Boss[]

The Caretakers were large hostile Bosses introduced during Chapter 2: Season 8. They could have been found wandering around the island after Update v18.21. They are the strongest type of Cube Monsters from The Last Reality.

It currently serves as the Final Boss of Horde Rush.

Behavior

Behavior[]

At the start of the match, three Caretakers will spawn in random open areas and begin to traverse the island, destroying obstacles in their path while being mostly invisible. Their locations are indicated with symbols on the map.

When alerted, If the place is suitable for battle the Caretaker would create a Sideways Bubble and the nearby players will be pulled in. They cannot receive damage outside of the bubble.

The Caretaker dropped 5 Legendary weapons, Healing Items and Cube Monster Parts when eliminated in Battle Royale.

Weakspot[]

The glowing hole in its chest is the weak point, hitting it will count as a headshot.

Attacks

Attacks[]

The Caretaker can attack players in three ways:

  • Smash Attack: Caretaker slams the ground, dealing damage and causing high knockback. The shockwave damage depends on how far the player is (20 to 60 damage).
  • Beam Attack: After a short charge-up, a pink laser beam comes out of his chest, dealing 8 damage per tick.
  • Snap Attack: A pink electric web will come out of his hand and entangle any nearby player. It will stun them for a second (longer if the player doesn't touch the ground), dealing 20 damage.
