The Huntress DMR is a Marksman Rifle in Fortnite that is currently unreleased.

The Huntress DMR has a Mythic variant called Zeus' Huntress DMR and is the unmoddable version of the Modular Huntress DMR.

Functionality

Functionality[]

The Huntress DMR is a fully automatic, high damage Marksman Rifle with a very slow fire rate.

The Huntress DMR fires a Fast Moving Projectile and has First Shot Accuracy enabled.

Damage falloff:

  • Damage falloff begins at 50 meters (10 tiles).
  • Damage reaches its minimum value of 90% of its maximum at 100 meters (20 tiles).

  • The Huntress DMR is best used at mid-long range, as it has very little damage fall off, and is very accurate.
  • Headshots are quite valuable with the Huntress DMR, as 2 well placed headshots in higher rarities can eliminate a player regardless of the mode.
  • The P2X Optic and Muzzle Brake attachments that come prefixed allow the Huntress DMR to stay on target quite easily, and the Speed Mag allows it to reload much faster, to make up for the small magazine size.

  • The Huntress DMR resembles the CMMG Mk4 Dissent.[3]
  • Despite the Huntress DMR having a "hitscan" ID, it is still a projectile weapon.
    • It also has an "unmodded" ID when it still has mods.
  • This is the only variation of the Huntress DMR to have the P2X Optic modded on it since the Modular Huntress DMR is unable to have it attached due to the absence of the P2X Optic on Weapon Mod Benches after it's vaulting in Chapter 5: Season 2.
