the Zero Point crashing onto it, reawakening ancient magic, reopening the dragon portals to the Spirit Realm, and allowing demons to invade the island. They eventually re-encounter Jones and Hope, inquiring on what their current plans were, though they recieve very brief answers.

Later on, Kendo, one of Hope's new associates, asks for assistance to investigate the return of demons on the island, and promptly enlists the help of The Looper. The Looper agrees, and begins hunting the Demon Warriors.

They are soon contacted by Kendo's sister: Jade, who is also working with Hope. The latter seeks to learn more about the Island's magic. After helping her place Spirit Charms across the Island, The Looper collects demon essence to study their nature and delivers it to Hope. Hope reveals she is searching for an artifact akin to Pandora's Box,[80] stating she wasn't surprised by the island's current situation - suspecting it to be connected with the reawakening of Oninoshima's myths and ancient magic, as well as the demons.

Later, The Looper travels to Battle's End alone to investigate the return of magic. Sensing ancient magical resonance, they deduce it is connected to the demons, their rage, and the Spirit Realm. They conclude that something ancient and powerful is stirring the Island's magic.[81]

Sometime after, Kendo calls upon The Looper once more - reporting that Jade is missing.[82] He suspects their older brother: Daigo, is involved as Daigo has been experimenting with dark magic.[83] Kendo claims to have seen Jade through a portal but dismissed it as a hallucination. However, when The Looper looks through the portal, they also see her - and hear her mention a shard.[84]

Kendo sends The Looper to investigate Daigo's shop: The Thousand Faces, where they discover an underground hideout. Inside, they find various masks imbued with traces of dark magic, a painting of Daigo giving a mask to Jade, and a machine pulsing with dark energy. They notably examine a Sprite cage, a worrying sight to The Looper,[85] as well as a broken Mask of Power from long ago - though Kendo warns The Looper that the mask should never be repaired, for both of them view the masks as dangerous[86] - thus Kendo stays away from using them, similarly to Mizuki.

Upon confronting Daigo, The Looper learns that Jade had actually been cursed by the demons, and that Daigo created a mask to protect her.[87] However, the mask amplified her powers, trapping her in the Spirit Realm. Despite his regrets, Daigo insists he made the mask to keep her safe.[88] Upon gathering all the information they could, The Looper reports their findings back to Kendo.

Chapter 6: Season 2[]

At this point, the Outlaws, still loosely connected and becoming friends, set their sights on Crimson City, now known as Crime City, with an ambitious, yet surprisingly easy goal: breaking into Fletcher Kane's banks and stealing his gold and treasures.[89] To support their efforts, Skillet, Joss, and Keisha Cross set up black markets throughout the Island. These hubs not only provided criminals with weapons and equipment but also became meeting points where outlaws could gather, relax, and forge new alliances. One of these new alliances was Midas, a legend among many like Cassidy,[90] going around helping people for free, which catches some questions from people such as Joss[91] and Skillet about what he's actually planning.[92]

Wanted: Skillet[]

The Looper finds themselves contacted by Skillet for a big gig. Skillet has them prove their worth by acquiring gold, granting them the nickname "Ratso". The Looper opens up a bank vault with Thermite and collects its treasure, serving as an explosive test for Skillet. Together, they sabotage Fletcher Kane's payphones to limit reinforcements, allowing Valentina, the so-called Robber Queen, to break into Kane's personal vault, while The Looper distracts the Alpha Guards on standby. They discover but ultimately decide to leave the collars and puppy chew toys, but split the gold between them.

Wanted: Joss[]

Joss, fascinated by chemistry and other sciences, refuses to believe what the people say about the magic surrounding her, thinking that there must be a scientific explanation for it all, including the seemingly miraculous birth of Big Dill and the gold spreading from the Spirit Realm portal. Noticing The Looper wasn't like other Outlaws, she contracted them to help her during her research. She first sends them to talk to Big Dill, in order to study him. Upon talking to Big Dill, The Looper help them to collect a few records and opening some bottles of brine, to get the party started over at Crime City and see him in his "natural habitat". Joss ultimately concludes Dillinger's just a regular party animal stuck in a briny body.

Later, Joss assumes that she might get evidences of gold's impact on people out of DNA samples, and sent The Looper to "recover" DNA samples from people who were absolutely not attacked with assault rifles. Finding no contamination samples within their DNA, she sent The Looper recover mineral samples with the Plasma Burst Laser to crumble stone structures. Noting them to be nearly perfect, she then asked The Looper to return at her black market at Magic Mosses in order to analyse the mineral samples. However, The Looper's analysis shows that it is simply a normal gold ore, leaving Joss dumbfounded. However, she still doesn't believe in magic and thinks there is another explanation.

Baron Escalation Tax[]

Baron alpha wolf Fletcher Kane, wanting to increase his wealth, took control over the Outlaws' Vending Machine mechanisms and applied a 100% tax increase onto previously sold items. However, the Black Market shops have remained exactly the same, with Keisha Cross considering it as a community good, especially after the outrageous Baron tax.[93]

Golden Gunslinger & rebellion against Kane[]

The legendary criminal, Midas, rises again in order to take down his old acquaintance, Fletcher Kane. He and his loyal right-hand man, Brutus, join forces with the Outlaws running the Black Market, in order to supply more weapons. The Golden King contacted The Looper, who had impressed him back in Chapter 5: Season 2, and gave them missions to test their abilities. Recognizing their worth, Midas decided to ally himself with The Looper, however, he did not trust them. In the meantime, The Outlaws all over the Island rebel against Fletcher Kane, following his taxes. Growing in fame and reverence, Midas gains his new title, The Golden Gunslinger.

Wanted: Midas[]

After a significant blow was dealt to Kane's multiple vaults, The Looper gained membership in the Outlaw Faction, and Midas contacted them again. He first tested whether he could trust them by having them do SHADOW Briefings, and then sent them to bribe the Outlaws with bars, before making them uniting the Outlaws under him against Fletcher Kane to ensure their loyalty. With The Looper's loyalty proven, Midas gave them a mission. He told them he had a hunch, and that The Looper had to confirm it by sending them analyze the residual energy traces near the broken Spirit Realm portal. Midas told them that if he was correct, both he and The Looper should recognize this mysterious energy as this is linked to their common past in Reality Zero. As The Looper used the sensor backback, they discovered energy traces of The Zero Point.

Midas later sent The Looper in Daigo's lair which had recently returned to activity in order to steal a copy of his mask making book, feeling the Mask Maker also wanted The Zero Shard. For unknown reason, Daigo associated himself with Fletcher Kane and supplied his army with masks of powers. Midas and The Looper later had a discussion, in which Midas revealed a lot of people wanted the shard, including Daigo and Fletcher Kane and admitted that he also wanted it for his own ambitions, but that for the moment, The Looper's and his interests converged: stopping Daigo and Fketcher Kane from getting the Shard. He even agreed to have to work with Jones and Hope, The Looper's allies, if necessary.

