Med Kit/OG

Functionality[]

The Med Kit takes 1 second to start the healing process and is automatically removed from the player's inventory upon activation. While healing, the Med Kit takes 9 seconds to heal up to 100 Health, at a rate of 2 Health in the first 2 ticks, then 4 Health in the next 5 ticks, 6 Health in the next 6 ticks, and 8 Health in the last 5 ticks. Healing will stop early if the player's health reaches its maximum limit.

Interrupting the healing process will not restore the Med Kit, and the player will keep the amount of Health already healed. The Med Kit cannot be used at full health. It can be used while moving.

The Med Kit can be thrown by holding the Aim button and using the projectile arc to guide them. Once landed it will ping its location to squad-mates.

• At low HP, players should make sure they have good cover before attempting to use a Med Kit, as it takes a long time (9 seconds) to heal 100 Health.
