Havoc Stone is a Foraged Item in Fortnite OG that was added in OG Chapter 1: Season 6.

Functionality

Havoc Stone, when consumed, grants the player the Nitro effect, which grants the following effects:

Increased movement speed.
Explosive bashing power that deals damage and knockback, and can bust through structures whilst the user is sprinting or sliding.
Infinite stamina.
Fall damage immunity.
Sprint on water.
A red circle appears around the affected player's icon in the squadmate list.
Increased reload speed.
Increased air control.