Legendary Outlaw: The Looper[]

The Looper continued to work on uniting the Outlaw, becoming a renowned Outlaw in the process and gaining access to the Legendary Outlaw Keycard of the Outlaw Faction, allowing them to benefit from all the Outlaws services. They again got a talk with Midas. In this discussion Midas recognized the extent to which uniting the outlaws with so much disparate perspective was a thankless work, but told them that nevertheless if the momentum could be maintained, Kane's days as Baron would be numbered, as surprisingly the "team" work very well together. Midas then thanked The Looper for their assistance.[94]

Wanted: Keisha Cross[]

As Cassidy Quinn is preparing a heist as Outlaws were ordered by Midas to keep Kane bothered and busy, her best friend Keisha Cross contacts The Looper. Testing their abilities first, she send them help Cassidy. Agreeing to help Cassidy steal Kane's personal Whiplash, both go to his personal garage, whose keys Cassidy had already stolen. The Looper and Cassidy enter the car, with the former taking the wheel, and run away with it, while talking.

Later, The Looper went to spy on Kane's communication. Spying on communication, they hear Kane react to their recent heist with Cassidy, then discover things such as Kane delivering gold to Daigo, Midas being on the move and a mysterious machine being installed at Daigo's workshop.

Espionage continues[]

Continuing to spy on Kane's communications, The Looper learns about the latter wishing to put an end to Midas. Then, they learn move about his involvement with Daigo, the latter being given enough authority to command Alpha guards, and his workshop being protected by them. They also learn of the arrangement between the two: Fletcher provides Daigo with gold, so that he can give him the power he promised him.

Wanted: Baron[]

Midas sent The Looper to investigate Kane's plan, first sending them to Lonewolf Lair, where they found files concerning research on the Zero Point Shard, which worried them. They then searched Kane's vault, noticing the significant absence of bars. They then found a mysterious mask hanging on a wall, which The Looper quickly made the connection.

Midas then asked The Looper to gear up with suitable equipment to take Kane down, as part of his plan to take him down because he needed The Looper alive in order to win. After that, he sent them to take down Kane's lieutenants, knowing they were carrying orders, and hoping that one of them had received secret orders. Reading the orders, they realized that the gold was being given to a secret collaborator, whose identity Midas easily guessed.

Seeking to verify if his intuition was correct, Midas sent The Looper to attack the convoys to find out where they were headed. Learning it was indeed the Mask Workshop, The Looper was sent investigating it. Arriving at the scene, the dark fog made their skin tingle, and they guessed that the Island itself wasn't happy with what Daigo had done there. Descending into the secret lair, they found the dark mask-making machine, which seemed to have been used for something sinister. Then, continuing their search, The Looper discovered what Daigo had done with Kane's bars and went to report to Midas.

Reporting their discoveries to Midas, the latter understood Kane and Daigo's plan: Daigo had been supplying Alpha with masks and promised Kane ultimate power. With Kane's gold, Daigo made a mask powerful enough to breach the spirit realm and collect the Zero Shard. While noting Daigo will likely betray Kane if he succeeds, Midas notes that they absolutely must be stopped, even if it meant collaborating with The Looper's "hero" friends.

Daigo's Fate Event[]

4-18-2025 - Portal Phase Event - Fortnite

Escorted by Kane, Daigo once again heads to a Dragon Portal—this time in Magic Mosses—and begins siphoning energy from it, albeit on a much grander scale, using the sinister mask's enhanced power.

Busy with the ritual to open the portal, Daigo orders Fletcher Kane, instructing him to deal with The Looper and put an end to their interference. Upon Kane's failure to stop them, Daigo expresses his annoyance, retreating through a void tear.

On his final attempt, while Fletcher Kane was defeated by The Looper once and for all, Daigo managed to finally open the portal—betraying and abandoning his Kane to his fate, calling it pragmatism as he alone could enter the Spirit Realm.

Chapter 6: Mini Season 1[]

Episode I: Imperial Takeover[]

and '"`UNIQ--nowiki-00000062-QINU`"' witnessing the arrival of Galactic Empire.

Hope and Kendo witnessing the arrival of Galactic Empire.

Following the arrival of the Death Star, Luke Skywalker and the rest of the Resistance arrived on Oninoshima to help the residents survive the galactic threat. Most of The Resistance set up their Resistance Base while the Clone Troopers set up their own Outpost Enclave and began working as a unified effort in spite of the Empire's new allies. Luke, determined to enlist new allies, tells Leia that people such as Hope, Jones and The Looper will be good to recruit.

Meanwhile, The Looper has been watching Poe Dameron's squadron flying and was approached by the latter, asking if they were a spy, or if they wanted to join. After passing the flight tests, Dameron granted them membership in his squadron alongside Pilot's wings, making The Looper an official member of The Resistance's military henceforth.

Going to investigate, The Looper discovers the Rebels' Data Log Entries, where they mainly learn how some of the rebels are discouraged by seeing how outgunned they are, while another log talks about rumors concerning a major counteroffensive move against The Empire. Later, infiltrating Vader Samurai's Solitude, they discover Imperial Data Log Entries from its Stormtroopers, some of whom are alarmed by the number of people dancing on the island, others are worried about being stuck there, and one of them experienced and was terrified by one of the Rift-To-Go's. However, one of the logs mentions that Emperor Palpatine is interested in the "junk" of Oninoshima. The Stormtroopers don't really know why this is the case, but if they find anything interesting they will report it to the Emperor as soon as possible.

Episode II: The Pull of the Force[]

The Looper meets up with Leia Organa. She sought after a rebel loyalist to formulate a plan on how to figure out why The Empire has taken a detour to Oninoshima, so they team up discover the truth. Through The Resistance's team of spies, they know to search for a hidden Empire cache, which the Looper was able to find by hotwiring a cannon into a mountain. Viewing them as an honorary rebel, Leia becomes even more determined to find the brave and skilled allies that this Island has after hearing what the Empire has planned.

Meanwhile, the Looper meets up with and impresses Han Solo by beating his score and taking out a few Stormtroopers. They are successfully able to befriend him, with Han telling them to lead the way when it matters.

Likewise to Han, the Looper meets up with Luke Skywalker for a training session. They accept that they must face their fears, their anger, their doubt, all in pursuit of greatness. Impressed, Luke feels as if they possess the heart of a Jedi, and invites them to train some more with him if they so wish.

Jar Jar Binks meets The Looper and informs them of how he wants the morale of the Clone Troopers to be boosted for the war effort. To do so, he has them bring freshly-caught fish back to them. While there, he quests they spray paint their outposts to make them look, as he puts it, "pretty". These sprays highlight their brave warrior deeds, which succeeds in boosting their morale.

Chewbacca arrives on the Island and gets to work with assisting the Rebels in facing the Imperial threat, attacking their Outposts and bringing along Wookiee Bowcasters for the battle as well.

Episode III: Mandalorian Rising[]

The Mandalorian Warriors expect honor, loyalty, and strength, whether among themselves, but also from their allies. However, they suspect that their most recent allies and employer, the Galactic Empire, betrayed them and their agreement. Ironically, the mercenaries recruits another mercenary, The Looper, in an effort to find proof of this speculated betrayal. Infiltrating Outposts to dig into the Empire's data, The Looper found irrefutable proof of their betrayal, as well as a plan that the Mandalorians deemed completely dishonorable once informed by The Looper. Finding an honorable trust within The Looper, they break their contract with the Empire and turn against them, therefore joining The Resistance.

Meanwhile, over at The Resistance Base, the rebellion gears up for their ultimate plan to stop the Empire. They ultimately conclude that the best way to achieve victory would be by striking the heart of the issue, the armies invading the island, by infiltrating the Death Star. They utilize their holotables to project the Death Star and discuss their battle plans.

