The Cube Queen is a Legendary Outfit in Fortnite that could have been obtained as a reward from The Cube Queen Quests. The Cube Queen was released in Chapter 2: Season 8 and is part of the Long Live the Queen Set.

- The Cube Queen's laughter became more frequent as of Update v18.40.
- The Cube Queen was formerly supposed to be released on October 28th 2021. However, with the release of Update v18.30, her release was moved to October 26th 2021.
- When looking at The Cube Queen during v18.40, a sound file will play with a spectrogram is hidden which displays an image of The Pyramid with lightning shooting out from it into the sky.
- In The End Event teaser, she was in her "Obliterator" style.
- However, during The Event she was in her "Default" style.
- The Cube Queen was the last Legendary outfit to be released in Chapter 2 as well as the last Mystery Outfit.
- In the Fortnitemares: Wrath of the Cube Queen Trailer, The Cube Queen has black square pupils unlike her blue square pupils in her Outfit.

The Cube Queen is one of The Nothing's most powerful servants and the current ruler of the The Last Reality. She is one of the creators (alongside The Origin) and current leader of the Cubes. She and her army of Cube Monsters invade, corrupt and consume any Realities they come across.
She is a major antagonist of Fortnite: Battle Royale, serving as the main antagonist of Chapter 2: Season 7 and Chapter 2: Season 8.

History

Chapter 2: Season 8[]
The Cube Queen leaves her Golden Cube and begins to hover over The Convergence. The structure grows larger every day, eventually becoming The Pyramid. With the formation of The Pyramid, the Cube Queen releases her strongest Cube Monster: Caretakers.
The End (Chapter 2)[]
In the Chapter 2 Finale, she opens up a massive hole at the top of Reality Zero dome revealing a swarm of Motherships and Abductors. She was defeated when the Island was rotated and she plummeted into the ocean. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

- To accommodate the heavy amount of effects used on her during The End, The Cube Queen was given a duplicate Outfit in Update v18.40 in preparation for the Live Event.
- Her Event ID is CID_NPC_Athena_Commando_F_CubeQueen.
- This TBD version of her lacked all the Styles present in the original Outfit.
