X-4 Stormwing/OG

Functionality[]

The X-4 Stormwing takes a few seconds to start up. There are different controls for how you want to steer the plane. It has a mounted weapon on its front that can be shot by the driver to destroy builds and kill players. As it overheats, the machine gun will glow more red. Boosting into builds or onto players will destroy or damage players as the plane bumps into them.

If the X-4 Stormwing is shot down to 0 HP, the aircraft instantly explodes, ejecting players inside.

• The X-4 Stormwing is ideal for traversing long distances, as it is the fastest vehicle in Fortnite: Battle Royale.
• The X-4 Stormwing is the vehicle that requires the most skill in maneuvering. Be sure to make the right moves.
• Perform aerial acrobatics by combining the rotation buttons to avoid damage from enemies and confuse them.
• The X-4 Stormwing's weapon overheats pretty fast, so the player should stop firing when it is visually glowing red to start firing back again quicker.
• If the X-4 Stormwing crashes into a structure, there's a possibility is will get stuck. Free it by destroying the nearby structures or using impulse items.
• Find yourself prepared for dogfights with other Stormwings.
• Placing a Gas Can on the plane is not advisable at it can easily fall down. One of the crew members should carry it in their inventory.
• Boosting will consume around a quarter of fuel, so it's best to only use the boost function in combat situations.
• If you hold both the rotation buttons, the aircraft will fly upside down. This makes it harder for opponents to damage the crew of the plane.
• If the X-4 Stormwing is shot down and you are high in the air, you will most likely be eliminated from fall damage unless you come equipped with Gliders.
