500 V-Bucks. Black Hole Sun was released in Chapter 5: Season 1.
Black Hole Sun could also have been obtained for 1,800 V-Bucks as a reward from the Season 2 Festival Pass.

- The Jam Track was in Item Shop for a short period of time on August 2nd 2024. Users who purchased it were refunded the exact cost of the item.
- The song previously appeared in the Rock Band series from Fortnite Festival developer Harmonix, as an unlockable song in the first title, exportable to the following mainline releases (though unavailable in the third title due to licensing issues until a patch after release).
- This means that its appearance in Jam Mode marks the song's first usage in a loop-based Harmonix title.
