Striker Burst Rifle/C6MS2

Functionality[]

The Striker Burst Rifle is a 2 round burst, fully automatic rifle with tight accuracy and low recoil. It is fitted with a P2X Optic, Speedgrip and Suppressor, giving it full accuracy while aiming down sights, better movement speed while aiming and making each shot quieter.

The Striker Burst Rifle is a Hitscan weapon with First Shot Accuracy enabled.

Damage falloff:

• Damage falloff begins at 50 meters (10 tiles).
• Damage decreases down to 96% of its maximum at 70 meters (14 tiles).
• Damage reaches its minimum value of 90% of its maximum at 100 meters (20 tiles).

• The Striker Burst Rifle is a heavily mid-range oriented rifle, and one that also rewards aggression in said range, which is heavily reenforced by the prefixed attachments it comes with. The P2X Optic allows for a higher zoom and better sight picture compared to other rifles with lower-zoom optics, the Suppressor allows you to stay off the enemies compass, and reduces muzzle flash and weapon noise, allowing for less visual clutter and not giving away your position as easily when firing, and the Speed Grip allows you to strafe much faster when ADS, allowing you to stay on target and be harder to hit when moving.
• The Striker Burst Rifle is very rewarding of accuracy, but heavily punishing if you aren't accurate, especially with the recoil being a little funky within bursts, so control your shots.

Counters[]

• A faster firing, more close range oriented AR, or a traditional SMG, such as the Collateral Damage Assault Rifle or Stinger SMG, will heavily overwhelm the Striker Burst Rifle in close-range, as it is not well suited to close range due to the burst-fire nature of the weapon. Carrying one of the previously mentioned spray weapons can be highly beneficial in this situation.
