Within LEGO Fortnite Odyssey and other LEGO experiences, Midas Rex's appearance is changed to that of a LEGO® minifigure.

Item Shop Appearances
Item Shop Appearances[]
The Last Laugh Bundle has appeared in 445 different Item Shops on 424 different days.
|
Why are there shops labelled as 'parts'? For varying reasons, Epic Games may decide to add or remove items from the Item Shop before the usual rotation occurs. The Fortnite Wiki treats each change to the Item Shop within a single day as a separate 'part' that makes up the day's Item Shop History. |
Why are there two different numbers for The Last Laugh Bundle's appearances? The Last Laugh Bundle has, on at least one occasion, appeared in more than one shop in a single day. This has resulted in its count for appearances in the Item Shop being higher than the amount of days it has appeared in it. Both counts are listed by the Fortnite Wiki in order to be as accurate as possible, unlike other sources. |

Overview
Overview[]
Midas is a Crime Lord and Spymaster as well as the founder and leader of Midas' crew (also known as Midas' gang). In ancient times, he was a powerful King of Phrygia titled as the Golden King, and descended from a long line of problem solvers[10]. However, he was doomed by his own greed when received the Golden Touch, the ability to turn everything he touched into gold. Because of this, he was no longer able to drink or eat and accidentally killed his own daughter Jules by turning her into gold. Despite starving to death, he continued to wander the world of living and even managed to resurrect his daughter at an unknown point in time. In the modern era, he became a Crime Boss.
Personality
Personality[]
Midas is described as cold, distant and mysterious and often qualified as being a complicated person, which he admits. He acts as a mastermind, a schemer and a manipulator who develops plans in the shadows in order to "conquer". As he admitted and shows, he acts methodically and always hides his true intentions, not hesitating to commit immoral and criminal acts through his organizations to get what he wants. He describes himself as "a schemer, a rogue. A charismatic rule-breaker" and admits that for him, complex schemes are commonplace and that he is always plotting, even on the beach.[11]
The Golden King is also a very proud person, considering himself unique. He is aware that people envy him and wants to keep it that way.[12] He is also very greedy and resentful, having a particular taste for revenge. He also displays a cruel and obsessive side, loving to transform people or their helmets into golden statues for his personal collection. Skye mentions that Midas is not the kind of guy who lets you quit once you join him, further highlighting his obsessive side.
He nevertheless seems to sincerely love his daughter Jules and his operatives and associates considering a lot of them as his friends [13] or even more. In return his operatives and associates show great loyalty to him and appreciate him for the person he is. According to Meowscles, Midas is much sweeter than he appears. Midas strongly believes that being cold and aloof don't prevent people from having friends.[14]
Appearance
Appearance[]
As a spy boss, Midas takes the appearance of a 20th century man in a suit equipped with grenades and pistols. His tattoo features a blooming Rose, a rose stabbed with a knife, thorns, a stars symbol, a skull with flowers, a Shark, his daughter's pet Ohm, engineer's gears, the walls of The Authority, GHOST logo, a $ dollar sign, the word "MIDAS", the word "24k" and a crown. He does have two alternative suit for GHOST and SHADOW, and can sometime appear partially or fully golden.
As Cyclo, Midas takes a similar appearance to Tempest but with upgraded golden armor, and golden energy on his left shoulder, which is the same used by The Device to push back The Storm.
As Shadow Midas, he is almost identical to when he wears his SHADOW suit, but his hands are now shadows instead of gold, his right eye is restored with both eyes now purple and his hair is now white. A purple aura also surrounds his body.
As Midas Rex, He wears full body golden armor similar to his daughter's. On the chestplate of his armor, we can find the symbol of his ancient crown, from when he was Oro. He also keeps his two revolvers this time placed at waist level. He also has a helmet, which he can remove, with the shape of a skull recalling his identity as Oro. A respirator is integrated into the helmet
As Ascendant Midas, he takes the appearance of a greek king in spartan armor equipped with knife and pistols. He wears a golden laurel crown, a belt with his face on it and a cape with his face on it. On his arm is a gauntlet to seal his golden touch, an invention made by his daughter with the help of The Looper after studying the Chains of Hades.
As Shade Midas, he is virtually identical to Ascendant Midas, but takes form of a shade of the Underworld. His entire body covered in green energy, his ribs and spine being visible through him and his eyes becoming completely white. A green aura emanates from his eyes, shoulders and legs.

