Med-Mist Smoke Grenade is a Consumable Item in Fortnite: Ballistic, that was added in Chapter 6: Season 3.
Functionality
Functionality[]
The Med-Mist Smoke Grenade is thrown by the player using the arc provided. Upon impact, it creates a healing cloud, obscuring an area from view. This cloud is a sphere, that can only be seen through with Thermal Vision.
Players who are standing in the Med-Mist Smoke Grenade's cloud will heal 
5 Health every second and can heal up to a maximum of 50 Health.
In Fortnite: Ballistic, the Med-Mist Smoke Grenade was a Flex Gadget, two were granted at the start of each round when selected.
The Med-Mist Smoke Grenade is a slow moving projectile affected by gravity.

- When using Med-Mist Smoke Grenades, keep an eye on your teammate's health, to make sure if they urgently need healing. You can tell when they are in a critical condition by looking at the white bar under their outfit icons in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Make sure to throw Med-Mist Smoke Grenades in places far away from enemies, as they will also start to heal when they enter your smoke cloud.

- Damaging Flex Gadgets like Frag Grenades and Fire Grenades can be very effective against a Med-Mist Smoke Grenade, as they will either severely damage the players inside, forcing them to use another Med-Mist Smoke Grenade to heal up, or outright eliminate them.

- Med-Mist Smoke Grenade is modeled after the Med-Mist Smoke Grenade featured in Battle Royale.
- Unlike the one seen in Battle Royale however, the Ballistic Med-Mist Smoke Grenade cannot be seen through when standing in its cloud and doesn't spawn a canister prop on impact.
- Med-Mist Smoke Grenade, along with other throwable items featured in Ballistic, has a different indicator arc to the one seen on other throwables.
- Unlike other items featured from Ballistic, the Med-Mist Smoke Grenade was not added to Creative upon its initial introduction.
