Chaos Cubes

Overview[]

In appearance, Chaos Cubes are identical to the Corruption Cubes, albeit golden in color. However, a single one is far more powerful than multiple Corruption Cubes. Chaos Cubes have the power to command the lower Cubes and can also give them enough energy to power up multiple of them, enough to allow reproduction and the birth of multiple smaller Corruption Cubes. During The End event, Cube Queen used the Chaos Cube at the top of The Pyramid to gather all corruption cube energy and use it to open a golden rift to the Last Reality. Chaos Cubes are used notably to power the Cube's Cradle fleet of Motherships, as well as The Dark Harvester.

Powers and Abilities[]

Golden Cube
	Lightning Attack A self-defense mechanism that any Cube can use.
	Diagonal Rolling Can move freely in any direction.
	Gravity Manipulation Golden Cube can manipulate gravity around it with lightning.
	Reproduction They can charge up Corruption Cubes to "awaken" them and make them produce their own children.
	Empowerment Cube's energy can be harness for many uses. The Last Reality used it to power their weapons of mass destruction.
	Golden Rift With enough energy, it can open a massive circular golden rift to other reality.

History[]

Chapter 2: Season 7[]

Operation: Sky Fire[]

Right before The Mothership explodes, The Looper and others witness all the Cubes inside a room on The Mothership activate. On the far side of the room, players could just barely see the Golden Cube. In the ending cutscene, players could very faintly see said cube in its beginning location on the map.

Chapter 2: Season 8[]

Throughout the entire season, this cube moves around more than any other, going around and "awakening" other cubes, in order to produce more cubes. It moves every hour until arriving at The Aftermath. A timestamp list is below:

The End (Chapter 2)[]

Countless Chaos Cubes were revealed to be in The Last Reality, seen powering The Cube's Cradle and it's fleet of Motherships.

Chapter 3: Season 4[]

Fracture[]

After the Herald annihilated Reality Zero, any remnant of the Chaos Cube from The Pyramid were destroyed.

Chapter 7: Season 1[]

The Dark Voyager arrived on Golden Coast Island, he, his Trespasser Elites and his ship The Dark Harvester being powered by Chaos Cubes.

Chapter 7: Season 2[]

70 small Chaos Cubes are scattered throughout Golden Coast.

• In the Fortnitemares Story Trailer, The Cube Queen came out of the Golden Cube.
• The Fortnite community nicknamed the golden cube Glevin.
• Although introduced during Operation: Sky Fire, their names were revealed during Chapter 7: Season 2.