History
History[]
Long ago, Midas was an ancient king known as the Golden King. However, he was condemned by his own greed. He once received a gift of transforming everything he touched into gold, however he quickly realized that it was in truth a curse, as he could not eat nor drink, for all that he touched turned gold. Despite everything he still wandered in the world of the living as an undead disguised as an human. But one day, he transformed his young daughter into gold. He later managed to resurrect her, although the cost was great. However, his daughter's trust was still broken forever.
Before Chapter 2[]
Before the days of SHADOW, Midas set his sights on building an empire of espionage, intrigue, and conquest. For this he recruited three people with great potential : The Burning Wolf, Chaos Origins and Sierra. Together they form The First Shadows. Midas' original three operatives are respectively nicknamed Midas' first enforcer, Midas' first redeemed, and Midas' first pardoned. This marked the beginning of Midas' Crew.[34]
In Reality: 783, Midas became a notorious criminal, to the point of being titled the Ultimate Criminal. His reputation made him a legend whose story continued to be told in this Reality.[35]
Chapter 2: Season 1[]
After an unknown period of time, a new faction appeared in Midas' Crew, named GHOST, which became rivals with SHADOW. The Imagined Order recruited the services of GHOST to study and map Apollo, and at the same time the SHADOW faction had also begun operations on this Island. The E.G.O. team from GHOST and A.L.T.E.R. team from SHADOW, however, ended up entering into conflicts, which triggered an infighting among Midas' Crew.
Midas later selected Eye Land for his new base for GHOST, likely being aware of the Zero Point stationed underneath it. Before he takes over Eye Land and transforms into the Agency, he touched several items and furniture in the houses, turning them into gold and leaving behind a GHOST folder on the golden toilet. His golden hand also appears in several trailers for Chapter 2: Season 2.
Chapter 2: Season 2[]
After a while, The Agency, Midas' employment organization for spies, was created. The organization was managed by the GHOST faction of his crew, in the headquarters of the same name on Eye Land. He also owned his own personal Yacht, which contained a statue of himself. Meanwhile, the SHADOW faction established several Safe Houses. The members of Midas' Crew who had not yet chosen factions: Brutus, TNTina and Skye ended up joining one of the two, and the open war between the two continued.
During this time, Midas slowly worked on a Device alongside his daughter Jules. This Device was located in his room directly underneath the Agency and possibly right above the Zero Point, its purpose was to allow Midas to destroy The Storm.
In his room, a journal containing a drawing of Oro's scepter was there as well as a symbol representing the GHOST Logo & The Storm. A suit similar to that of Tempest's was also spotted in the room, seemingly needed alongside The Device.
The day Midas was ready to enact his plan, he successfully rose the Device up from his underground base and began a fierce fight against The Storm with his Device. This fight destabilized The Loop and sent The Looper outside The Loop and into The Bridge several times, were they could see a mysterious organization was watching everything, and was investigating about Midas, Jules and Lynx.
The Looper then returned inside The Loop, where they witnessed alongside everyone else The Device's apparent failure and The Storm going out of control. However, Midas reactivated The Device and in a new confrontation, managed to repel The Storm. Believing he had won, Midas puts away his Device, but suddenly, The Storm reappears and sends a lightning bolt at The Device to destroy it. At the same time, The Looper is sent again to The Bridge, and now hears someone talking about The Storm and an unexpected reaction that they managed to contain temporarily.
The Storm, revealing its sentient nature, enacted revenge against Midas by creating a gigantic The Wall Of Water meant to flood The Island.
After the failure of the plan, SHADOW eventually defeated GHOST and took over The Agency, so Midas publicly appeared as SHADOW as well, although he still lead GHOST. Later he hands control over the The Agency to Jules, who rebuilds it and to turn it into SHADOW's new HQ.
Chapter 2: Season 3[]
The giant Wall of Water created by The Storm collapsed, flooding the entire Island. After this, Midas was accidentally attacked by a Loot Shark controlled by his friend and agent Meowscles, enacting in him a thirst for revenge against the shark. GHOST continued to operate with Ocean at The Fortilla, and SHADOW continued with Jules at The Authority. The two factions were still in conflict, but much less so than back then. However, Midas decided to cease operations on the Island, causing both factions of his Crew to abandon their respective bases and leave.
