Shell or High Water was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale added in Chapter 3: Season 1 to the island Artemis. It is a lavish property with a luxurious house and elegant décor. A well-kept hedge maze with regal statues depicting various characters can be found inside the maze. Hedge walls also create a path around the property, showcasing a fountain in front of the house. There are also wooden stairs leading from the back of the property down to the shoreline. The Landmark itself can be found northeast of Logjam Lumberyard and north of Shifty Shafts.

- Update v19.00
- Shell or High Water was added to the map.
Chapter 3: Season 3[]
- Update v21.40: Sabina can now be found here as a character.
Chapter 3: Season 4[]
- Update v22.20: Halloween decorations have been added.
- Update v22.30: The Chrome is spreading nearby so Shell or High Water has been lifted into the air complete with the fountain and mini golf course. It has moved to Shiny Sound.
- Fracture: Shell or High Water, like the rest of Artemis, was destroyed by The Herald.
