Joni the Red is a Crew Series Outfit in Fortnite that could have been obtained by becoming a member of the Fortnite Crew during December 2022, as part of the December 2022 Fortnite Crew Pack. Joni the Red was released in Chapter 3: Season 4 and is part of the Let's Hunt Vampires Set.

Joni is a young vampire hunter who leads a high school club: The High Stakes Club. On various monster hunts, she has eliminated lowly vampires, snapshots of them, and a high profile vampire. She does so with her peers, and sometimes solo.
She is a minor protagonist in Fortnite, serving as a minor protagonist in Chapter 4: Season 1, Chapter 4: Season 4, and Chapter 6: Season 1.

Joni and her then best friend Minato Hakaru were attacked by a monster.[2] Following the attack, Joni and Minato both became harsher in their hunting, taking it as a lesson learned.[3] As Minato's hunting style became increasingly merciless, Joni lost trust in her best friend,[4] eventually leaving him behind for Helsie and shortly after Lucien West.[5] Joni and her new best friends become chosen family, bonding over their shared interests in Starfang and monster hunting.
Chapter 4: Season 1[]
Joni and her club are pulled from Reality: 783 to Asteria due to The Paradigm initiating Zero Fushion. After arriving, Joni leaves for a hunt and eventually tracks down three Driftwalker snapshots at Faulty Splits. She eliminates them with ease before residing there.[6]
Joni and Helsie are concerned with Lucien's disappearance after he left for a hunt and hadn't returned.[7] Joni then says they have to find him.[8] After his return, Joni tells Helsie to give him space.[9]
Following their reunion,[10] Joni attends a Starfang concert with her friends.[11] Unbeknownst to Joni, Countess Daraku writes High Stakes Club about Joni and her club, telling how she will kill them underneath a red sky.
Chapter 4: Season 4[]
Joni and her club get ready for another Starfang concert, renaming herself as Joni the Scarlet. At some point near the eclipse, Countess Daraku reveals herself as a vampire to the club, completely destroying Joni's love for her.[12] After the reveal, Joni decides to get her revenge and avenge the countless fans Daraku has fed on.[13] She does so by becoming Victoria Saint's mentee[14] and building the Wood Stake Shotgun alongside the High Stakes' Shotgun.
Shimmerdusk warns against keeping friends in monster hunting,[15] however Victoria, Joni, and her club decide to go against her beliefs. The High Stakes Club - now all mentees of Victoria[16] - help train The Looper to assist in hunting The Countess. Together, Joni and her allies kill her. Following their victory, she thanks The Looper for their efforts.[17]
Chapter 6: Season 1[]
Joni and her club arrive back to their home: Reality: 783. Later, Joni and her club reunite with Minato Hakaru, the Club's last member and solo hunter. For some reason, Helsie noted doesn't fully trust him anymore.[4] She also tells The Looper that Joni once told her he is way harsher than Joni was, noting Joni herself was already harsh herself.[5]