Episode IV: Star Destroyer Bombardment[]

As per Vader's orders, a Star Destroyer was deployed to bombard The Resistance and their allies. In the meantime, Emperor Palpatine ordered the Death Star's superlaser to be charged to decimate the Oninoshima Island.

According to their intel, the Death Star's superlaser will be charged in around a week's time, leaving them only a short window to execute their infiltration plan. Leia Organa upgrades her Rebel Outpost with extra landing pads and rebel technology, with everybody preparing for the effort of infiltrating and sabotaging the Death Star itself from within, saving the Island from the Emperor's might for good.

Death Star Sabotage[]

After a successful assault on Star Destroyers around the Death Star, Hope, Jones, The Looper and their resistance allies successfully infiltrate the Death Star. Some disguise themselves as Stormtroopers, while others pose as prisoners, allowing them to slip past Imperial forces undetected. Once inside, they sabotage the tractor beam systems and other critical technologies, significantly reducing the Death Star's threat level—provided their mission succeeds.

Meanwhile, Fishstick attempts to experiment with a Rift-To-Go in space—an untested maneuver. The device caus him to vanish from the group and makes it appear in space, outside. This sabotage effort serves as the core of the resistance's inside operation, while the Blue Squadron maintains communication with Jones and Hope to coordinate their bombing run.

After disabling the Death Star's laser cannons, to allow Blue Leader's Tie Fighter Squadron to do their move, the team is soon confronted by a pair of Stormtroopers. Jones tries to use Jedi mind tricks, but the attempt fails, forcing the group to neutralize the enemies with conventional weapons. This is followed by a trip to the Tie Fighter ships room, with a fight against the Imperial forces. Just as escape seems within reach, a TIE Fighter crashes into the bridge, separating Hope from the rest of the team.

Trapped in what appears to be a dead end, the group faces Emperor Palpatine himself. He effortlessly deflects their attacks, disarms them using the Force, and overwhelms them with Force Lightning. With the team incapacitated and no options remaining, Jones prepares for the worst—until Hope returns just in time. She uses a Rift-To-Go to shield Jones from Palpatine's final strike. Though unsure if it would work, the gambit pays off: Jones, Hope and The Looper escapes moments before the Death Star explodes along with Fishstick and the few surviving members, falling toward the Island. However, the debris rains down on the Island, striking several places as well as the portal at Predator Peak.

Colliding with the Spirit Realm portal, the fragment triggered a powerful energy wave that hits the reality barrier surrounding Oninoshima and sends a reality wave across the Island, hitting a Battle Bus with people inside and granting superpowers. At the same time, The Looper crashed on Oninoshima, unconscious, after being hit by the powerful wave. Just like the people of the Battle Bus, they also awakened powers of an unknown nature. In the meantime, seizing the chaos, Mask Maker Daigo breaks free alongside the Demon Warriors and invades Oninoshima.

[Chapter 6: Season 3][]

The Academy's Opening[]

After the Death Star Sabotage, a surge of Zero Point energy granted powers to several Battle Bus passengers, leading to the foundation of the Supernova Academy by Hope, Jones, and The Night Rose. While new teams of students trained, The Looper, alongside Kendo and Jade, served as an external ally and field agent. They gathered intelligence, fought on the frontlines, and relayed crucial information back to the Academy's leaders.[95] During this period, The Looper also reconnected once again with Outlaw Midas. They learn he had funded the creation of the Utopia City, and he has set his eyes on taking down Daigo for good, but he does show genuine sympathy for his recklessness.

Robin's Training & Heart of the Sprites[]

At the request of Robin, The Looper tests his new grappler tech at the Slurp Room. Ever since Superman's arrival and the Zero Point energy wave, the Sprites have begun to react to the shift. Jade reveals to The Looper that the Sprites protected her while she was trapped in the Spirit Realm. She sends The Looper off to make sure that the Sprites are okay, and as a heartwarming sight, some of the Sprites have adapted to Superman's presence and have gained his laser eyes and suit look while others gained Zero Point powers. The Looper returns some of them to their Sprite Shrines for Jade as well while they are on the lookout.

Shadows of the Shard & Brothers of Mask & Blade[]

Hope decides to focus on the main problem, Daigo, so she sends The Looper off to talk to Kendo to help him. Together, they went to investigate on the Demons, confronting Daigo before investigating his Scout and Overlord Spires. In the end, Kendo and The Looper realized that Daigo had not betrayed them, but that he was controlled, heart and mind, by something else. In the end, Kendo finally starts to believe Jades' words, that maybe there is truly some way to save Daigo from the mind corruption he has undergone. The Looper then reported everything to Hope, the latter noting they have to defeat the Spires, save Daigo, find a way into the Spirit Realm, before confronting the dark presence there.

The Trials of Morgan Myst[]

Hope warmly welcomes The Looper to the Academy, expressing her amazement at how everything came together so seamlessly. As part of their initiation, she assigns them to test the newly developed Supernova Gear—a cutting-edge creation the Academy has recently engineered. Once the test is complete, Hope requests their help with a more delicate matter: Morgan's shadow proxies have become unsynchronized. During this task, The Looper discovers Morgan's ongoing struggles with self-confidence. Hope, however, is undeterred—she sees echoes of herself in Morgan and remains determined to encourage her growth. In fact, she firmly believes that The Looper, more than anyone else, can help Morgan's potential to truly blossom. With The Looper's help, Morgan regains a bit of her confidence and genuinely thanks them for their support, visibly more at ease and hopeful. Meanwhile, Morgan has her own quests underway. Aware of Mask Maker Daigo's vast influence and mysterious power, she ask The Looper to set up surveillance equipment within his domain. The goal: to record his movements and uncover the truth behind the Spires' power and meaning. Along the way, they recover several fragments left behind after the Death Star Sabotage. These are carefully delivered to the Academy's newest guest instructor, Superman, for further analysis and insight.

Morgan Myst Investigates[]

Hope contacts The Looper again to ask them to help Morgan Myst on her drills, expressing that Morgan needs mentorship and that she trust The Looper for this. Then The Looper and Morgan trained together in the Hero Training Room, however Morgan noticed that The Looper's performance was incredible and started to wonder why The Looper would waste their time to train with someone like her, considering herself unworthy.

During the training session, Morgan talked to The Looper about something she's been working on, and tell them she's going to reveal everything once the session of training is done. Once the session is over, much faster than usual thanks to The Looper, she tells them about her suspicions that Hope and the other instructors are hiding something from them, and ask them to help her.

Investigations into Hope, Jones, and Night Rose's offices led to the revelation that Hope was working with Midas, something The Looper already knew but pretended to be surprised. However, the documents led to a secret project, tied to a gate at Utopia City. Once all the documents and clues were brought back and pinned on Morgan's corkboard, the duo figured out the archway in Utopia City was actually a gateway to Hope and Midas' secret project. Morgan came up with a theory about how the gate was opened, and The Looper played along, without saying anything, taking a Sprite to open the portal.

Once the gate opened, a hologram of Midas emerged and addressed Morgan, telling her he wasn't mad at her, as he had a fondness for shadows, before explaining to her the project. He then praise her abilities in espionnage despite her inexperience, while teaching her a first lesson "know when to keep a secret". The Looper later went to confront Hope, at Morgan's request. Hope will mention that she was impressed and that they were right not to trust Midas. However, she pointed out the fact that the Vault was needed, both for this Island and other places where other shards might have gone. However, hearing Hope's words Morgan believes she intended for The Looper and her to find out about this all along.

