The Wall is a Explosive Weapon Item in Fortnite: Ballistic that was added in Chapter 6: Season 4.
Functionality

The Wall is thrown by the player using the arc provided. Upon impact with the floor, The Wall creates 10 small cubes which form a 5x2x1 wall. Each cubes has 
350 Health and will crumble after 15 seconds or when its health is depleted. Players can also use Mantling to get on top of The Wall.
In Fortnite: Ballistic, The Wall was a Flex Gadget, two were granted at the start of each round when selected.
The Wall is a slow moving projectile affected by gravity.

- Like the Bubble Shield, The Wall is great at covering a Rift Point Device, be it planting or defusing it. It is especially useful when combined with Smoke Grenades.
- With The Wall having segments instead of being one big structure, players can destroy one cube to open potential sightlines. However this can also be used against its user.
- Since players can stand on top of The Wall, they can be used as a tower of sorts, allowing for unique and unpredictable angles on opponents.
- It can be used to go over certain walls that would normally only be possible with Impulse Grenades.
- The Wall can block damaging Flex Gadgets like Fire Grenades and Frag Grenades, protecting you and your team from their effects.
Counters[]
- Each segment of The Wall has a relatively low amount of Health, so high fire rate weapons like the Striker AR and Drum Gun can easily break them.
- Unlike the Bubble Shield, The Wall only protects players from the front. This means that Fire Grenades and Frag Grenades can be thrown over it, dealing damage to those behind The Wall.
- Additionally, Frag Grenades deal 300 structure damage in a wide area, which leaves each segment at only 50 health.

- The Wall, along with other throwable items featured in Ballistic, has a different indicator arc to the one seen on other throwables.
- Just like the Med-Mist Smoke Grenade, The Wall was not added to Creative upon its initial introduction.
