- Locked & Loaded's name was originally "Locked and Loaded" but was changed via a hotfix.
- Despite this, most promotional images still refer to it by the original name.
- Locked & Loaded is the final song to be released in d4vd's career, which started when he self-produced tracks for his own Fortnite montages to avoid copyright disputes.
- Three days following the track's release, d4vd became the suspect of a high-profile murder case following the discovery of dismembered human remains in an impounded Tesla registered under his name and was arrested in April 2026.
- Locked & Loaded (alongside What Are You Waiting For) had their icons changed on April 28th 2026, likely as a response to d4vd's criminal charges and arrest that took place a few days prior.
