The Smoke Cloud is an Utility Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Chapter 7: Season 2.

Smoke Clouds are thrown to produce a large cloud of smoke, obscuring an area from view. This cloud is a sphere, several meters across that can only be seen through with Thermal Vision. Multiple Smoke Clouds can be thrown in one place, and they will detonate on landing. This smoke lasts 15 seconds.
