The Agency was a Named Location in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that was added in Chapter 2: Season 2 to the island Apollo. The Agency was the second version of the central island and operated as a spy base.

- Midas' chair has been taken from the briefing room and has appeared west on a boat.

- A Choppa now can spawn on the helipad.

- Hatches have appeared around The Agency.
- Midas' golden chair was replaced with a simple white one.

- The hatches started to glow purple.

- Clouds have formed around The Agency.
- May 23rd 2020: Bubbles have appeared at the hatches around The Agency.

- June 13th 2020: The countdown for The Device has appeared over The Agency.
- June 14th 2020: The hatches around The Agency have been opened, letting out bubbles into the water.

- The Agency was destroyed and taken over by SHADOW.
- Midas now has his SHADOW Style on.
- GHOST Henchmen were replaced with SHADOW Henchmen.

- The Agency, along with The Rig, The Grotto, The Yacht and The Shark were the first Chapter 2 Named Locations to not have alliterated names.
- On Helios, in Chapter 5: Season 1, the same portrait of The Agency from the Bridge can be seen on a small island in the Northeast corner of the map alongside other props from Chapter 2: Season 2.
