The Shadow Queen enters the battle and attacks the player while alternating between her Shadow Rifle and Scythe to defeat the player. During this phase, The Shadow Queen has the following abilities:
Summoning Shadows
The Shadow Queen summons 3 Shadows to aid her in the beginning of the battle, and towards the ending of the battle. The maximum Shadows that spawn during this phase is 6.
Shadow Magic Health Siphon
The Shadow Queen unleashes spider-like tendrils; Latching onto nearby players, stealing 50 Health in increments of 5 over 10 seconds.
Once she is defeated, a giant shockwave is sent through Shadow Sanctuary. Eliminating all Shadows still alive within the sanctum.

The Rebels is an organization in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was first introduced in Chapter 5: Season 4.
They're a group of vigilantes against The Shadow Empire before being disbanded after the Shadow Empire collapsed and scattered. They have several scattered hideouts around the Island as well as a secret camp on the Island. They are the main protagonists of Chapter 5: Season 4.

The Rebels was originally The Unseen; a group of vigilantes led by Highwire. The group was ambushed after the arrival of The Shadow Empire at the beginning of Chapter 5: Season 4, and Highwire and Renzo the Destroyer went missing. They reformed under a new alias - The Rebels - and set a new goal: to take down The Shadow Empire. The Rebels caused various chaos and mayhem across the island as a distraction from their real plan.