A Golden Shadow & Skillet's Scheme[]

Midas, laying low at Utopia City, needs discreet assistance and contacts The Looper, needing them as a liaison between him and Skillet, his "chaotic but efficient spy," in order to retrieve the intel he is "supposed" to have collected. Once The Looper finds him, Skillet thinks they're an opponent who wants to harm him, forcing The Looper to pretend to be eliminated to prove him wrong. The Looper then spoke with Skillet, who understood that they were sent by Midas for intel, however, he suspiciously sent them ahead while "he'll start later."

The Looper then talked to their friends, Jade and Kendo, to get intel on Daigo, then went to question Jones, Hope, and the Night Rose about the Spires Daigo was using to harm the Island, using their trust in them to gain all the information they needed. As it turns out, studies breakthroughs on how the Spires operate were completed successfully, however, Hope and her team redacted some of the intel, for they feel as if Midas and his crew may be drawn to misusing their findings.

The Looper, successful in their mission, returned to speak to Skillet; the guy obviously did nothing, a fact that he confesses to, and asks The Looper to tell Midas it was him who got all the information. The Looper accepted this request of his, whether it be by their honor or being spooked by Skillet's spoken threat of "hidden 'splosives".

The Looper returned to Midas and brought him the valuable intel he requested. The latter was surprised by "Skillet's espionage skills" and thanked The Looper for their help as go-between, not knowing the truth, before noting that Hope and some of the other instructors didn't seem to trust him entirely, but that it's rather a good thing that they don't.

Fall of the Supernova Academy & Graduation[]

After the fall of the Supernova Academy at the hands of Mask Maker Daigo's army, Morgan decides to come up with a plan to help boost the team's morale by asking The Looper to search the destroyed premises of the academy and recovering the team's lost items - Killswitch's water bottle, Ziggy's foot bags, Lightrider's digital planner, Synthwave's custom headphones and Haylee's nationals trophy.

After collecting Spire Fragments at the request of Morgan Myst, The Looper uses them to forge a stone recreation of The Supernovas' logo, a symbol expressing to the Island that hope for the future, through the efforts of The Supernovas, will continue as they bounce back, stronger than ever before after everything that their instructors and allies have taught them.[96]

The Super Showdown Event[]

Mask Maker Daigo performed his ritual, aiming to achieve what he viewed as his ultimate destiny and summoned his master before being violently discarded, the Supernovas emerged into Demon's Domain with Formation Tau, consisting of the Morgan Myst, Lightrider and Killswitch and Formation Theta, consisting of Synthwave, Ziggy and Haylee Skye. The Looper and Daigo's siblings, Jade and Kendo and the other allies were also present at the scene, ready to fight the creature.

The Dark Presence's tentacle then proceeded to attack the heroes, using energy blasts to destroy them all. But through strategic use of their superpowers that they learned to master from their instructors, they're able to weaken the demon with a general weakening then fatal blows dealt by Supernovas at three specific moments, first with Synthwave and her sonic pulses, followed by Killswitch and his barrage of bullets, before Morgan finished the job with her swarm of Ravens, causing the tentacle, severely weakened, to retreat back into the portal.

Thinking they've won, their guard drops, leaving an open space for three separate tentacles to emerge from the portal, stronger than ever. With their energy pulse, the tentacles lock everyone in the air, while two of them converged their power towards the third, ready to annihilate them all in a single blast. However, the team's hope returns as Superman intervenes, cutting the tentacle that was going to attack, leaving it crashing to the ground, stopping for a second to greet The Looper before using his laser beams on the second tentacle and hitting the third one to return both of them to the Spirit Realm. He then destroyed the Spires to close the portal for good and left.

However, the cut-off tentacle outside of Demon's Domain remained alive for a time and prepared something, while the heroes know this isn't the end and that they must recover from The Shard. Jade and Kendo nevertheless celebrate the return of their brother, restored to his previous form, though he's going to need help to get back up and continue his normal life from Night Rose and the others after what happened to him. In the meantime, the dark presence tentacle's started to rot, and to spread its blood in the ground. Surrounding the area, bug holes emerge from the wounds of the tentacle, which expel small, purple glowing bugs.

Chapter 6: Season 4[]

Welcome to the Infestation[]

The Looper gets in contact with O.X.R. Commander and Leader, General Onyx Winter. After noticing their moves against target dummies, she assigns them with a task of eliminating a chunk of The Swarm to test them. Upon the the test's successful completion, Onyx Winter complimented them by expressing how breathtaking it was to her and invite The Looper at O.X.R. HQ as she got an offer for them.

Once they met, General Onyx Winter formally introduced herself, before complimenting The Looper once again, noting that they were similar to a young Ripp Slade. She then offered them the chance to join the O.X.R. as they needed The Looper's abilities on the battlefield. The Looper accepted the invitation.

Officially ranked among the O.X.R., The Looper was sent in a recon and recovery mission, consisting of defending one of the bases of the O.X.R. from The Swarm's assaults and put it back online. Once done, The Looper was assigned to minimize the threat posed by the enemies located at Ranger's Ruin and The Hive.

Taking a detour from O.X.R. commands, they head over to their friends Hope and Jones at Supernova Academy to talk about the piece of the tentacle that was cut off by Superman in their laboratory. Hope and Jones reveal to them that their intel gathers that the Tentacle and The Swarm accessed the Island from the Spirit Realm without using Spirit Realm regular portals, however they need more data for further study, notably the location of that mysterious access point.

Therefore, The Looper's mission was to find how they could access the Island and from where. After some research, The Looper locates The Swarm's access portal anomaly just outside the perimeters of Foxy Floodgate, north of Demon's Debris. After The Looper analyzed the anomaly, the access point changed aspect and became dark red and Jones noted it was creepy but helpful nevertheless.

Dystopia[]

Following in the footsteps of Mask Maker Daigo who once sought to destroy Utopia City, Demon's Debris's Queen assaulted the city and destroyed three-quarters of it before installing a new nest. Fortunately, O.X.R. and The Supernovas managed to protect a part of the city, which remains more or less intact and continues to resist the infestation the best they can. Long before the invasion, Midas had closed access to The Vault, ensuring its safety from the threats of the Spirit Realm.

As for the O.X.R. Bases Alpha, Epsilon and Theta, The Swarm continues to relentlessly attack all of them, with several overruns and becoming completely infested, with their protectors (The Night Rose, Daigo, Jade, Kendo, Mizuki and Yoo-mi) imprisoned within stashes if not fighting.[97] Through outside assistance if not their own willpower, each of them breaks free and continues the fight against the infestation, attempting to restore their control over their respective bases.[98] Triggerfish, Meowscles, Cuddle Team Leader and Peely are also in the same situation.

Extermination Time![]

O.X.R. Battalion, the bugs are on their last legs. Repel the Menace. Hold the line at all costs. And above all—finish the fight.
— O.X.R. High Command[99]

As the campaign to exterminate The Swarm continues, O.X.R. struck fear into insect horde and drove them into disarray. Their numbers has been decimated with over 1 Billion bugs squashed[100] and the remaining swarms scattered, completely disorganized and fleeing against O.X.R. advance. All infested and conquered outposts : O.X.R. Base Alpha, O.X.R. Base Epsilon and O.X.R. Base Theta were reclaimed and cleared out with their protectors (The Night Rose, Daigo, Jade, Kendo, Mizuki and Yoo-mi) all freed from their goo pods permanently. To ensure the complete eradication of The Swarm O.X.R. High Command transmitted a message to all their battalions announcing the deployment of the powerful Shockwave Hammers.

