Trivia

Trivia[]

  • Jam Tracks have been used for promotional purposes by artists.
  • Several Jam Tracks that were scheduled to release on certain dates ultimately went unreleased, or were released later, such as:
    • An unnamed Jam Track by Sean Paul on August 23rd 2024. Sean Paul was named in the News Tab despite having no tracks released that week.
      • The Sean Paul Jam Track was presumably "Get Busy".
    • "Hypnotize" by The Notorious B.I.G. on September 13th 2024, which was initially listed in the Season 5 Spotlight Quests.
    • Hey Ya! by Outkast and All Eyez On Me by 2Pac ft. Big Skye on November 15th 2024, two weeks before their actual release. The News Tab mentions 2Pac and Outkast in the week's Jam Track releases.
      • All Eyez On Me was also accidentally in the Item Shop on November 22nd, 2024, a week before it's actual release, albeit in an unfinished state. Unlike most other placeholder Jam Tracks, this one was not automatically refunded.[2][3]
    • Flowers by Miley Cyrus on February 2nd 2024[4], multiple weeks before it's release. Owners kept the Jam Track and were then able to play it early.
    • Unnamed Jam Tracks by Lady Gaga, Karol G, and Hatsune Miku for their respective Festival seasons.[5]
      • The Hatsune Miku Jam Track was "Melt" by ryo (supercell) ft. Hatsune Miku, which was added months later.
    • An unknown Jam Track which was accidentally released in the Item Shop on November 8th, 2024. Due to its placement between Rain On Me and Replay internally, as well as the recent release of Rap Boy Reloaded, it was theorized by the community to be "Rap God" by Eminem.[6]It's ID was SID_Placeholder_414, which remains unused.[7]
    • Several placeholder Jam Tracks appearing in the Item Shop temporarily before being removed and refunded, these being on April 23rd, 2024[8], and January 17th, 2025.[9] There are also others that were not refunded.[10][11][12]
    • An unnamed FNCS Jam Track planned for the Champion Kuno & Renxo The Champion FNCS Cup[14]
  • A few Jam Tracks have released with a placeholder icon, these being Can't Feel My Face, Stitches[15], and good 4 u[16]. Some have also released earlier than planned.
  • Swim Free was accidentally released in the Item Shop temporarily on August 2nd, 2024.
  • Say It Proud is the only Jam Track to have a Lobby Music equivalent where it is possible to own the Lobby Music without the Jam Track.
  • From Chapter 5: Season 1 to Chapter 5: Season 4, all Jam Tracks available in the Battle Pass also came with a Lobby Music equivalent.
  • From Chapter 2 Remix onwards, all Jam Tracks available in the Battle Pass have unreleased Lobby Music variants.
  • Epic Games is the artist with the most Jam Tracks, with 108 Jam Tracks total.
  • On April 30th, 2025, it was announced by music data Luminate that Jam Tracks would now count towards music streaming metrics within their database.[17]
  • Since Update v34.40, players can Jam Loop with all four instruments at once by selecting "All" in the Jam Loop menu, or by manually assigning a Jam Track and an instrument using the floating circles that appear in the area while a Jam Loop is active.
  • PASSO BEM SOLTO was originally intended to be a Jam Track, but it was ultimately scrapped for reasons that remain unknown.
  • In mid-2024, a huge list of Jam Tracks was datamined.[18]
