Update v39.10

December 11th 2025

• The Iceberg has collided with the Island, adding a new piece of land and making the southwest corner of the Island colder, making it snow in there.
• The Iceberg brought 3 new Named Locations with it:
  • Polar Peak
  • Frosty Flights
  • Happy Hamlet
• New Unnamed Locations got added with the iceberg biome:
  • Crackshot's Cabin
  • Trog's Cave
  • Flush Factory Remains
  • Ice Sculptures
  • Rocky Smile
  • Submarine
  • Bunker Island
• Collision caused water from Viking Village's waterfall to flood Greasy Grove which was later frozen solid.
• The Viking Village waterfall was frozen over.
• 2 of the factories in Yonder Yard were crushed by the Iceberg.
• Haunted Castle is now crumbling down and decaying heavily.
• Giant Chair was replaced by Giant Sled.
• Remains of Flush Factory can be found buried in snow near Yonder Yard.
• 7 Expedition Outposts were added around the Island.
• Corrupted Areas became overgrown.
• A giant metal turtle appeared by Lonely Lodge.
• The houses near Risky Reels became a farm airstrip for X-4 Stormwings.
• Leaky Lake was renamed back to Loot Lake.
• Fort House is now made out of bricks.
• Giant Faces were added near Pueblo and Lucky Bridge.
• Sundial was added on one of the mountains near Trucker's Oasis.
• Spawn Island is covered in snow.
• Some changes happened in Northern Houses.
  • "Houses 1" were replaced by the Hangar House.
    • X-4 Stormwing can now spawn there.
  • "Houses 3" were replaced by the Abandoned Farm.
• A stone man statue has appeared on the western side of Wailing Woods.
• A stone woman statue has appeared on the eastern side of Wailing Woods.
• The Block landed north of Risky Reels.
  • It landed on the coast, leaving a square-shaped crater.
• Moai inside of Starry Suburbs Ruins has re-appeared.
• Shape of the Depot Race Track has changed and now goes through Starry Suburbs Ruins instead of around it.
• The building in Tilted Towers is going under re-construction yet again.
• Large candy canes have appeared on mountains in a few locations:
  • Near Fort House
  • Near Shifty Shafts
  • Near Frosty Flights
  • Near Hilltop House
• Christmas Trees and decorations have appeared in a few Named Locations:
  • Retail Row
  • Fatal Fields
  • Pleasant Park
  • Tilted Towers

• A new dumpling restaurant was added to Lucky Landing.

December 16th 2025

• Polar Peak has started to melt, revealing more of the castle and some smaller houses.

Update v39.11

December 21st 2025

• Polar Peak has melted much more, revealing the rest of the castle and houses.

December 25th 2025

• The entire island was covered in snow for Christmas Day.

December 26th 2025

• The extra snow has melted, and the island has reverted back to normal.

January 1st 2026

• The tunnel in the back of the Polar Peak's castle has melted, revealing an entrance to the dungeon of the castle.
  • Ice in bottom of the castle has melted too, revealing a staircase to the dungeon.

Update v39.20

January 9th 2026

• Roadside Diner near the Race Track was replaced by a SoFDeeZ Ice Cream Parlor.
• The re-construction of the building in Tilted Towers is almost complete.
• Durr Burger and Pizza Pit restaurants have appeared in Retail Row.
• The stone man and woman have acknowledged each other.
• All Christmas decorations were removed (except for that one string of lights in Paradise Palms).
• The ice in Polar Peak's outer dungeon has melted some more, revealing some cages and mysterious ice eggs.
• Frosty Flights watchtower's walls were fixed and are no longer white.

January 11th 2026

• The ice in Polar Peak's outer dungeon has melted some more, revealing more cages, an iron maiden, and more mysterious ice eggs.
  • It continues to slightly melt more with each passing day.

January 16th 2026

• The ice around the Infinity Blade altar has melted.
• The ice has completely melted in Polar Peak's outer dungeon.
  • The melting has paused.

January 17th 2026

• Props and trash pieces are floating in the water near The Block.