Chapter 2: Season 4[]
Close to the end of Chapter 2: Season 4, Midas returned to the island, seeking revenge for his previous failures. To achieve this, he performed a dark ritual to gain the power of The Shadow Realm. This ritual involved his chair and a circle of candles. With his newfound power, Midas, now called Shadow Midas, attempted to take back control of the Island in the Midas' Revenge event. He appeared as a boss in the Ruins of the Authority with his own Shadowy Drum Gun. Shadow Midas reawakened deceased Ghost Henchmen and successfully managed to "hack" the Reboot system and Loop to get rid of Reboot Cards. He made it so that when Loopers were eliminated, they returned once more as a Shadow, creating his own army. His plan would eventually fail as Galactus destroyed The Ruins and the eye of the island by exposing the Zero Point.
After his failure, Shadow Midas stopped the dark ritual and returned to his previous form. He then built himself a suit of battle armor.
Chapter 2: Season 5[]
Marigold, a member of Midas' Crew and one of Midas's close associates, arrived on the Island. Just like Midas, she is cursed with the Golden Touch. She recruited The Looper to get revenge against someone who was spending Midas' gold.
Chapter 2: Season 6[]
A Snapshot of Midas is seen in Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point Issue 1 fighting Batman. In Issue 2, he can be seen with many others observing the fight between Batman and Snake Eyes. In Issue 4, Renegade Raider mentions The Agency and how it was built by "powerful beings with vast resources" and the Device event was also shown.
Marigold, along with several GHOST and SHADOW henchmen, went to collect something.
Chapter 2: Season 7[]
Marigold, now acting as an agent of the Imagined Order, planned something along with Midas and Jules, while searching for a getaway driver. She reminds Jules to "stick to the plan" while telling Midas that it will "happen soon".
Later, during Cosmic Summer celebration, Midas returned to the beach for the first time since the shark incident,[36] with agents from his crew which include Jules, Brutus, Boardwalk Ruby and Crystal for an undercover mission.[37] He takes advantage of the moment to bond with Jules at the beach, although his golden touch prevents him from enjoying his ice cream.
However, after this, Midas handed the control over his Crew to Brutus[38] and went offline for an unknown reason, prompting Marigold to begin searching for him.[39]
During Operation: Sky Fire his chair, a golden Peely statue, and gold bars from The Hideout can be seen in The Mothership.
Chapter 2: Season 8[]
Midas' original three operatives, The Burning Wolf, Chaos Origins and Sierra reappear after being hidden for a long time. Their mission or purpose was however unknown.
Chapter 3: Season 1[]
Some traces of Midas can be found on the Island [40] But the golden king apparently decided to remain in the shadows.[41]
Chapter 3: Season 3[]
Meowscles finds Midas and asks him if they're back online, but the answer is negative.
Chapter 4: Season 1[]
Midas refuses Wildcard's proposal for a heist, and Jules warns him that she no longer wants to be involved in his schemes.
Chapter 4: Season 3[]
Purradise Meowscles denies a covert ops mission with Midas, choosing naps instead. However later Stingray, an agent of SHADOW under the order of Chaos Agent forced Meowscles to come with him for their "work".
At some point after this, Midas is captured by the Greek God Hades and held prisoner in The Underworld.
Chapter 4: Season 4[]
Kado Thorne arrives on the island and steals Midas' Drum Gun from an unknown time period, keeping it in his vault deep within Eclipsed Estate. Thorne also travels to an alternate time and cuts off the Left hand of the Midas of this timeline before bringing it here for display in his collection. Thorne also travels back in time on the moment Oro was possessing Midas' body to in order to behead and seize Oro's head, creating a timeline where both "died".
During Fortnitemares 2023, after the failed heist of The Heist Crew, Thorne transforms into his revenant form to protect his time machine and uses Midas' Drum Gun he took back from Nolan Chance as one of his main weapons, alongside his own Vampiric Blade.
The Big Bang[]
A snapshot of Midas can be seen in the LEGO reality as a minifigure.
LEGO Fortnite:Odyssey[]
Skye describes Midas as her "old boss" who is not the kind of guy who just lets you quit your job (as spy working for him) and that she could hear of him at any time. Subtly revealing GHOST or SHADOW didn't disappeared, but were just in an offline state and waiting to be activated again, corroborating Meowscles's words.