Your campaign has been exemplary, striking fear into the Insect Horde and driving them into disarray. Enemy numbers have been decimated, and the remaining swarms are scattered, disorganized, and fleeing before your advance. To ensure their complete eradication, High Command has authorized deployment of Shockwave Hammers to your arsenal to wield them with precision and finality. Let no pest escape Humanity's Justice.
— O.X.R. High Command[101]

Egg-cellent Observations[]

As The Swarm begins to regain ground, invading Big Bend and creating a new nest Hive Hideaway, Hope asked The Looper to take out Swarmer Nests, to thin them out as much as they can. However, The Swarm appears to emerge directly from the Spirit Realm at an alarming rate and will soon overrun the Island. Seeking to know exactly how The Swarm came from, Hope asked The Looper to investigate its source, hoping to find the means The Swarm uses to get here from the Spirit Realm. Observing that the demonic energy is off the charts, The Looper decides to tune up sensors at Hope's request, thinking the nest must be close to their access point.

However, instead of discovering the access point, The Looper discovered some eggs with strange readings. Noting that the eggs were tainted with something, Hope asked The Looper to collect some and bring them to her to study them. She theorizes that the eggs are Queen eggs laid in the Spirit Realm and brought here, and that their energy signature could weaken the access point or even allow them to use the access point to their advantage to access the Spirit Realm without a portal. To confirm her theory, Hope sent The Looper to fight and destroy a Queen to retrieve data.

Megazord Rising[]

In order to help fight The Swarm, the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers team intervened on the Island. Blue Ranger started to study the effectiveness of Precision Air Strike on The Swarm, Yellow Ranger started to use her Zord as transport to first aid, Black Ranger was training reinforcements, Pink Ranger was in aerial combat while Red Ranger was tied up fighting Queens. After getting some help from The Looper and other soldiers, they managed to assemble. However, before the Red Ranger could be summoned, Lord Zedd cursed Oninoshima and empowered The Storm. Then, when the Megazord was finally assembled, Rita Repulsa summoned a Queen and her army in an attempt to destroy it.

The Swarm's disappearance[]

With the power of the Dino Megazord, the O.X.R. finally turned the tide of the war against the Swarm. They reclaimed all their lost bases—including Ranger's Ruin and Swarmy Stash—and eradicated the remaining nests across the island after a final decisive battle at The Hive.[102]

With the Swarm believed to be defeated for good, the island entered a period of peace. This respite allowed the Supernovas to restore both the Supernova Academy and Utopia City. Meanwhile, the O.X.R. undertook extensive reconstruction efforts, rebuilding their ruined bases. Ranger's Ruin and Swarmy Stash were transformed into Ranger's Rest and Harmony Hills. The organization also terraformed the former large "Swarm" biome, replanting trees, rebuilding paths and roads, and converting what was once The Hive into Bugswatter Beach, a museum commemorating the war against the Swarm. On display at the museum is the Dino Megazord's Power Sword, serving as both a tribute and a reminder of the battle that saved the Island.

However, doubts soon began to surface regarding the island's fragile peace. Hope and Jones prepared to confront the Dark Presence, mobilizing the O.X.R. assets, which had been placed under their command by General Onyx Winter. The general maintained that the Swarm could never truly be defeated as long as their master still existed. Lieutenant Ripp Slade warned that the peace was nothing more than the calm before the storm, while Doctor Theodore Flyesbee theorized that the Swarm would not vanish on its own—unless something "much higher in the food chain" was approaching.

Afterward, a summit was held between the Island's leaders and allies to establish a definitive strategy for counterattacking the Spirit Realm and the Dark Presence—one that would involve the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and their Megazord in a central role.[103]

Prepare to Fight[]

Following the preparations for the assault on the Spirit Realm, Hope tasked The Looper with consulting The Night Rose, Jade, and Daigo. The Night Rose admitted that the plan was far from ideal, but also that there was no better alternative. Jade, on the other hand, compared the idea of attacking the Dark Presence with the Splinter Blades to "using a toothpick against a Great Turtle," though she conceded that luck might still favor them.

In the end, The Looper met with Daigo, who seemed to already know why they had come—to retrieve the Splinter Blades. Acknowledging his past failure, he handed the daggers to The Looper and asked them to finish what he could not: to pierce the veil and save everyone from the demonic incursion.

With the Splinter Blades recovered, Hope assigned The Looper a new mission—to rally the troops, secure ground support, and gather as much intel as possible. Once everything was in place, Hope warned that they were about to strike the access point and instructed The Looper to prepare their weapons. After running final tests, The Looper used the Splinter Blades to weaken the access point, before signaling to Hope that the path was clear.

Hope then declared that with the veil between realms now weakened, they had everything they needed to cross over—the blades, the Swarm tunnels, and a small army—before rallying everyone with a final message: they would need to stay focused, stand together, and make every action count.

The Anomaly[]

However, a mysterious anomaly taking the form of a tree appeared on the northwestern corner of Oninoshima, eventually growing into a large tree outfitted with a treehouse. Over time, a mysterious dark aura appeared over the treehouse, progressively worsening the instabilities of the veil separating the Island from the Spirit Realm.

While Hope sent The Looper to study the anomaly, she and Jones prepared a countermeasure to permanently seal the portals prior to their planned invasion of the Spirit Realm, with Jones enhancing his Portal Device to do so. When the instabilities reached their critical point, Hope and Jones rifted to a control center that had been set up nearby and proceeded to seal the breach and prevent the Dark Presence from invading the Island. The portal was closed for a moment before reopening into a larger portal that allowed the demonic creature to cross over.

As a battle erupts, The Looper is hit by one of the Dark Presence's tentacle. Meanwhile, Kang and Kodos became captivated by the sight of the Dark Presence as they hope to find a reproductive mate. They abduct Hope and Jones to gain the demon's favor, but Hope overpowers them and gains control of their saucer to attack the Dark Presence. Her attack is parried and the saucer is thrown into an inter-reality wormhole, but Jones notices the Zero Point Shard in the Dark Presence's chest, and Hope is able to use the tractor beam to steal a piece of it and take it into the wormhole. The incident resulted in a merge of Reality: 783 and Springfield, leading to the creation of Reality: UN-149: Springfield Island. The incident teleported several Loopers, including The Looper there.

Chapter 6: Mini Season 2[]

Apocalypse D'Oh[]

After arriving in that unknown world completely twisted by Homer's reckless use of the Shard Remote, Hope, Jones and The Looper began to "clean up the mess", drawing the ire of the residents who are on the side of the changes made by Homer. After trying to talk to Homer for him to give up the Shard, he refused but offered to reconsider if they deliver a new flavor of Squishee from Kwik-E-Mart to him and that the mayor granted him an audience. After the delivery, The Looper went to the Town Hall to "raise concerns", fulfilling their tasks. However, Homer betrayed his word and decided to keep the Shard to continue his mission of "achieving nirvana in Springfield". Hope and Jones decided to keep trying, as they needed to Shard.

Sugar High[]

Back at the Simpson residence, Professor Frink informs Homer about the shard embedded in TV remote, stating it possesses Zero Point energy, which is the most dangerous force in the Omniverse. Frink can study it for fame, science, and, especially, Nobel Prizes. However, Homer tells him to wait as he must make Springfield into a paradise, when Frink asks what he can do more after Homer transformed his robo-caller into a lady-bot, Homer, inspired by a ring-shaped cloud, uses the shard to create raining giant food, consisting of donuts, pizza and pie slices, and fried chicken drumsticks, to feed the whole community of Springfield.