January 19th 2026

2:00pm ET

• A chunk of ice has been placed where the Infinity Blade stood.

Update v39.30

January 22nd 2026

• The Block has sunk farther into the ocean.
  • The props have been replaced by palm trees and other summer themed props.
• The ice has started to melt in Polar Peak's inner dungeon.
  • The melting now continuously progresses.
• A small amount of snow has melted on the outer edges of the snow biome.
• The destroyed version of the Motel sign is back.
• A small truck was added east of Happy Hamlet.
• A tower east of Polar Peak has been expanded.
• Trees have been added near where the 5th corrupted area used to be.
• A Boneyard sign was added to Junk Junction.
• The complete football stadium was added to Pleasant Park.

February 2nd 2026

• The ice inside of the dungeon has melted more, revealing a pedestal that is chained up.
  • There is a person attached to the chains.

Update v39.40

February 5th 2026

• A floating ice sphere appeared above Polar Peak.
• The Block has sunk farther into the ocean.
  • The current props have been replaced by trees and wooden props from Moisty Mire.
• The Rock Couple are now waving at each other across Wailing Woods.
• The office building at Tilted Towers has now been fully constructed.
• The big chunk of ice on Bunker Island started cracking.
• A plane has crashed into a house near Salty Springs.
• Red lights are coming out of the Mysterious Hatch once again.
  • The bunker contains morse code through blinking lights that translates to "Foundation".

February 12th 2026

6:00am ET

• The big chunk of ice on Bunker Island can now be damaged.
  • It has 2 Billion Health and damage is carried over to other matches.
  • Red Rift Butterflies can be seen flying over Bunker Island.
• The snow biome has slightly expanded.

2:00pm ET

• The remix Ice King is now inside of the ice sphere, and his eyes can be seen glowing from the outside.
  • All TV's are now broadcasting a weather warning.

7:20pm ET

• The ice covering the bunker on Bunker Island has now broken.
  • The bunker is flashing red, transmitting "FOUNDATION" in morse code.

February 13th 2026

2:00pm ET

• All TV's are now broadcasting a countdown to the Ice Storm Live Event.

February 14th 2026

2:00pm ET

• A countdown clock is now visible around The Ice King's ice sphere.

February 15th 2026

Ice Storm

• The Ice King has broken open the sphere and summoned a gigantic phantom of him which made a snowstorm that covered the entire map with snow.
  • It also spawned ice shards that create Ice Monsters.
• There are now Snowmen scattered around the island.

Update v39.50

February 19th 2026

• The Block has sunk further into the ocean
  • The current props have been replaced by pirate themed props.

2:00pm ET

• The Polar Peak ice is no longer melting continuously.

February 21st 2026

2:00pm ET

• The Polar Peak ice has melted down further, now revealing The Prisoner's right arm wrapped in chains.

February 22nd 2026

• The Polar Peak ice has completely melted, and The Prisoner has escaped.
  • The ice eggs in the dungeon have vanished.

February 23rd 2026

• Tiny amounts of snow on the northeastern edge of the island have melted.

February 24th 2026

• More snow has melted, clearing most of Lonely Lodge, Wailing Woods and Risky Reels.

February 25th 2026

• More snow has melted, clearing the rest of Lonely Lodge, Wailing Woods and Risky Reels.

February 26th 2026

• More snow has melted, clearing Lazy Links, Tomato Temple, Retail Row, Junk Junction, and Paradise Palms.

February 27th 2026

• More snow has melted, clearing Dusty Divot and Haunted Hills, while partially clearing Pleasant Park and Loot Lake.

February 28th 2026

• More snow has melted, clearing Pleasant Park, Loot Lake, and Salty Springs, while partially clearing Fatal Fields.

March 1st 2026

• More snow has melted, clearing the rest of Fatal Fields.

March 2nd 2026

• More snow has melted, starting to clear Tilted Towers, Snobby Shores, and Lucky Landing.

March 3rd 2026

• The snow has melted back to its Pre-Ice Storm state.
