The Spaghetti Grotto was a Named Location in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that was added in Chapter 2 Remix. Spaghetti Grotto is a remixed version of The Grotto under the ownership of Eminem.

- Spaghetti Grotto's name and theme pays homage to the song "Lose Yourself" by Eminem, specifically the lyrics: "There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti.".
- Spaghetti Grotto could also be based on the real life 'Mom's Spaghetti' restaurant that is owned by Eminem himself.[2]
- There are 2 versions of Dark Presence's TV arts in Spaghetti Grotto. One has a pair of eyes while the other one does not.
- The Hollywood-esque sign outside of Spaghetti Grotto is likely a reference to Eminem's song Say Goodbye to Hollywood.