Impressed, Frink told Homer he could keep the Shard, but was disappointed he had nothing to present for the Nobels. So Homer transformed him into a Peelfessor Frink. After some time, however, instead of improving Springfield into a paradise, he is causing chaos here, creating Donut Storms that rain down supersized donuts upon many residents and buildings. Witnessing this, Jones, Hope The Looper began investigating, starting with asking Professor Frink and Ned Flanders about this, both understanding the situation was currently "not good". Right after, Jones noticed dangerous objects inside the Donut Storms.

Frink tells the group to introduce Springfieldieans to more of Homer's handiwork, with The Looper, Jones and Hope showing how dangerous those Donut Storms are to the neighborhood. Discussing with Frink and Flanders, they believe Homer would stop if the town was against him. Hope notes they might do it, as Homer's laziness works in their favor. As they manage to get the all of the resisdents of Springfield against Homer, The Looper collect their angry notes and gives them to Homer after insisting after his initial refusal.

Multiplidiocy[]

Facing with the hatred of the town, Homer decided to get rid of the Zero Shard and blame Lenny, throwing the Shard in the Nuclear Core. However, he found some candy left in a candy bar wrapper, tried to grab it, but fell into the reactor. The reaction caused a nuclear accident, releasing a nuclear gas that created countless Homer clones that began to invade Springfield. Bart and Lisa, discovering the situation started to eliminate clones along with others. This started to forl a giant Homer shaped cloud, as the clones were eliminated.

Trying to get back their father, they used the help of The Looper to get his attention, hoping that the cloud will reform Homer. They used everything, music, art, healthy food without it working. Running out of ideas, they kept calling his name, reforming Homer, but in a giant version. Hope arrived alongside Marge, and noticed the Shard was inside him, which is why he was bigger. Marge notes they have to get it out of him, but Lisa says he might be a fore of good. However, just after that Homer kicks a car, destroys a building and flees.

The Incredible Bulk[]

Following Homer, Hope and Jones, accompanied by Peely, Lisa and Marge, determined that the Shard was in his stomach. When Marge asked if there was a solution, Hope suggested vaporizing her motor cortex to immobilize her, then sending in a strike team to extract the Shard from her lower bowel. Marge then replied that Hope likely doesn't have many friends, but Jones said she does, before making a discreet "no" with his head. Hope says they absolutely needs the Shard to return to Oninoshima and defeat the Dark Presence. Marge tried to convince Hope she could convince Homer, but she ignored her and tried to execute her plan, which failed. Homer let out a huge belch, which removed all of Peely's skin.

Jones decides to try Marge's way, The Looper first helped Marge with her shopping list, before going to see professor Frink following her suggestion. Frink remembered the Rift Device, and told The Looper to recover his "simple" inventions and somehow make them better, to repair the Rift Device. Marge led The Looper to Ned's house to find the Sarcasm Detector, then to Comic Book Guy for the Hamburger Earmuffs. Returning to Marge for help in order to get through to Homer, The Looper is told to gather photos and decorate billboards, before emoting to get Homer's attention. Earning it, Homer finally burps out the Shard.

The Looper then returns to Hope, giving the Shard to Jones while giving hope all the objects they recovered from Frink to which Hope reacts sarcastically that this is exactly what she needed to save Reality, before noting that in any case they need Jones' rift device to work. Frink then intervened, trying to use his deigulator to makes Homer small again, however, the Zero Point energy within him prevent it from working. Hope gets the idea of getting Homer with them to face the Dark Presence, Homer having enough to be giant, accepts.

Zero Hour[]

After repairing the Rift Device, Jones and Hope began to prepare their return, configuring the Device as the embiggened Homer Simpson sleeps in the central square, while The Looper and the others were waiting in the lab. Hope and Jones began contacting various individuals throughout the Omniverse for help, with their primary contacts being Kong, Godzilla, Superman, the Power Rangers, the Mecha Team Leader, and the Resistance. Once the Rift Beacon etablished, Jones uses them to broadcast a distress message in those realities and rally a large number of heroes to Oninoshima to help fight the Dark Presence.

With the plans now set into motion, Jones uses the Rift Device to rift them out of Springfield, but due to improper calibration, they find themselves in a handful of other realities instead. These include a Hatsune Miku concert, an encounter with Playboi Carti on a basketball court, a visit into a reality where inanimate objects had become sentient, and back to Springfield. They eventually find themselves back onto Oninoshima, which had become heavily corrupted by the Dark Presence's influence. A large number of rifts appear behind them, and the innumerable bands of heroes rendezvous with Oninoshima's residents before following Jones into battle, leading the forces against the demon.

When the situation was desperate, Jones came up with a crazy idea, asking Hope to trust him and opened a new Rift, duel Revin the Cube emerged. Hope noted that it wasn't even crazy but insane, to which Jones agreed. As Jones had predicted, the Dark Presence and the Cube fought each other, Revin hitting the Dark Presence hard enough to stun him allowing all forces to attack. However this didn't last long, as Dark Presence used Kong as a shield before throwing it on the Cube, severely damaging it, to the point that it would explode.

However, Mecha Team Leader returned, Jones calling his name in joy, and threw the exploding Cube on Dark Presence, which eliminated the demon once and for all, freeing the Zero Point Shard and rifting back all allies to their worlds. After the battle, Jones, Hope, The Looper and Midas left Oninoshima and Reality: 783 with the Shard, going to a new world, Reality: 266 on the Golden Coast. Handing the shard to InnoLoop.

Before Chapter Seven[]

Update v39.00 - Update - Fortnite

After the Dark Presence's defeat on Oninoshima, Jones, Hope, and The Looper departed and traveled to the Golden Coast Island in Reality: 266. There, they settled and began working alongside InnoLoop concerning the Zero Shard. While the situation seemed initially peaceful, the Dark Voyager's spaceship suddenly arrived and quickly brought down the Battle Bus — and nearly the Bus Driver with it — before beginning to observe the Island. Meanwhile, Hope's visions went dark, leaving her dreamless. As both heroes worked to learn more about the Dark Voyager and his intentions, Jones began connecting him to events from his past in Reality Zero. In the meantime, Peely was cast in the film Peelian, directed by Kingston and produced by Sus Studios.

Chapter Seven: Season 1[]

Pacific Break[]

Signs of The Seven (Full) - Loading Screen - Fortnite

The Order, one of The Seven, arrives on Reality: 266 after receiving a distress signal from Jones while analyzing the aftermath of the battle on Reality: 783. Using a pod encapsulated in a meteor similar to those previously deployed by The Seven, she lands near Classified Canyon.

Upon touching down on the Golden Coast, she records her first mission log, explaining her arrival and noting that the situation appears linked to the shattered Zero Point, as her scans reveal unusually high concentrations of Zero Point energy across the Island. She later travels to Storm Station, where she records a second mission log, observing that someone else is searching for the Zero Shards and that she must uncover their motives. Speaking to herself, she reflects on the fate of The Seven — who are no longer what they once were — before refocusing on the mission and beginning to scout the area.

