Seven Outpost IV was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale, added in Chapter 3: Season 1 to the island Artemis. It was located South of Condo Canyon.
It was one of the Seven Outposts, which was guarded by 2 Seven Sentries in Chapter 3: Season 1. A Vault wass located at the basement of one of the huts. Three Rifts would spawn at this location.

Chapter 3: Season 1[]
- Update v19.00: Added Seven Outpost IV.
Chapter 3: Season 2[]
- Update v20.00: The Imagined now spawns here as a character. The Seven Sentries no longer spawn here. The Vault at Seven Outpost IV is no longer accessible.
- Update v20.30: The Vault is now accessible again. A Choppa Funding Station has appeared.
- May 11th 2022: The Choppa at Seven Outpost IV is available.
Chapter 3: Season 3[]
- Update v21:00: The Choppa spawn has been removed, The Imagined no longer spawns here.
- Update v21:10: The Order now spawns here as a character.
- Update v21:40: The Order has suddenly vanished and can no longer be found here.
Chapter 3: Season 4[]
- Fracture: Seven Outpost IV, like the rest of Artemis, was destroyed by The Herald.
