Hand Cannon (Ballistic)

Functionality[]

The Hand Cannon is a high damage, medium fire rate pistol equipped with a Red Eye Sight. Players can Hair Trigger the Hand Cannon by quickly pressing the Fire Key, drastically increasing its fire rate at the cost of drastically lower accuracy.

In Fortnite: Ballistic, the Hand Cannon was a Sidearm that cost 800 Credits.

The Hand Cannon is a Hitscan weapon with First Shot Accuracy enabled and no damage falloff over distance.

• The Hand Cannon is a great pair for weapons that struggle at long range combat, like SMGs and Shotguns. It is however, not advised to use it with Sniper Rifles, as the Ranger Pistol and Machine Pistol are generally a better choice alongside them.
• With its cheap price and ability to deliver devastating headshots, the Hand Cannon is a high risk/high reward weapon on later rounds.
• In a pinch, the Hand Cannon's hair trigger mechanic can allow you quickly eliminate a enemy in close range combat. Its accuracy however, will make it difficult to do at longer distances.