Lethal Labs[]

Dark Voyager Spaceship (12-11-2025) - Lore - Fortnite

After the Dark Voyager seized control of InnoLoop Labs and the Zero Shard, The Looper sought to infiltrate his ranks by sending a message via a holotable found in Lethal Labs, pledging their loyalty. Intrigued, the Dark Voyager assigned them missions to test their usefulness — notably to gather intelligence on the Zero Shards and The Seven. However, this proved to be nothing more than a ploy; the Dark Voyager used The Looper for his own ends before planning to dispose of them, claiming to prefer the loyalty of minions forged over aeons rather than that of a stranger offering to help. He dispatched his minions — Skulldroid and NITE Unit Sniper — to kill them, but The Looper swiftly defeated both in battle and escaped.

In the weeks that followed, The Looper got to know the Golden Coast's inhabitants and became involved in Sus Studios's newest film, Peelians, starring Peely. After testing the Island's equipment with Miles Cross and Carter Wu to hone their stunt skills, The Looper helped Cat Holloway step into the role of an action hero by sharing their own shooting techniques in exchange for some celebrity tips. At the same time, Winterfest celebrations began with the arrival of Lieutenant Winter — a veteran soldier and the long-standing face of Winterfest, recently promoted since his last tour, who had grown weary of being associated solely with the holiday.

In need of a break at the beach, Lieutenant Winter asked The Looper to help deliver the perfect gifts to everyone on the Golden Coast — including five minutes of well-earned silence for himself. Through a series of tasks — busting through doors for the perfect stunt, honing aim at Wonkeeland's Shooting Gallery, signing autographs for fans, and delivering gifts across the Island — The Looper bonded with the actors. As the release of Peelians drew near, The Looper wished Cat Holloway luck for her performance.

Setting the Stage with Kingston[]

Kingston's Vision (Full) - Loading Screen - Fortnite

While The Looper began assisting Kingston on the Peelian set — hiring new talent, distributing newspapers, and scouting new filming locations — the Dark Voyager, who had deployed a large-scale scan of the Island ever since seizing InnoLoop, began forming a golden rift above his ship. At the same time, The Order continued her mission and set up camp near Ol' Stumpy, where she recorded a new mission log. She noted that Reality: 266 feels strangely familiar, yet something seems off. The Loop appeared stable, but the Storm had changed — suggesting someone was tampering with it, or that it was a consequence of the fractured Zero Point. She expressed a wish that The Scientist were there to apply his intellect to the problem, but pressed on regardless.

The Order's Mission[]

Lethal Labs (v39.30 - Underground - Cell 2) - Location - Fortnite

The Order infiltrated Lethal Labs, now overrun with thugs in service of the Dark Voyager. Leaving another mission log inside, she reported to Jones that she had secured a lock on the last components needed to build the device that would allow her to contact her allies. Before being abruptly interrupted and captured by the Dark Voyager, she noted that he must have a connection to The Last Reality based on the design of his ship — while remaining uncertain that there wasn't more to his origins than what met the eye. She was then imprisoned in Lethal Labs' secret cell — the very same one Carina had heard rumors about and shared with Cat Holloway. Shortly after, the Dark Voyager departed Reality: 266 with his ship.

The Reassembly Events[]

Dark Harvester Rift In (March 8) - Event - Fortnite

As Carina recruited The Looper to help uncover the truth, she directed them to investigate everything that remained mysterious — including the Storm and the Reboot Vans — while also confiding her wariness of Human Bill and the Henchfans. After having The Looper question Jones and Hope about the Dark Voyager on her behalf, both urged The Looper to persuade Carina to stay out of it, fearing for her safety. Meanwhile, the golden rift began to reform, and before long the Dark Voyager's ship emerged once more. Hope and Jones were stunned to learn he had already secured a second Zero Shard — the ease of it standing in stark contrast to the battles they had fought just to retrieve one — and began questioning the Dark Voyager's true identity and purpose. They told The Looper they weren't ready to confront him yet, but that they were building their forces in preparation for the fight ahead.

Breakpoint[]

Order's Escape (Full) - Loading Screen - Fortnite

As Jones informed The Looper of the coming war against the Dark Voyager and had them train with new weapons and gear, The Looper also explored Lethal Labs' underground facility — where they discovered The Order, imprisoned in the rumored secret cell and sealed inside a cubic barrier that prevented her from rifting out. She asked The Looper to find the blue-haired girl who had been poking around the labs and to retrieve the keycard she had found that would deactivate the barrier. In exchange, The Looper helped Carina track down Bigfoot and Human Bill, and collect gold bars on her behalf. Upon returning to The Order, The Looper, Jones, and Hope successfully freed the spy, allowing her to rift out in search of the remaining scattered members of The Seven — who would soon be needed for the coming fight. Her escape triggered the cell's alarms, bringing Skulldroid and NITE Unit Sniper rushing in to deal with the intruders, only to be defeated once again.

The Stranger[]

2nd Zero Point Shard (2-2-2026) - Lore - Fortnite

The following week, The Looper contacted The Order, now patrolling at Classified Canyon. She tasked them with assisting her new mission: constructing a device to contact The Seven — or whoever remained. She explained that the plan was drawn from a database of emergency blueprints left behind by The Scientist, and that the beacon they would build was designed to reach any surviving allies. Following The Order's instructions, The Looper cleared a path for the signal and gathered the materials needed to build the transmitter, which was then installed under the antenna near the Battlewood sign. Once complete, The Order thanked them and assured The Looper that whoever answered the call, The Seven would soon stand against the Dark Voyager and put a stop to whatever he was planning with the Zero Shards. Jones also concluded his training regime, having The Looper sharpen their combat skills and clear debris at the Canyon to prepare a landing zone for incoming allies.

Visitor's Return[]

Crack in the Sky (February 19th) - Event Object - Fortnite

After some time, a red rift laced with Havoc Energy tore open the sky above the Golden Coast. Jones, Hope, The Order, and The Looper finished preparing the landing zone just in time. As the rift began to glow intensely, a rocket burst through — generating a chain of rifts that gradually cleansed the vessel of the Havoc energy contaminating it. Following a series of complex maneuvers and rift jumps, and narrowly avoiding a collision with The Shape, the rocket stabilized and executed a safe landing on the newly constructed platform at Classified Canyon. The Visitor had arrived.

When The Order made contact with him, both quickly recognized they were not the individuals they had expected to meet. The Visitor deduced that they originated from different realities or divergent timelines. Despite this, he agreed to aid the heroes, affirming that regardless of when or where they came from, The Seven stand united. He was then brought to the main base, where The Order and the others briefed him on the current situation. In return, The Visitor shared his own experiences — recounting his pursuit of the Dark Voyager and the events that had led him there. He then enlisted The Looper's help in improving the new base by testing hiding spots, clearing threats at the Canyon, and evaluating the new Seven gear he had supplied.

Interference[]

Visitor's Return (Full) - Loading Screen - Fortnite

Not long after his arrival, The Visitor grew increasingly uneasy with The Order's approach to investigating the Dark Voyager. Concerned by her methods, he asked The Looper to speak with her and persuade her to reconsider. The Order, however, instructed The Looper to disregard The Visitor's concerns. Using Stealth Splash as camouflage, The Order and The Looper attempted to outmaneuver the Dark Voyager. During the operation, The Order contacted The Visitor again, urging him to assist if he was truly so worried about the plan. He refused, insisting that confronting the Dark Voyager directly was unwise — especially since they still did not fully understand his capabilities. The Order countered that they would never learn what he was capable of without conducting reconnaissance.