Chapter 5: Season 1[]
Several things relating to Midas and his agents were found around the Island. His Hideout Chair can be found at Cloistered Castle, a tiny island can be found to the northeast with several artifacts of Midas' Crew. his yacht now repaired has also returned, although it has been taken over by The Society.
Chapter 5: Season 2[]
With the help of Boardwalk Ruby, Marigold discovered several clues leading her to think that Midas was in The Underworld. So she called his old crew: Brutus, Skye, Meowscles, TNTina, and his daughter Jules back together and took back control of his Yacht from The Society. It's revealed that since his last disappearance, Midas has indeed been trapped in The Underworld, restrained by the Chains of Hades which suppress his Golden Touch.
Marigold later sends The Looper to investigate Midas' Underworld cell, only to find that he already managed to escape by himself. One of Midas' Cell Guards had briefly unchained his hand, allowing Midas to turn his chains and the Guards into gold. He then bashed down his cell door and escaped.
Midas, now free from the Underworld with a new Mythological Aesthetic and Shade powers, reunites with his agents. However, he has suspicions that Brutus, whom he left control of his crew to, has betrayed him. He sends the Looper to confirm Brutus' loyalty. The Looper finds that despite everything Brutus has remained loyal, and so he rejoins the other Agents and gives control of the crew back to Midas.
After reuniting, a "Mutual Contact" asks Jules to study the Chains of Hades to help her father to seal his Golden Touch. She discovers a mysterious "Essence" in the Underworld's gates, and uses it to create new "Gauntlets" which allow Midas to seal and unseal his Golden Touch at will. Despite her strained relationship with her father, Jules is happy that he has returned and the two eventually make up.
With the crew back together and tensions settled, Midas sets his sights on escaping the Island with The Marigold Yacht. To accomplish this, he has his agents cause distractions across Helios, allowing him to temporarily escape to Spawn Island. Brutus stays behind and prepares The Marigold for their departure.
Eventually, the crew escapes the Island with The Marigold, heading off into the unknown, with Skye and TNTina being sent alongside other agents in Reality: UN-0-C2R, while Marigold, Brutus, Meowscles and Jules followed Midas to Reality: 783, with Jules going to Oninoshima while Midas and the other initially went to another location first.
Chapter 6: Season 2[]
Midas arrived in Oninoshima and began his criminal activities, notably against one of his old acquaintances, the Baron Fletcher Kane, who seized all the Island's gold and became the Island's mob don. However, he seems to have a scheme in mind as suspected by Vengeance Jones and Skillet. Cassidy Quinn, one of The Outlaws as well as one of the biggest fans of Midas' criminal story finds out her idol is real. Midas finds Jules, and apologizes for not having been able to write to her.
Following The Baron's escalation tax, Midas and his loyal right-hand man, Brutus, join forces with the Outlaws running the Black Market, in order to supply more weapons. The Golden King contacted The Looper, who had impressed him back in Chapter 5: Season 2, and gave them missions to test their abilities. Recognizing their worth, Midas decided to ally himself with The Looper, however, he did not trust them. In the meantime, The Outlaws all over the Island rebel against Fletcher Kane, following his taxes. Growing in fame and reverence, Midas gains his new title, The Golden Gunslinger.
After a significant blow was dealt to Kane's multiple vaults, The Looper gained membership in the Outlaw Faction, and Midas contacted them again. He first tested whether he could trust them by having them do SHADOW Briefings, and then sent them to bribe the Outlaws with bars, before making them uniting the Outlaws under him against Fletcher Kane to ensure their loyalty. With The Looper's loyalty proven, Midas gave them a mission. He told them he had a hunch, and that The Looper had to confirm it by sending them analyze the residual energy traces near the broken Spirit Realm portal. Midas told them that if he was correct, both he and The Looper should recognize this mysterious energy as this is linked to their common past in Reality Zero. As The Looper used the sensor backback, they discovered energy traces of The Zero Point.
Midas later sent The Looper in Daigo's lair which had recently returned to activity in order to steal a copy of his mask making book, feeling the Mask Maker also wanted The Zero Shard. For unknown reason, Daigo associated himself with Fletcher Kane and supplied his army with masks of powers. Midas and The Looper later had a discussion, in which Midas revealed a lot of people wanted the shard, including Daigo and Fletcher Kane and admitted that he also wanted it for his own ambitions, but that for the moment, The Looper's and his interests converged: stopping Daigo and Fketcher Kane from getting the Shard. He even agreed to have to work with Jones and Hope, The Looper's allies, if necessary.
