The Veiled Precision SMG is a high damage submachine gun with a medium fire rate and small magazine capacity. It is equipped with a 
Red Eye Sight and 
Suppressor.
In Fortnite: Ballistic, the Veiled Precision SMG cost 
2,300 Credits.
The Veiled Precision SMG is a Hitscan weapon with First Shot Accuracy enabled.
Damage falloff:
- Damage falloff begins at 10 meters (2 tiles).
- Damage steadily decreases down to 91% of its maximum at 25 meters (5 tiles).
- Damage reaches its minimum value of 80% of its maximum at 50 meters (10 tiles).

- Despite being an submachine gun, the Veiled Precision SMG's high damage, relatively low recoil and manageable damage fall-off make it surprisingly effective at medium to long ranges, easily beating out other weapons in its class.
- Like the Drum Gun, the Veiled Precision SMG can eliminate fully shielded opponents with 2 headshots at longer ranges.

- The Veiled Precision SMG has a noticeably longer time to kill for an SMG, due to its slower fire rate. This means that it will struggle in close range combat against faster firing SMGs and ARs.

- The Veiled Precision SMG shares its model with the Veiled Precision SMG, albeit with a different texture and animations.
- Due to this, it resembles the PSA X5.7.
- The Veiled Precision SMG was the second weapon added to Ballistic to be based on a Chapter 6 design, with the first one being the DL-44 Blaster Pistol.
- Since the DL-44 was a temporary third-party collaboration item, the Veiled Precision SMG is therefore the first permanent weapon added to utilise a Chapter 6 design.
- Despite not being based on a Modular weapon, the Veiled Precision SMG still has visible weapon mod slots and will sometimes show equipped mods when inspected.
- The Veiled Precision SMG's Red Eye Sight and Suppressor disappear when the weapon is dropped on the ground.
- The Veiled Precision SMG is the only Ballistic weapon to be rated higher than one star (typical for a Common item), instead being rated three stars (typical for a Rare item).
