The Minigun is an Assault Weapon that was introduced in OG Chapter 1: Season 2.
Functionality

The Minigun has no magazine limit, fires much faster than other Assault Weapons, and has a cooldown period if fired for too long. The cooldown period exists to balance the lack of a magazine. The minigun is not very accurate, and has a spin up timer, which means the player cannot fire it instantly.
The Minigun is a Hitscan weapon. It does not have First Shot Accuracy enabled, and will always fire a random spread of bullets, which increases with continuous fire. This spread is decreased whilst crouching.
As it has an infinite magazine size, the reload time refers to how long the weapon takes to cooldown when fired for too long.

- Due to the high DPS of the Minigun, it is very useful for knocking down buildings.
- The Minigun consumes a lot of ammo quickly, so make sure you have plenty of ammo before engaging an enemy.
- The Minigun does not need to be reloaded, so when you do not need to shoot, wait for it to cool down by holding it out or using a different weapon.
- Miniguns can be effective when paired with sniper rifles, marksman rifles, or assault rifles with scopes. Use the Minigun for close-to-medium-range encounters, and use the sniper rifles, marksman rifles, or the Scoped Assault Rifle for longer ranged engagements.
- Keep in mind that the Minigun uses Light Bullets, meaning it uses the ammo usually reserved for SMGs and pistols. As such, keep track of your ammo count while using SMGs or pistols and a Minigun in the same loadout.
- However, the Minigun itself is more of an SMG than an assault weapon, as it has a fire rate similar to an SMG.
Counters[]
- The Minigun can be countered with a Shield Bubble or Shield Bubble Jr., as they can deflect all bullets for a period of time, forcing the opponent to get in point blank range.
- An Assault Rifle with a red-dot or scope function can heavy counter the Minigun, as while it may be decent at range, it still has spread: a scoped weapon doesn't.

- The Model of the Minigun is the exact same as the one used in the Goin' Commando!!! Ability in Save the World. This is due to the fact that many of the weapons' textures at the time were borrowed from Save the World.
- The Bandage Bazooka, Chug Cannon, Sideways Minigun, and Rocket Ram feature the same pull-out animation as the Minigun. These items are also held the same way as the Minigun.
- The reload time that is listed in the in game stats are incorrectly listed as 5s/4.75s/4.5s.
Visuals[]
- The Minigun is vaguely based off the American M61 Vulcan, although it appears to just be a generic Gatling-style gun. Like most video games, it is quite unrealistic for a person to hold a minigun without it being mounted to a vehicle, let alone fire one, as it weighs around 92kg (202 lbs), the same as a newborn elephant. The ammo also needs to be strapped onto the weapon, adding more bulk and weight to it.
- The Minigun also fires
Light Bullets, which is a much smaller caliber than in real life. However, to balance the ammo capacity and damage, the Minigun uses this ammo in game. In theory, it should use
Medium Bullets. - The Minigun is actually a briefcase that quickly unfolds into a Minigun.
- It has the phrase "Huska La Vista" engraved into the side of it. This is a reference to Terminator 2: Judgement Day, with "Hasta La Vista, baby!" being the original quote. The Husk part is in reference to Save the World, where the Minigun was first present, and uses the same model in both modes.