The Looper continued to work on uniting the Outlaw, becoming a renowned Outlaw in the process and gaining access to the Legendary Outlaw Keycard of the Outlaw Faction, allowing them to benefit from all the Outlaws services. They again got a talk with Midas. In this discussion Midas recognized the extent to which uniting the outlaws with so much disparate perspective was a thankless work, but told them that nevertheless if the momentum could be maintained, Kane's days as Baron would be numbered, as surprisingly the "team" work very well together. Midas then thanked The Looper for their assistance.[42]
Chapter 6: Season 3[]
The Academy's Opening[]
With the help of Midas, Jones and Hope managed to fund the idea of their academy and Utopia City, and became the first teachers. In the meantime, the golden king meets back up with his friend, The Looper. They learn he had funded the creation of the Utopia City, and he has set his eyes on taking down Daigo for good, but he does show genuine sympathy for his recklessness. For the sake of their partnership and with no hard feelings to begin with, Midas and Jones out their past behind them.[43]
Midas has retained good communication with the other Outlaws, featuring good dealings with Skillet, friends with every Outlaw in general, and has officially allowed Cassidy Quinn to be his protege if she's willing to step up and prove her case.[44] Of course, Midas didn't forget to thank Dillinger for his service in taking down Fletcher Kane's business with the Dill Bits.[45] However, Morgan has noticed that Skillet was sneaking around and listening in on people for an unknown reason.[46] Even so, Morgan Myst has shown a mysterious fascination with Midas and his SHADOW crew.[47]
Morgan Myst Investigates[]
Hope contacts The Looper once again, but this time the matter quietly circles back to Midas. She asks The Looper to mentor Morgan Myst, insisting that Morgan needs guidance and that she trusts The Looper to provide it. The Looper and Morgan trained together in the Hero Training Room, yet Morgan quickly noticed that The Looper's performance was extraordinary—so much so that she wondered why someone so capable, would spend their time with her.
During training, Morgan confided that she was working on uncovering something, promising to share her findings after the session. Thanks to The Looper's speed, they finished faster than expected, and Morgan finally revealed her growing suspicion: Hope and the other instructors were keeping secrets from them. She asked The Looper for help in proving it.
Their investigation through the offices of Hope, Jones, and Night Rose led to a revelation—Hope had been working with Midas. The Looper already knew, but feigned surprise. The trail of documents pointed to a hidden project tied to the archway in Utopia City. Once all the clues were pinned on Morgan's board, the two deduced the archway was actually a gateway tied to Midas' designs. Morgan theorized about how the portal could be opened, and The Looper—silently holding back what they knew of Midas—used a Sprite to activate it.
When the gate opened, a hologram of Midas appeared before Morgan. Rather than anger, he spoke with a fondness for shadows and calmly explained his project, in addition to the Academy and Utopia City, he was bankrolling a Vault whose purpose is the same as its predecessor: to contain The Zero Point, or rather its scattered shards. He praised Morgan's natural espionage instincts despite her lack of experience, teaching her a first lesson: "know when to keep a secret." Later, at Morgan's request, The Looper confronted Hope. She admitted they were right not to trust Midas with such a project, but also emphasized the necessity of the Vault for the Island and for other places where shards might have scattered.
A Golden Shadow & Skillet's Scheme[]
Midas, operating discreetly from Utopia City, required assistance without exposing himself. He contacted The Looper, asking them to serve as his go-between with Skillet, his "chaotic but efficient spy," to secure intel Skillet was meant to collect. But when The Looper finally found him, Skillet mistook them for an enemy, forcing The Looper to fake their own defeat before Skillet would listen. Once convinced, Skillet admitted Midas had sent them but suspiciously sent The Looper ahead while claiming he'd "start later."
The Looper then turned to allies Jade and Kendo for intel on Daigo, before pressing Jones, Hope, and Night Rose for answers about the Spires. Their trust in The Looper granted access to crucial information, including those Hope and her team had deliberately redacted—afraid Midas might misuse such breakthroughs. After piecing everything together, The Looper returned to Skillet, only to learn he had done absolutely nothing. Skillet bluntly confessed this and demanded The Looper credit him to Midas, with a veiled threat about hidden explosives. Whether out of honor, intimidation or some other reason, The Looper agreed.
