| Feel free to add tips, tricks and general advice about the topic. |
- Impulse Grenades are very good for fast mobility, as they can launch you into the air or forwards.
- Impulse Grenades can be used to launch enemy players into the storm.
- Impulse Grenades can be used eliminate enemy players from fall damage if they are standing at the peak of a hill or mountain.
- If a player is fast, they can throw a Impulse Grenade down near an item, quickly swap it out on the very short delay before the grenade detonates, and utilize the grenade whilst keeping the swapped item. This of course uses the grenade up, but it can be useful as to not waste the grenade.
- Fall damage can be negated if the user has the Soaring Sprints Augment and sprints shortly after throwing down an Impulse Grenade.

Trivia
Trivia[]
- Impulse Grenades are very similar to Shockwave Grenades, in terms of function. However, Shockwave Grenades negate fall damage, and are much more powerful.
- Impulse Grenades resemble the head of an Outlander Shock Tower from Save the World, but smaller. This is because Battle Royale was taking many assets from Save the World at the time Impulse Grenades were introduced.
- Impulse Grenades have an unreleased opposite, called the Vacuum Grenade.