As they began sabotaging the Dark Voyager's work at Lethal Labs, The Visitor reached out once more, ordering The Order to stay away from the enemy. She refused, stating she did not take orders from him. In response, The Visitor reminded her that he had pursued the Voyager through the husks of burned-out stars and the ashes of collapsing realities and that if he were so easily defeated, he would have already done so. The Order retorted that they had only just met and that she did not know his capabilities, before cutting off communication.

Later, after The Order dispatched The Looper to investigate the Shards, The Visitor contacted them again. He accused The Order of endangering the mission through her hubris and impatience, remarking that she had become reckless — just like her sister. The Order replied that The Imagined would have understood the stakes and expressed surprise that he did not. The Visitor then asked whether she had learned nothing from losing her. She answered that she had learned one thing: when everything is on the line, it is better to be reckless than timid. The Order then instructed The Looper to await her next call.

First Wave[]

Voyagerwithshard

Hope informs The Looper that she's been receiving coded transmissions from The Elites, a team of skilled fighters which Daigo, her former frenemy, is now also a part of. She tasks the hero with scouting The Basement as a possible base for The Elites, also telling them that if they were to impress the team, they may join the heroes in the fight to come.

Meanwhile, aboard the Dark Harvester, the Dark Voyager has kidnapped Fishstick in an attempt to extort information about his homeworld which is home to the third Zero Point Shard needed to assemble the fractured Zero Point. After locating Reality: 7021 among the countless realities in his map, the Dark Voyager opens a rift to reach the planet housing Atlantis and its inhabitants. The Zero Point Shard is pulled by the Dark Harvester from the bottom of the ocean, causing the city to dry up and the fisherman floating above it to be extracted with the artifact. Once inside the ship, the Dark Voyager sends his Trespassers to remove the intruder who is angrily looking at the confused Fishstick.

The Dark Voyager quickly returns to Reality: 266 and extracts the third shard he acquired from his ship, now to be placed with the others at Lethal Labs. Hope starts to worry about the ease with which the Dark Voyager has been able to gather three Zero Point Shards with his ship, comparing it with all the challenges she had to go through to simply retrieve one.

Final Wave[]

Final Wave - Event - Fortnite

As the Second Wave concludes with the third Zero Point Shard placed with the others, the Dark Voyager enacts his Final Wave, starting to charge the Zero Point Shards with the Dark Harvester energy beam. Once charged, the ship shoots a final blow strong enough to generate Zero Point tendrils and opening three shard distortions at Clawsy Lodge, Bumpy Bay and near Looper's Leap. After the blow, the Dark Harvester shortly loses energy, but its systems are seemingly rebooted by Void Walker Lynx through a small Zero Point splinter allowing her master to observe the position of the distortions[104].

The Looper is quickly sent by Hope to investigate the distortions, while Peelians' actors start to feel that the Golden Coast is approaching dark times.

Trivia

Trivia[]

General

  • The term "Looper" refers to anyone who was once trapped inside The Loop. Since the player character's real name has never been revealed, they are given various nicknames by the characters of the Island — the most common being "Looper".
    • Although "The Looper" was originally a fan-created name (in response to characters repeatedly calling them "Looper"), the LEGO Fortnite secrets books, The Looper Trilogy, canonized "The Looper" as the official name of the character.
  • The Looper appears as a first-person character in the trailers for Chapter 2: Season 1 [105] and Chapter 2: Season 2.[106]
  • While the Looper initially spoke very rarely outside of a few isolated interactions, this changed in Chapter 6. From then on, they were given dialogue bubbles during quests, allowing players to read the Looper's own thoughts. Conversations with other characters became more frequent, and The Looper's dialogue was given more personality, replacing the older, generic lines.

Lore

  • The Looper has taken on the roles of several mythological figures.
    • During Chapter 5: Season 2, it was revealed that they were fated eons ago to dethrone Zeus, playing the role of Zeus and Metis' unborn son from Greek mythology. By the end of the season, The Looper fulfilled this fate by dethroning Zeus.
      • In Greek mythology, Zeus, upon learning of the prophecy of his downfall, swallowed Metis to prevent it from happening.
      • In another version of the myth, it was the offspring of Zeus and Thetis who was destined to dethrone the king of the gods.
    • In Chapter 6: Season 1, The Looper played the role of Urashima Tarō, from the Japanese folktale. They aided The Great Turtle and were rewarded by Ryūji, who embodied both Ryūjin and Otohime, with a chest representing the tamatebako.
  • The Looper became so significant to the Islanders that someone wrote an entire trilogy of books about them in LEGO Fortnite.
  • Chapter 2: Season 5 revealed that The Looper could retain memories from previous Loops and even speak while inside the Loop.
    • It remains unknown when they first acquired this ability.
  • After discovering that they were once a member of The Last Reality but had no memory of it, The Looper chose to keep this secret, continuing to oppose The Last Reality's army while pretending nothing had happened.
    • To this day, they appear not to recall Kymera's directives — unless they are deliberately feigning ignorance, which could hint at a future betrayal.
    • Their immunity to Chrome may be connected to their past ties with The Last Reality, though another explanation is possible, since The Origin, the former Cube King, was not immune.
  • Some characters are aware of the quest system The Looper follows — such as Lexa, Raz, and Wrath (without breaking the fourth wall). Wrath's entry in the Character Collection Book even notes that he knows the dangers The Looper faces if they fail their quests.
  • Curiously, while nearly everyone else calls them "Looper," all of MEGA City's Syndicates refer to them as "Hero" — even before The Looper saved the city.

Trivia[]

  • The Looper is considered one of the most powerful fighters in the entire game.
    • They are frequently shown to be capable of wielding any weapon and piloting any vehicle with expert-level skill.
    • Their strength and agility are so extraordinary that The Oracle compares them to the heroes of Greek mythology.
    • In unused Chapter 2: Season 7 Week 12 dialogue, Doctor Slone describes the Looper as one of her very best Loopers, suggesting that they may be the greatest fighter in the Loop.
    • Both Lexa and Raz state that the Looper's abilities and knowledge could make them the true master of The Loop and The Island. This is especially significant because, at that time, the Loop was filled with extremely powerful combatants such as the Hunters (including Barry Allen, Kratos, Predator, and Master Chief), reinforcing the idea that the Looper ranks among the very strongest.
      • The Looper even managed to defeat and kill Glyph Master Raz, a fighter so powerful that his power attracted unwanted attention from an Omniversial threat. Notably, this was achieved while The Spire prevented the use of any form of technology.[1]
    • The Looper has fought and defeated gods, cosmic entities, and other formidable beings — including Cerberus, Ares, Zeus,[2] and The Herald[3] — entirely on their own. They also demonstrate immunity to psychic attacks and to Chrome, feats unmatched by any other character.
  • Despite these incredible abilities, there are clear irregularities in the Looper's combat performance, suggesting they may be deliberately holding back. This makes their true potential and power unknown.
    • This was noted especially during Death Star Sabotage with their fight against Emperor Palpatine along with Jones and the Strike Team, where they "couldn't do anything". In this same event, they withstood several deadly attacks, which nevertheless decimated almost the entire Strike Team, before having a fatal fall from the Death Star to the Island and then emerging completely unharmed.
  • The Looper's power is unusually high given that they are confirmed to be an ordinary mortal human by The Last Reality, IO technology,[4] and even the Gods themselves. Their superiority over beings such as deities and cosmic entities implies that the Looper may be concealing some deeper secret.