When The Looper returned with the intel, Midas believed it had been Skillet's doing. He expressed admiration for Skillet's "espionage skills" and thanked The Looper for handling the exchange. Yet Midas also noted that Hope and the instructors still didn't fully trust him—an observation he seemed to relish.
Chapter 6: Mini Season 2[]
Midas can be seen shooting the Dark Presence with an Assault Rifle in Zero Hour during the vehicle section with The Bride.

- In Reality: 783, Midas is known as a legendary criminal whose story was told to a young Cassidy Quinn.
- Midas' control over the Golden Touch is rather inconsistent. In his Introduction Cutscene, he is able to hold Black Knight's helmet without turning it into gold until he chooses to, but in the Ice Cream Social loading screen he keeps accidentally turning all his ice cream golden.
- The Rise of Midas quests also confirm that Midas cannot control his Golden Touch and has never been able to, which contradicts what had previously been shown.
- After Chapter 5: Season 2, it is shown that none of the users of the Golden Touch are able to control it.
- There is an exception to this, however, as Meowdas is able to perfectly control his transformation into gold. It can be assumed that Midas is also capable of doing this, because as Midsummer Midas he is able to spread gold only on his tattoos.

- The Rise of Midas quests also confirm that Midas cannot control his Golden Touch and has never been able to, which contradicts what had previously been shown.
- Contrary to popular belief, Midas did not want to destroy the Storm to save the Loopers, but only for his own benefit and the sake of his schemes, as confirmed in LEGO Fortnite:Odyssey: "I'm a schemer, a rogue. A charismatic rule-breaker. The golden king, ha. Complex, fascinating plots involving intricate choreography and multiple double-crosses? For me, that's Tuesday!"
- Midas Rex is described as having "best intentions" in Epic's blog posts, but this is only an expression used to say that he did not want to flood the Island.
- After his escape from The Underworld, players discovered that Midas was now wearing what appeared to be a golden prosthesis replacing his left hand. This was supported by the fact that during Chapter 4: Season 4, the same hand could be found in one of Kado Thorne's vaults.
- However, the Rise of Midas Quests revealed that Midas' left hand was perfectly intact, as he used it to escape The Underworld by transforming guards into gold. What was believed to be a prosthesis was actually a gauntlet created by Jules during the Jules vs The Golden Touch quests in order to seal the Golden Touch.[48]
- Later, as Outlaw Midas, Midas removed the gauntlet, revealing that his arm was fine and had never been cut off. This confirmed that the hand found in Kado Thorne's vault came from an alternate timeline.

- In LEGO Fortnite:Brick Life, Midas runs a bank called Golden Value Proposition alongside Marigold.
- In the Golden Gunslinger Quests, Midas admits that he has a soft spot for the Drum Gun, calling himself "partial" to it. This is supported by the fact that he has been seen with at least four unique ones across his appearances: Midas' Drum Gun (OG), Shadow Midas' Drum Gun, Midas' Modular Drum Gun, and Midas' Gilded Eye Drum Gun.
Speculation[]
- It was commonly theorised that Midas died during the Chapter 2: Season 3 reveal trailer due to him being attacked by a shark. This was debunked by Donald Mustard on December 2nd where he claims, "Midas is great, and not dead." in this Twitter post. This makes Shadow Midas's appearance quite confusing, spawning numerous theories.
- However in Myths of Midas Quests, it's revealed that after being cursed by the Golden Touch, Midas never ate or drank again. However, rumors said that he "still wanders", implying Midas died during that time and became undead and therefore was already dead by the time of Chapter 2.
- This could explain the reason Hades later imprisoned him: he should have been sent to The Underworld at the time of his death, but continued to wander the world of the living and played with life and death rules, by resurrecting Jules.
- This then resolves Shadow Midas, who would then only be Midas, already dead, having performed a ritual to gain the powers of shadows, but having returned to normal later just like Shade Midas is able to return to Ascendant Midas form.

- Midas may have been a member of the Imagined Order at one point.
- Marigold and Jules both worked for the Imagined Order.
- A picture in Doctor Slone's office has a silhouette that strongly resembles him.
- This could explain Midas' Mastermind capabilities and how he knows so much about the Loop.
- He seems to like Burd.[49]
