Rigby is an Uncommon Sidekick in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Regular Show Bundle for 3,400 V-Bucks. Rigby was first released in Chapter 7: Season 1 and is part of the Regular Show Set.
